"I bet. I mean, it's new for me, but I'm sure I'll want to go someplace else soon. I'll see, I still have a lot to do to keep me occupied until then," Asher said, finishing the last of his coffee, feeling hydrated, awake and refreshed at last. "It sounds like you like it here, we can stay here if you really want, it's fine for me. But if you fancy something else, that's cool, too. Wherever you want to go, that's fine with me."

Choirs and stuff like that aren't big over here, we rarely have them at all, actually. We take musicals and things a lot less seriously than the US, I think. Though things may change because of Glee craze, I suppose. Our orchestra and concert band are award winning, our conductor is just so amazing and dedicated to us. He's also my music teacher this year and next year, which is fantastic.

Morgan stood and said, "I kind of want to walk around somewhere, if that's okay with you." She picked up jer cup, as well as Asher's, and threw them both into the garbage can. She came back over to the table and leaned on it, waiting for Asher's response.

Yeah, our choir director loves us oh so much. He calls us his kids all the time :)

"Sure, sounds good," Asher said. He pushed his sleeves back down in order to get his coat on, then his scarf, and then got up, handing Morgan her coat as well. "Know any interesting places you can take me? I'm still yet to explore."

Haha, ours isn't that easygoing. I mean, he's the really funny kind who can be so nice one minute and then a bit standoffish the next. But you know whenever he says you've done a good job, it means you've really done well.

"This town isn't very interesting." Morgan said, taking her coat and nodding a thanks. She slipped it on, as well as her gloves and asked, "Is there anything that you want to see?"

Yeah, ours is really honest with how we sound, too. If it sucked, he tells us it was terrible. Haha.

"Oh, I see. I wasn't entirely sure whether it was that interesting or not. Is there anywhere else we can go at all? If not, just a walk anywhere will do," Asher said, opening the coffee shop's door for her.

-fail- Sorry :L

Well, that's good, I mean, how else will you get better?

"Well, let's see..." Morgan scrunched up her nose and thought for a moment. She tapped her chin with her index finger and said, "No, nothing really so great you'd have to see. So, I guess we could just go for a walk." She walked through the door, "Thanks."

-Ifailtoo,it'sokay.-

Yeah.

Ugh. I start school tomorrow. I'm not looking forward to it.

"You're welcome," Asher said, stepping out behind her. "A walk sounds fine. I guess just to walk around and get up is alright for me." He shoved his hands into his pocket to shield them from the cold, having forgotten his gloves-- or maybe lost them somewhere, he didn't know-- and had a look around. Any direction, going anywhere, was just fine for him. That was something common about Asher. Everything was just fine with him.

Aw, man, that sucks ): But you're already in highschool, right? So, at least you don't have to get used to it.

"Lead the way." Morgan said, rubbing her hands together. She looked around at all the white snow and wished it would all melt away. To Morgan, snow was a pointless part of nature, even if it sometimes made great landscape inspirations. She looked up at Asher, and thought about him. She was curious to know more about him, like the little things and such. "What's your favorite color?" she asked randomly.

Yeah ): Well, our high schools are split- grade 9 is in its own building but grade 10-12 are in another. & It's going to be my first year in the 10-12 building. :L

Asher just decided on taking a turn to the right, and just follow the sidewalk or any path they came across, clearly no sense of direction, not knowing where anything was. He seemed mildly surprised by her question, because it had come out of nowhere. But he just said, "Hmm.. I think I like blue quite a lot. Or green. I couldn't decide. Red's nice in its own way, in the right place, too.." He then chuckled, "Okay, I'll just say green, to make it less complicated. What about you?"

Ah, I see. That's interesting.. Though, now I think about it, they do that at the school near me, too. But not at mine. We're all just mashed in there xD

"Turquoise." Morgan answered quickly. She spat out a piece of bright red hair that had flown into her mouth. Morgan pulled it up into a ponytail and secured it with a holder. Quietly, she followed Asher in whatever direction he chose. Since she knew the town well, they would be able to get back to the car from wherever. "Aaand... what's your favorite.... smell?"

Yeah. xD At least not all of us are mashed together. xDD

"So blue and green together. I guess I could have said that," Asher chuckled. "But that doesn't include red.." He wondered what all the questions were about, but he didn't mind answering them. "Chocolate cake, when it's being baked, so it goes all the house," he replied. He was definitely a chocolate fan. "And yours?"

It's alright, it's a big school, and I'll be in the oldest year (excluding sixth formers, anyway) group now, so we don't take any crap from the little 11 year olds who swamp our bench. xD

Morgan nodded. She thought for a moment. "Probably....vanilla." She stuck her tounge out to try and catch a snowflake. "This isn't working!" she complained as she stuck it out further.

