Morgan smiled back, this time genuinely. She stood up and said, "I really would like to have coffee with your family, but I think it's most likely too late for that, so we might as well settle on a coffee shop." She headed towards the changing room to get out of her leotard. Once she came back out, she seemed to be having a much more positive look. She skipped over to Asher and kissed him again, just because she could.

Asher nodded in agreement and said, "Yeah, I think my parents will actually be wanting to sleep pretty soon. Some other time, maybe. I would love for them to get to know you better." He smiled and got up, putting his tie back on while she changed, and when she returned he was unsurprisingly obliging to kiss her back, pulling her close and enjoying the moment-- it amazed him how much more comfortable he was becoming already.

A bit unwillingly, Morgan finally pulled away. But, she changed her mind and kissed him again. They were in no rush- they could spend a few more minutes here-right? Morgan was enjoying every second of this. More than she had ever enjoyed any other guy. And there were a lot to choose from.

Asher had been ready to move again, to get going, until she stopped him with another unsuspected kiss. He wrapped his arms around her a little more and pressed her against him while they kissed each other again. He could only bring himself to pull away when his lungs were screaming for air-- clearly he didn't really want to if he'd had the choice. He managed to get a smile out of himself eventually; she kind of had that effect on him in moments like these when he really couldn't do much at all, breathing included. Eventually, he said, "I guess we should.. could.. You know, go for coffee now."

"Yeah, I guess..." Morgan said, clearly disappointed the kiss had ended. She decided, though, that it was probably best to go, and not test her will power any more than she already had. Obviously, she wasn't very good at resisting temptation, and Asher was a temptation, at least in her mind. She stepped back, and let her head clear a little bit before picking up her bag and saying, "Shall we-?"

Asher nodded and said, "Sure." Then he looked like he was about to say something else but stopped instead. After a moment's pause, he pulled her back to him again. He just couldn't help it-- he saw how disappointed she was, and it matched his own very easily. He murmured, "I have no idea what you're doing to me.. But I really like it." And, well, kissed her. Again.

My, my, these hormones are obviously raging. Haha. xD

Morgan let her bag drop and she kissed him back, a bit more cautious than before. After a moment, she pulled away, and whispered, "This is so much better than coffee," before kissing him again without caution, her arms around his neck, trying to get closer, although that probably wasn't physically possible. Her tounge roamed his mouth, and she was slowly losing control of her emotions.

Clearly. Teenagers these days, honestly xD

Asher didn't manage to answer her before she kissed him again. But it was a hell of a lot better than coffee. In truth he really had no idea what was going on or what he was really doing-- this was just so unlike him, if he dwelled on it too much he thought that it might scare him a little in fact, how much he had changed since he'd met her-- but he loved every moment of it. One of his hands wandered and became entangled in her hair when they were really getting into it. His heart was pounding, and he could feel a strange but somehow pleasant sensation in his stomach. What had she done to him?

Especially these two! One's pregnant, the other's socially awkward and has never kissed a girl until now! xDD & I love how everytime one of them stops, the other starts again. :D

Morgan finally came to her senses, and pulled away, this time, walking a few steps away before saying, "Asher...I--I'm sorry, but... I just can't do this to you...." She looked down and crossed her arms, trying to stay strong. What her mind was telling her to do rip his pants off- but in her heart, she didn't want this to be like all the others. She wanted them to have a real romance. One where they didn't take their clothes off on the first date.

Haha, I know! I don't know what's gotten into him. But I like it, they're adorable.

Asher blinked when she pulled away to try an some back to his senses, and he was by the time she spoke. He understood completely what she was trying to tell him. He nodded and said to her, "That's okay, I understand." He would prefer to take things a little slower anyway, he wanted to know that he was really in love with her before anything happened.

Agreed, they are indeed adorable, and practically perfect for each other, oddly. Haha.

"Should we actually go get coffee, now?" Morgan asked, chuckling slightly. She picked up her bag, and ran her hand through her hair. She was happy that Asher understood where she was coming from, and even happier that she didn't feel the need to elaborate what she was feeling.

Exactly they just compliment each other perfectly because they're so different, but they have a few things that connect them completely.

"I think that would be a good idea, as wonderful as that was," Asher chuckled, opening the door for her before following her out., and then slowly taking her hand and entwining their fingers as they went out to the car, where he let her in before getting into the driver's side again. "Okay, direct me to the place that makes the best coffee," he said.

Yes, I do think they compliment each other extremely well. And now that all of that sexual tension was released, maybe they could carry on like normal human beings. Haha.

Morgan fastened her seat belt and gave Asher the directions to her favorite coffee place. She looked out the window and laughed a little. "You know, that's the most self control I've ever had." Morgan commented quietly. She continued to watch the falling snow, noticing the beauty of each little flake.

I think so. They can wait. And this is where he returns to his usual shy self.

The beauty of each little flake? You did not type that. Hahaha.

Asher laughed and said, "Well, on the contrary, it's probably the least amount I've had. But that's because you've been there before and I haven't." His self control hadn't been lost to the point where had wanted to.. cross the line or anything-- he wasn't ready for that-- but he did surprise himself. But, of course, they'd had to stop, because Morgan was worried that she wouldn't be able to stop herself from wanting a little more than kissing if they'd carried on. He smiled slightly as he followed Morgan's directions. "I am glad that we stopped, though. I want it to be.. You know.. That moment when you just know it's right." He parked at the coffee shop and got out of the car again. He was thinking about what she'd said. The fact that she'd had so much self control told him that she really did want something more than just to hook up with him, and that made him happy.

Hey- it's beautiful to Morgan the artist, not to Beth the actress. Haha. And I felt like I needed another sentence. Haha.

Morgan smiled over to Asher, "You're getting all sorts of firsts tonight, aren't you? First date, first girlfriend, first kiss, first make-out session, first loss of self control... you're on a roll." she said, playfully. She got out of the car and shut the door. "Yeah, I know what you mean." Morgan commented, giving him that one-of-a-kind, charming smile.

Ooh, okay. I gotcha ;]

Asher chuckled softly and nodded, a slight pink tint finding its way over his cheeks. "Yeah, I suppose you're right actually." He honestly couldn't have asked for anything better than what he'd had that evening. Now he was back to his normal self and even her smile for him made him feel a little something warm and fuzzy inside. He sighed contentedly as he sat down and when they were settled, he told her, "And, well, just picking up on that.. Every one of those firsts has been wonderful. I've had the best time tonight. And it's been the best birthday ever."

Morgan grinned. She thought Asher was even cuter when he blushed. "Even the loss of self-control?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. She sat down across from him and put her chin in her hand as she yawned. "I'm glad you've had fun. Happy birthday." she smiled again.

"I'm not sure. I know you're not supposed to drink alcohol, but I'm not sure about coffee.. I guess maybe if you drink too much then they want to drink coffee when they're born because they're used to it.. " Asher said, and then motioned for her just to take a seat, "I'll get it for you, it's not a problem," he told her. He went up to the counter and asked for two hot chocolates, and said yes to marshmallows-- hey, why not? He paid and brought back the two mugs to the table, and set one down in front of her as he sat down again with his. "And so I guess when I invite you to my house so I can make you dinner like I promised, I might have to think about making enough for seconds, if you're eating for two," he said with a slight smile.
