Never had that experience, fortunately.

My cousin had her braces tightened the other day and she was in a LOT of pain, actually. I felt so sorry for her.

"Nothing will change the fact that I know that, neither will my love for you ever die," Brandon whispered in reply. "But you're not going to die, Sadie. I won't let you. You know I'll do what I have to. And I know that Max cares about you too much to kill you, anyway."

It hurts when you get the shot, but after a while, you can't feel anything

Getting braces tightened SUCKS.

Sadie pulled his face down, and kissed him gently. "I know that. I'm just so scared of losing you. And I'm scared of losing a piece of our family." She placed his hand on her stomach.

I thought I'd be in for that. I still can't believe I got out without the need for anything xD

"I won't let it happen. At the end of the day, we'll have done what we can, and-- though I can't say for sure-- I'm confident I'll still be here, and I know you and the baby will be." He rubbed her stomach gently.

xD You lucky duck!

Sadie tried her best to smile, but the feelings of guilt weighed down her heart. This was her fault. And she knew it. She rubbed her stomach, and felt the baby kick gently. She felt so sorry for their child.

I guess I was more of a teeth freak than I'd realised xD

Brandon knew what she was thinking, even though his mind wasn't opened. He could just tell. He leaned closer, kissing from her cheek to her temple, and then close to her ear. "This isn't your fault. I promise you. I know how shocked you were when this first came about. Please.. For me, if that helps you, just try and believe that. This child, it loves you. It told me once. I don't know how it did it, but they told me nonetheless."

xD Teeth freak? that's a new term for me.

Sadie merely sighed, then said, "Let's... go get ready. I'm not hungry anymore, I'd rather get prepared."

~THAT NIGHT~

Prudence was trying to help Sadie relax, while everyone else got ready. Prudence was dressed simply, so that she would easily be able to fight... or get Sadie somewhere away from the fight. She knew that if Brandon were to get hurt, Sadie would stop at nothing to get to him, even if it meant jumping in front of a vicious werewolf.

Sadie was staring straight ahead, her face extremely pale, her eyes glazed over. She idly rubbed her stomach, as if trying to reassure the baby that things would be all right.

Obsessive over my dental health could possibly be a better way to put it xD

Brandon was wearing a black shirt as opposed to his usual white or coloured ones, for it refelected his mood, and also that the sight of blood on a white shirt was much more obvious and disturbing. His eyes were darker than usual, and refused to shine as they usually did. He'd tried to keep positive, but what was the point when it seemed as if nothing would comfirt Sadie in the slightest.

He came downstairs and simply waited.

The other vampires eventually descended the staircase, until they filled it. All dressed in black, with Brandon at the front, they looked like a true group of angry, close vampires for the very first time. The sight was unnerving.

That makes it sound creepy xP

Eventually Prudence came down, dressed in black as well, guiding Sadie down the stairs.

Sadie was the only one who was wearing a light color, it seemed. Even her other friends, which consisted of Lucy, Jude, and Mikey, were wearing black.

Sadie came down in a flowy white dress, almost fit for summer. She didn't care if it would be cold outside. She felt nearly numb anyway. On her feet, she wore her favorite Grecian sandals, and her hair was down and loose. Part of why she dressed in light clothes was so she'd be easily visible. She looked over at thr group, and felt her stomach tie in knots.

Fine. I'll just not say anything about it xD

Brandon sighed at the entire scene before him as he turned. He glanced at Prudence and then said to the group, "I think the best advice I can give you is to keep calm-- don't do anything ridiculous. And, to listen to Prudence from here on in, because she knows these guys better than any of us. And, the last thing. You all know our priority here. Don't get carried away, we're on the defensive against the wolves." He looked to Prudence now-- not without looking at Sadie first, with eyes full of pained love for her.

I'd better go, the remote batteries are dying and I can't take it any longer xD

-leaves in suspense-

See you tomorrow! =D

See ya! =D

Sadie gently went down the stairs, looking as if she were floating. She had never walked with heavy steps during her pregnancy, she had always been more like a balloon. She went down and stood at the foot of the staircase, looking at her family, with eyes that were full of tears. She then stepped forward, quickly burying herself in Brandon. But she was silent, she did not weep, she didn't sob.

Prudence went to stand with the rest of the family, and looked them over. "Our first priority is survival," she said. "Second is to try and get them to be somewhat peaceful. Perhaps we can calm them down. Although, be forewarned, I doubt it will be so."

Brandon held her very gently. He stood very stiffly, and his skin was colder than usual. He told himself that him acting this way wasn't going to make Sadie feel good at all, but he simply couldn't help feeling the way he did. He added, "And don't underestimate the 'wolves. They're tougher than they once were. And these guys have got serious motive."

I'm so happy, because I have tons of leftovers of deliciousnesssssssssss!

Prudence led the way outside, and to the main square, darting from tree to tree.

Mikey lagged behind, walking with Sadie. He held her hand, wishing there were more he could do to help his sister. He hadn't known that his best friend would so easily turn on them. "Sadie, no matter what happens, we're doing this for you and the baby. So don't feel guilty. There's no use feeling guilty over our love for you and the baby. Whether you know it or not, that baby has become a part of us, just like it's become a part of you."

