Quick update on events that happened on April 11-12, 2013:

After I got home from another shift the morning of April 11, I activated the screen on my P's and so Mametchi got his 4th puzzle piece (yes, even before he had his morning shower ). That being said, I made sure he spruced himself up before we visited the matchmaker. Didn't want to scare away all the prospective brides!



Mametchi and Harptchi were married.

They had a baby boy, Aukumotchi.

He evolved into Tatolutchi. This is my first time getting this adorable turtle for a toddler!



On April 12, he evolved into Cosumotchi.



In other news, I finally received the rest of my purchases (for now...expect more to come ). I had to go to the post office on my day off to pick up a couple of the packages, but here they are (from left to right): blue Kimiko/Baby Byte, blue Home Deka, Home Station, and clear blue Mothra!

My guy evolved into an adult, Atchitchi, on the 13th.

Hi, friends! Long time no log! I've been on a bit of a hiatus since mid-April. I've got some time off of work for now and I've missed the Tamagotchi world so much so here I am to play a bit of catch up. A bit of what I've been up to in the last few months:

• At the beginning of April, I went off orientation and officially became a night shift registered nurse working on the floor on my own. I've been adjusting to work these last few months.
• I got engaged in May to my boyfriend of 6.5 years! We're planning a wedding for next year.
  
• My husband-to-be and I became homeowners for the first time. Lots of cleaning and small home improvement projects are in the works.

Been wanting to update you on what I've been up to Tamagotchi-wise but before that, I wanted to share some straggler pictures that I took the last time I ran a Tamagotchi. As you all probably know, I have a habit of backlogging, but not to worry! I haven't run a Tamagotchi since April, so this update will be fairly quick.
When I last logged back in April, I had an adult character, Atchitchi, ready to visit the matchmaker. Sometime before that trip, the last puzzle piece was earned.

In addition, he and I visited the amusement park, where we were thoroughly amused.

Atchitchi and Yumemitchi tied the knot.

They had a boy, the blue cloud character, Aokumotchi, who later evolved into the adorable toddler, Tatolutchi. This is where I stopped taking pictures and went on my hiatus.

Fast forward to August 3, 2013: I had the Tamagotchi P's itch so when I restarted it back up, this was the scene I was met with, unfortunately:

Before I knew it, the angels came and took my teen character, Nokobotchi, back to Tamagotchi Planet. Sad, but not completely unexpected: look at the state of that living room! I am embarassed.

Anyway, I think I'm going to continue my current run in a different entry because this one was quite wordy enough.

Stay tuned because I have lots more to share! I realized that I kind of left my last Tamagotchi sales page hanging, so I've still got several more to sell. More on that soon. I plan on taking an updated collection picture/making a new collection video because my last one was taken more than a year ago and I've had quite a few changes to my collection since then. I've been catching up with the happenings on the forums, updating my pierce collection (I think I stopped collecting before I finalized my orders for the Aikatsu and Coffret pierces, which I had previously pre-ordered). So those are now on the way, and I've also got the Dream to Change, Sanrio, and the limited edition Ciao pierces coming my way. I've also pre-ordered the Mirakuruaizu pierce and the Pen Touch Notebook Pocket Designer, which is supposed to be something like the P's version of the iD Station in that it can make custom downloads. Fair to say that my wallet still took a pretty decent hit, despite my hiatus. Speaking of which, I made a HUGE Tamagotchi purchase back in May. It's something I've had on my wish list for years, but no longer because it's actually a part of my collection now! Want know what it is? You'll see...

So I'm just running my P's at the moment. Hoping to run more in the near future.

Last time, I left off with the departure of the teen character that looks like a mushroom, Nokobotchi. I restarted, and an egg appeared on the screen (please excuse the mess...result of my neglect in the last few months ). A few moments later, it hatched to reveal Aokumotchi.

An hour later, he evolved into Tatolutchi.

As promised, the big, new-addition reveal is in this entry. A little late but I had to share the latest and one of the greatest additions to my Tamagotchi family. I decided to get one in May and it arrived in pristine condition in the design I like best out of the three. Please join me in welcoming my Santaclautch! I'm very excited to finally have THE Christmas-themed Tamagotchi around to celebrate one of my favorite holidays of the year!

Hoping to get around to posting an updated collection picture very soon. My current one is over a year old! Stay tuned!

Tatolutchi was due to change into a teen today but before that, I played around with colors at the Paint Room.

