Okay, I'll make sure I get around to it 9:

Wow, it does sound good. "The Girl With The..." books were like that. And then I read Dear John afterwards. It's such a lovely book, but it felt simplistic in terms of language and flow.

Good, actually. Today is the hardest, though, Physics, Chem, Bio and Music. It'll be alright, though :3

"It's in sort of in the Midlands of England. But I'm telling you, it's tacky compared to London; I'd much rather take you there," Brandon told her. "They eat chips and gravy there, just the thought of it turns me away," he chuckled.

"It's really rewarding, as well as the fact that I still get to play music, which is what I love, and it gives me time to play some shows, write some songs, in between and such," Caden said. "Some teachers like to come along and learn a thing or two, maybe if you've got some free time you can always stop by and check it out. You don't have to play anything to help the kids out," he offered with a smile, "But please don't feel obliged to take me up on that offer, it's up to you." He then contemplated the thought of being introduced into things that early. Maybe he just lacked that certain confidence, but he didn't know if he could do it. "Wow, I really can't imagine having to fit that in with everything. I can't say I had much about my life figured out by then."

Yeah, I basically grew up with those books and the movies.

I hated Dear John to be honest. I hated Savannah and I hated Tim, I think that was his name. John was the only decent character. I loved The Last Song though.

Wow. We usually only have 2 exams a day on finals week.

"Well, we don't have to go if you don't want," Avery said. "London sounds great, and if you want to take me there, I'd love to go."

"I would love to, actually. It sounds like a great experience. You should just let me know next time you're going somewhere. Even if I can come for a week or so, I'd love it," Cassandra replied. "I guess modeling just started as something that sounded like fun. My mom had done it, my sister was doing it. I wanted to do it as well and it sort of grew into a career from there."

Yeah, I did. I mean, I really loved them, actually, until the fifth for some reason. But, like I said, I think that was just a phase of not reading much.

I liked the movie better. The ending.. I hated the ending of the book. The Notebook is great, though <3 I haven'd read The Last Song, yet, actually. Didn't they make that into a movie with Miley Cyrus?

Yeah, it was quite a lot today. But the music essay question was a dream =D

"Well, I think we can do everything we can in Blackpool in London, in much better style. How does that sound?" Brandon suggested.

"Sure, I'll definitely let you know. I'll find out when I get back home, usually. Often I get a say, so if you have any time that's not good for you, let me know and I'll sort something out for a time that is good," Caden replied, glad that she seemed excited about the offer. "Well, I guess you were like me, with music in my way. I looked at other people and thought, I'd like to be doing that instead of being in school every day of my life. Of course, I stayed on for college, but I got to study what I loved, at my own pace. And now I'm free to do what I like. But it's also something hard to get into-- I'm sure modelling is the same. There are times when there's nothing coming through, and that worries me until I remember that money isn't everything."

Finish them soon! :)

I hated both the book and the movie actually. I haven't seen the movie for The Last Song though. I think it does have her in it. The book was good though. I liked it, at least.

That's good. :) Do you have them this whole week?

"That sounds perfect," Avery laughed. "If that's what you prefer. Obviously, I don't know any better."

"I'm sure I could probably find some free time to fit around your times. You really don't have to make special arrangements for me," Cassandra said. "You went to college though. I didn't go. Being in the music industry is hard from what I've seen though. But of course, I live in New York. Everybody wants to be an artist here."

When I have time xD

Really? Fair enough, I thought it was sweet. I don't think I'd want to see it if she was in it, personally. I mean, I don't hate her or anything but I can't imagine her being a character in a Sparks novel.

Yeah. History and Maths tomorrow. And then Art all day on Monday, oh, joy of joys..

"I personally think it'll be better, so that's what I'll do. And it'll be legal there to do everything we'd like to in Vegas-- of course, it won't be quite the same, but near enough," he said.

"Okay, well, I'll let you know," Caden told her. It was nice to have somebody else showing some genuine interest in what he did. As a matter of fact, a lot of people thought other things would be more important to a child's life than music, but he felt that it was more important that people really understood. "I think I went because I wasn't ready to throw myself into the music business at eighteen, I still had a lot to learn, and I felt like having a college degree would open up a lot of other doors. It's unlikely I'll ever make it into the business, the way I see it, so I can at least be a teacher of music or something like that."