I couldn't eat another thing right now. We went out and there was a Krispy Creme doughnut stand at the centre. Impossible to resist xD

Are all new guitar straps so difficult to put on?!?! xD

Brandon held onto Sadie's other hand as they followed directly behind Prudence, the other vampires in a sort of pyramid formation behind them in turn. He had to smile slightly at what Mikey had said. "I honestly couldn't have put that better myself. And I can't begin to thank you for all of the support we've had, since the very beginning. I know it's been difficult on everyone."

That sounds so gooooood! Donuts are always a win.

New guitar straps? Cool! Are they plain, or do they have colors or patterns?

Sadie smiled up at the two most important men in her life: her brother, and her beloved. 'Thank you," she said quietly. "For everything, Mikey. Thank you for standing by us."

Mikey shook his head. "There's no need for thanks. I'm your brother, we're all family now. Family is meant to help each other out."

They reached the main square, in what seemed to Sadie to be too quickly. She was dreading what would happen.

Lucy had been designated as Sadie's body guard, seeing as Max was her brother, and Sadie was one of her closest friends. Lucy had a backpack full of random things, in case something should go wrong with one of the vampires, or Sadie herself.

Silence. Then, out of the darkness, and into the light of the dimmed street lamps, strode the werewolves, an interesting crew, from big husky guys to tan-surfer girls. They were dressed in blue, as if wanting to differ from the leeches.

Max was in the front, the one who looked most frightening. He had gained muscle mass since Sadie had last seen him. And he had become more tan, and huskier.

Upon seeing Sadie, his countenance brightened. "Sadie! You're here!" He said, walking to the middle of the space that separated the two groups. Cautiously, both Sadie and Lucy walked forward, hand in hand.

Mum found one today in this already completely amazing music shop.

It's decorated in japanese-style cartoon artwork, with cherry blossom trees and dragons and such. It's just amazing. And pretty indiviual too. I've never seen one like it before.

Brandon forced himself to keep his expression neutral as Max approached. He had never had anything against the werewolf kind, it was simply how Max could greet Sadie as if it was a friendly long-time-no-see meet up lunch out thing. He drew back to stand with his family, his senses completely open so he could come forward at any moment if he saw trouble coming.

Blaise's hand touched his shoulder. "Stay calm, cousin. Now isn't the time to be ready for the fight. Show them that's not what we're here for. We're better than this."

That's so cool! I don't know anyone who has straps like that!

I wish there were an amazing music shop in my town. But no, I have to go to the next town over.

Max gently pulled Sadie into his arms, and buried his face in her hair.

But Sadie did not respond. She shut herself down emotionally. She was like a plank towards Max. Plus, she felt uneasy about him being so close to the baby. Eventually, she drew herself away.

Lucy murmured, "Max, please, can't you stop this? Why do you have to start a fight because of your jealous pride? Sadie chose Brandon. That's all there is to it. She doesn't love you!"

Max snarled at Lucy. "So they won you over too. Well... you shouldn't have said anything. You shouldn't be with them. And now it's time to prove it!"

Lucy suddenly grabbed Sadie and moved out of the way. Sadie looked back at Brandon, and mouthed, "I love you."

"Are you ready?" One of the werewolves yelled, sneering. "Ready to get your *sses handed to you!?"

The nearest decent music shop to me is a half hour away. But this one I went to today was about an hour away. We went out for the day, so we decided to pay a visit to this new place. It is HUGE. I mean seriously huge. I died at the sight of all those guitars <3

And so that, Brandon realised, was the real reason behind this. It wasn't as simple as the fact that Max may have hated vampires. Brandon had never seen enough of Max to have ever realised what his true feelings for Sadie were. He knew the bravest out of all of them had to be Lucy. This was her own brother she was standing up to, for his whole family's sake. If he got out of this alive, he would have to thank her later.

He mouthed, "I love you, too," in reply to Sadie, his gaze lingering on her until one of the other wolves spoke.

"Or yours to you, wolfie. Hope you can handle it," he replied cooly.

That sounds absolutely wonderful!~~~

I don't know if we have any huge music stores.

The wolves began to laugh raucously at that. And then they started changing into wolves of all shapes and colors.

"Let's end this now!" Max snarled, lunging at Brandon.

Sadie cried out, terrified.

It's in a city, so I suppose that's why it can be big. There's another great one in another city that's about the same distance away. This one's even bigger. It is my favourite shop in the entire world.

I imagine myself playing the turquoise saxophone and I'm in a happy place xDD

Brandon was ready for that. His arms reached out, and he grabbed hold of Max's shoulder, keeping him at arm's length away from him. He tried to keep Sadie's cry out of hid head, it was the only thing that could make him lose focus. "This is utterly pathetic," he said, through somewhat gritted teeth-- this guy was strong.

A turquoise saxophone? That must be magic! : D

Sadie turned her head as the chaos ensued. She couldn't watch anymore.

The other werewolves went into attack mode, and started on the rest of the group, snarling, vicious, brutal.

Lucy put an arm around Sadie, trying to protect her.

The wolves were not holding back. They bit, they clawed, the leapt. They were here to win.