He evolved into an adorable teen character I haven't had until now: Maimaitchi, a little snail.

I fiddled around with his colors too. He looks like he's got a little Captain America shield when the red/white/blue paint combo is chosen! Nothing much going on with him for the rest of the day. Just went outside to play, hop around, and do what snails do!

Greetings, friends! Long time no log...again, at least not since August. I passed right over my 6-YEAR TamaTalk anniversary (almost as old as my relationship with my fiance!) without even realizing it. Work and wedding planning, definitely important, are keeping me away from the world of Tamagotchis. Somehow, I always find my way back. I've been lurking over the last couple of months, and slowly re-entering the Tamagotchi world because I've missed running Tamagotchis and logging. I would like to get into somewhat of a habit of running and logging here and there, especially around Christmas time, due to having one of my biggest purchases, detailed above.

Anyway, as in my usual fashion, I'd like to catch up a bit. Not to worry, I only ran my P's for a bit under 2 weeks after my last log entry, so catching up should be fairly easy. Probably will take 3 entries at the most. We left off after the events that took place on August 4...


August 5-15, 2013

On August 5, my guy evolved from a cute little snail into the adult character Raitotchi. He had an eventful day: made a pet friend and got a job at the park. Poor Nazotchi, always getting busted for littering.

August 6 was special items day. Raitotchi's items are the Space Food, the helmet, and the computer (my aerospace engineer fiance would appreciate this, as well as the space shuttle ).

Continued (part 2/3)...

Raitotchi obtained all 4 puzzle pieces on August 7, and so, he was ready to head to the matchmaker.

He found love there with Amiamitchi and they were happily married.

They became proud parents to a cute baby boy, the blue cloud character, Aokumotchi.

He evolved into the toddler character, Mitsumarutchi, who I don't think I've had before. Adorable, kind of looks like a mini virtual pet with ears.

Continued (part 3/3)...

In other news on August 7, a purchase came in the mail. I came across these Tamagotchi P's Gashapon and I just had to have them. I think there are a second wave of these that I have yet to get, but these are just darling!

On August 8, my toddler evolved into Cosumotchi.

I took a picture on August 10 of what was probably my last character evolution to date. My guy had evolved into Knightchi. I haven't yet restarted my P's to check, but I'm pretty sure I haven't gotten any of his puzzle pieces yet.

All that's left are a couple of pictures of purchases I made. I found a good deal on a Mechagotch, the calculator Tamagotchi. My Ciao pierce also came in the mail. Shortly thereafter, my Dream to Change Ribbon pierce came in the mail. I am now up to date on the pierces released thus far.

My Pocket Designer pre-order didn't go through for either AmiAmi or HLJ, so I ended up ordering it through CD Japan. It's on its way!

Phew, all caught up! I have work in the next couple of days but I'm hoping to start running a Tamagotchi here and there very soon. I'd like to get an updated collection picture/video up as well in the near future, since the ones in my signature are over a year old. Until next time!

After coming home from my shift this morning (I have the next few days off), I downloaded my blue Ps before I hit the sack. It picked up where I last left off: turns out my Knightchi was very unhappy with me (I can see why...just look at the state of that room! ), so he said farewell and went back to Tamagotchi Planet.

I restarted, and a baby boy hatched from the egg.

After an hour of care (and cleaning, of course!), he evolved into Tatolutchi.

Maybe thinking of running a vintage Tamagotchi in the near future

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Among lots of other things, I am thankful for the opportunity to continue sharing this log with you. I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday!

Ive got a bit to catch up on because though I havent been keeping up with logging as much as I would like due to work and wedding planning, Ive still got my Ps running. Im also still making purchases so Im thinking that when Im all caught up, I'll make an entry solely for my most recent purchases. In the meantime, I will pick up where I last left off.

November 15-21, 2013

My guy evolved into a teen, Cosumotchi on the 15th. Nothing too exciting happened with him because I was working at the same time so I really didnt pay much attention to care misses and such. So it's still easy to get different characters because I've only got a few out of the 30-something possible characters so far.

On the 16th, he evolved into the adult character, Gotchimotchi.

I was supposed to take him to the matchmaker on the 18th, the day he got his final puzzle piece, but I was coming off of a block of shifts at work and so I neglected him a little too much to the point where he ALMOST left. Saved him just in time with an apology letter.