-sorryifail-

Oh, yeah :) Being the oldest is always fun

Asher laughed a little and said, "It's funny like that. Like, when it's pouring with rain, you're getting soaked to the skin, and yet none ever lands in your mouth." He watched her with amusement lighting up his eyes. "I haven't got any tips for you, I'm afraid."

No worries, mine's not fantastic, either :)

Yeah. It's good. We wear jumpers instead of blazers because we're older, so they all know we're in year 11.

"I know! I hate that!" Morgan said, giving up. She crossed her arms and continued to walk. Suddenly, she started humming a random Katy Perry song. "Tell me something random about yourself." Morgan said. She kicked up a little bit of snow, and it flew in the wind.

That's cool :)

Oh my gosh, I'm so pumped about my bag for school.

It's completely covered in musical notes <33

"You look very defensive with your arms folded, like you need to lighten up. If you're that desperate to catch snow on your tongue I'll pour some into your mouth," Asher joked, looking at her for a moment, before checking that the path he was taking was legitimate. "Well, I speak-- oh, wait, you already know that." He chuckled quietly and tried to think of an interesting, random fact about himself. How boring his life suddenly seemed. "Would it surprise you to know that once I smoked pot and got totally high on it? Definitely made being sociable a lot easier."

Oh wow, that sounds amazing <3 I'd love to know where you got it, but chances are, we don't have the store here anyway. I do have a bag that looks like an electric guitar, though <3

A'ight, as my edit, since I'm off teh bed now, I'll just wish you the best of luck for tomorrow. Hope you have a good day :) <3

Morgan shrugged. "You should realize by now that I can be a defensive person. And you should also realize that I'm being as light as possible at the moment." she said, quietly and not as confident as she had been a little bit ago. Morgan laughed and said playfully, "No, it honestly wouldn't surprise me. The quiet guys are always the druggies." She shook her head, smiling. "But don't worry, I've tried pot before, too. I've also tried cigarettes, heroin, and cocaine."

Yes, it's epic :)

But yours sounds awesome, too !

Thanks, the first day was good, but extremely boring. I took a test in second period. That sucked.

"I know, I know. Sorry, I didn't mean it that way," Asher said to her, offering her an apologetic smile. He perked up again at her comment, chuckling, "Oh, you know me even better than I thought. It's actually scary, having somebody actually understanding me." He laughed a little, and then said, "Wow, really? Everything you seem to have done makes anything I see as rebellious totally fizzle out. Well, I have had cigarettes, too. But pot is worse than that."

I could have sold it to so many people. I literally get stopped in the street about it :)

Ah, that does suck! ):

You know what doesn't suck, though? London is AMAZING. Ohyus <3 I didn't get to go to the British Music Experience, but that means I still have my free ticket for another time. And Wicked was indescribably awesome <33

Morgan shrugged and said, "I'm just overly rebellious. I feel the need to put myself in danger, and it's obviously stupid." She kicked up a little bit more snow. "Hmm. I guess I should tell you something random about me, shouldn't I? Well, let's see... I'm allergic to cats." she said, shoving her hands into her coat pockets.

I TOLD YOU THAT YOU'D LOVE WICKED! What was your favorite part/song/scene/character/anything else?!

"Live fast, party hard, die pretty," Asher chuckled, shrugging a bit, "You could look at it that way. I mean, you have to live a little bit. I keep telling myself that. It's the reason for trying things like pot." He listened out to hear the random fact about her, and then smiled. "I hate cats, period. So I have no problem with your allergy. In fact, I wish I was allergic to cats, so that I had an excuse not to be around them."

Well, I mean, Defying Gravity was just AMAZING. The girl that played Elphaba was one of the best singers I've ever heard; incredible. I loved how it all fitted together with the Wizard of Oz. The guy that played Fiyero wasn't so good, a bit wet. I know him, he won a TV show to get the part of Joseph in 'Joseph', and he reall doesn't come across as the dashing hero. Now, if Adam Lambert had been there, like when he had understudied Fiyero on Broadway... And yeah, I gotta say, Glinda was hilarious.

Morgan chuckled, "Yeah, I guess that could be my view on life..." A smirk played on her face as she said, "Well, I'm glad you don't like cats. It's just a bonus of our friendship." She stretched, yawning before looking around at the scenery. "I can't wait until summer..." she murmured dreamily.

Oh my gosh, I loved Defying Gravity. I would KILL to play Elphaba! When I saw it, we had the Fiyero understudy, and he was amazing! I was all O.O the whole show. I really don't think I looked at the program once, and that's an impressive feat for me. Haha. Galinda burst out into a fit of giggles right before 'Popular' and it made the scene even better.