I didn't like either of the movie versions of his books that I've seen, so I don't know. I typically don't like his movies, I guess, so there would be no point in me wasting a few hours on it.

Art all day? Wow.

"I can hardly wait, actually," Avery said. "And you still have to take me to Paris, you know? I feel like by the time we've settled down, we won't even know where we want to live because we'll have seen too many beautiful places to just pick one."

"As long as you like teaching, it can't be bad," Cassandra said, as the cab stopped in front of a club. "This is it," she told Caden as she paid the cab driver. The entire place looked crowded, even from the outside, where people were lingering around, waiting to get in.

Fair enough. I loved The Notebook movie.

Yeah, it's going to be interesting..

"Oh, yeah, Paris, thank you for reminding me," Brandon said, having forgotten all about that with the talk of London. He then chuckled and said, "That's true, actually. We'll have to set aside some time for deciding."

"Definitely not, it just wouldn't be my first choice, per se," Caden said. He then looked at the club they'd pulled up at as he got out of the cab and kept the door open for Cassandra. He didn't usually find the time for partying much, he figured it'd be fun to do so for a change.

I fell asleep during that movie. Ahaha. :)

Good luck! :)

"It's going to take ages to decide," she laughed, kissing him on the cheek. Talking about the future made her excited and happy. The thought of being able to spend the rest of her life with Brandon was amazing.

"Well, there's no reason as to why you shouldn't try to make your first choice happen," Cassandra told him as she took him by the hand and led him through the crowd of people to get inside. "My sister's here as well, but we're going to have to avoid her. She doesn't really understand the difference between work and play."

Oh, really? Fair enough xD

Actually, I think it's going to be pretty good. Last time it was. I've got a positive outlook right now, revision is finished and it's snowing in November. Who'd've thunk it?

"Well, we've got to pick the right place, so it'll be worth all the time," Brandon said, returning her kiss. "But, then again, it's never too late to change your mind. A lot of people like to move around a lot." He smiled and held her a little closer, a sign of his happiness, at talks of a long term future with Avery, something he just loved to think about.

"Oh, really?" Caden said with a chuckle. He knew a few people like that, and he supposed if her sister was her agent then there really would be no avoiding talk of work if they met her in there. He followed in obediently through the crowd, not fancying the idea of getting lost.

It's snowing? Lucky. I wish it snowed here.

"I can't wait to -" Avery had started to reply but stopped and grimaced slightly. "I don't feel well," she told Brandon. "It's my stomach. It's sort of queasy."

"Cassandra Darby," she told the doorman once they reached the entrance. "Plus one," she added, for Caden. The doorman nodded, and let them in. It was even more crowded inside than it was outside. "Would you like another drink?" she asked Caden, talking louder than usual to be heard over the music, as they passed the bar.

I've honestly never seen it snow here in November or December. It usually never snows until February.

Brandon looked concerned and said, "I really think we need to take you to see somebody about it. Do you think there's anything I can at least get you to make it feel better?"

Caden followed her in, and when she asked him if he'd like a drink, he instead asked her, raising his voice slightly, "Can I get you one?" He felt obliged since she'd given him one earlier at her apartment.

At least it does snow!

Avery shook her head. "I don't know. Can we just go see a doctor? It's been going on all day."

"Um, sure," Cassandra replied. She hadn't been expecting him to offer, though she did think it was rather nice of him to do so. "I was just going to get a cosmo, actually."

That's true. Sorry :)

"Sure," Brandon said, nodding, he got up and took her hand,. He said to Avery's friends, "Ave's really not feeling too good. I'm going to have to take her to see a doctor, sorry to have to just leave." He then protectively wrapped his arm around Avery's shoulders and held her close to his side.

Caden searched for his wallet and then asked the bartender for a cosmo and a margarita, and then took them back to where Cass was standing. He smiled and handed it to her, "One cosmo," and then took a sip of his own.

Our snow usually lasts for a day before melting completely. And that happens once a year and we usually don't get a day off from school either.

Sierra nodded understandingly. "Feel better, Avery." she told her. "And you can both come back and visit anytime you want."

Avery nodded and said goodbye before she and Brandon left. Once they had got to the streets, she hailed a cab and told the driver to take them to the nearest hospital. "I hope it's not bad," she murmured to Brandon.

"Thank you," Cassandra smiled as she took a sip of her drink and then set her glass down on the countertop of the bar. "So how much longer are you in New York for?" she asked him.

Awh, that's a shame ):

It's actually only been in the last two years that we've actually had any snow at all, ever since I've been here, really.

Brandon said goodbye to Avery's friends, and told them it was nice to meet them, before leading Avery out of the apartment and into the cab she called up. When they were in, he nodded and said, "I hope it's not, too. Hopefully we've caught it early, though." He didn't like to see her feeling ill and down at all, it really wasn't like her, but especially since they were in New York.

Caden chuckled at her question and said, "Well, I really shouldn't be in New York right now at all, I was meant to go home today, but I missed the bus and then the train back to Boston earlier today, which is why I ended up in the diner with all my suitcases and such. So I guess I'll probably go home tomorrow sometime, but maybe I'll stretch it a little bit longer, since I do love it here."

I want to live in a place where it snows. I hate being in it, but it looks so pretty when there's lots of it.

Avery nodded but didn't say anything. She remained silent the rest of the drive, leaning her head against Brandon's shoulder. "Where should we go?" she asked him once they had reached the hospital.

"Where do you stay when you come here then?" Cassandra asked, taking another sip of her drink. "It's just that I'd feel awful if you didn't have a place to stay tonight. You saw how big my home is, or rather how big it's not. But if we needed to, I could always figure something out."

I like it, until everybody's walked all over it and it starts to melt away and suddenly it's actually really ugly. And, I wouldn't say I hate being in it, but the novelty wears off after a while.

"I'm not sure, I'll ask somebody," Brandon said, then spotting somebody appear behind the reception desk. He said to the woman, "Is there anybody I can get to see my girlfriend? She's feeling really ill and it's been getting worse." She looked at Avery for a moment, goodness knows why, and then directed them to where they could wait to see a doctor. She took down Avery's name in the meantime, and then let them go through to the waiting room. They weren't waiting too long, which surprised Brandon, as a matter of fact. The doctor called Avery in and Brandon asked her, "Do you want me to wait for you, or shall I come with?"

"Oh, I'm sure I can get a hotel somewhere, it's fine," Caden said, not wanting to burden her with his having to find a place to stay for the night. He'd just have a look around at some point-- probably before too long, in case he drank a little more than he planned.

Ahh. We have finals next week. It doesn't feel like winter at all though!

"I'll be fine," she told him as she stood up to go. "It shouldn't take them too long anyway." When Avery went in, the doctor ran a few tests on her, before telling her what was going on. When she left, she went up to Brandon and said "I think we should go back to the hotel."

"Whatever works for you," Cassandra shrugged as she took another sip. "But I honestly won't mind if you need a place to crash for the night. It's not a big deal."

Ah, good luck! You'll be fine, I know it :)

It definitely feels like winter here, I can tell you!

Brandon stood up, a concerned expression to match his feelings, which only worsened when she did't tell him what was going on straight away. He took her hand and lead her out to catch a cab back to the hotel. He wanted to ask her just to tell him, but he couldn't break the silence that easily. It lasted the whole journey-- though he still wrapped an arm around her lovingly-- and by the time they were back at the hotel, he'd been biting his lip

so much in anxiety that he felt like it was only a matter of time before he went through. He sat down on the bed with her and held her hand, and said to her softly, "Okay, tell me what's going on."

"Anything works for me, but you've already more than accommodated for me by inviting me to the party and such. I would only get in the way, I'm sure," Caden said to her, not wanting to seem like he didn't appreciate her offer.

It was coldish today but not normal cold, just down to 38. Not complaining though.

Avery was silent for a while before saying anything. She actually had no idea how to tell him or how he would respond. Finally, she told him. "The doctor said I was pregnant," she said softly as she looked up at him to see his reaction.

"If that's what you want," Cassandra smiled, finishing her drink. "You'll at least dance with me, though, won't you?" she asked. She didn't give him a chance to respond however because she took his hand and led him towards the dance floor.