After some more sleep and time off on my part, I went ahead and got the rest of his happy items on the 19th: Sushi/Fried Tofu from the Restaurant, the Trimming Set from Tama Depa, and the Star Costume from Tama Mori.

November 15-21, 2013 (continued)

Then it was off to the matchmaker, where Gotchimotchi married Jurietchi.

They had a baby girl, Pinkubotchi, who eventually evolved into the toddler character, Puchihanatchi.

On the 20th, she evolved into Neotchi. She became an adult on the 21st, Furifuritchi.

Tales of her happy items and marriage will be coming up. Its time for me to be with family and feast like kings. I will update more sometime tomorrow. Until next time!

So sorry I didn't get around to posting that update right after Thanksgiving as mentioned. I want to try and get a little more into the habit of logging these days in between work, especially since I'm participating in the Santaclautch hatch over at Tama Zone in a couple of days! For now, I will pick up where I left off.

November 23-24, 2013

Nothing too eventful after my gal evolved into an adult on the 21st, and the 22nd went by uneventfully as well, since the matchmaker option didn't open up for her yet. So on the 23rd (HAPPY BIRTHDAY, TAMAGOTCHI AND MAMETCHI!), I took care of all her puzzle piece items (while on the go...had to run errands that day so I was in the passenger seat of the car, hence the different lighting and quality of pictures ). They are Cuisine from the Restaurant, Fashionable Eyeglasses from Tama Mori, and the Clapper Board from Tama Depa. She really is the fancy type, isn't she?

After that, she took a trip to the matchmaker, where she married the birthday boy, Mametchi.

They had a baby boy, Aokumotchi. He evolved into Tatolutchi after the hour of care.

November 25-December 4, 2013

It's a fairly long stretch of time but in actuality, not much happened because I was trying to run my P's in between days I worked. This will most likely be a two-parter.

On November 25, my guy evolved into the snail teen, Maimaitchi. The next day, I got a new adult character, Mogumogutchi (apologies for the blurriness).

His happy items are caramel from Music Café, the chef hat from Tama Mori, and cookbook from Tama Depa.

That looks scrumptious - can I commission you to make my wedding cake for free, Mogumogutchi? XD

Took my guy to the matchmaker on the 28th after he obtained the last puzzle piece. Also posted is a picture of the progress of my spaceship.

November 25-December 4, 2013 (continued)

Mogumogutchi and Yumemitchi were married and they had a baby boy Aokumotchi again. He later evolved into Maimaitchi, and then into an adult character I've already had - Raitotchi.

I married him off as soon as I could with work and wedding stuff and all, which apparently didn't happen until December 4. That's the last picture I have before I took a short break from running my Ps.

In other news, I've still been making purchases. A bit too much to keep track of, I'm afraid, but I did take some pictures.

Pocket Designer set that came in around Thanksgiving.

A purchase I made from a fellow member, Midorime.

A boxed TamaTama Market. Never thought I'd see one of these on Ebay, and for a steal no less!

Kind of corny, but I passed right over my 3rd year as a TamaTalk Guide on December 3. It really has been a pleasure and you all make it happen!

That's all for now. I'm a bit disappointed in myself because I was supposed to hatch my Santa today but I went on a day trip out of town and forgot to bring him with me. So sad. Ah well, guess I have to make due with starting him up tomorrow. At least I'm all caught up with logging so it's all about the Santa coming up!

Lastly, just want to remind everyone that I've currently got a sales page in the tBay section. I'm still looking through my collection and I will be adding more things to the page soon (with pictures, of course), including some Deco pierces and possibly some more vintage Tamagotchis!

It is so, so early in the morning on December 23 right now but because I work nights and I recently just came off of a shift, my sleep schedule is out of whack and since I figured I have to go back to work on the evening of Christmas Eve anyway, I may as well stay up and sleep a little during the day today before I go on my errands. Besides, I wanted to show you all the hatching of my first ever Santaclautch. I intended to hatch it on the 22nd for Tama Zone's Santa hatch but on the day of, I went out of town the whole day and I forgot to bring him with me where I was going and so here we are. I got him hatched as early as I could. I'll do my best to learn more and more about this little guy each day in between work, holiday shenanigans, wedding planning, etc., so bear with me. I'm so excited to finally be running my Santaclautch during one of my most favorite times of the year!

So I unboxed, pulled the battery tab out, carefully unscrewed the battery cover open (I had asked the previous owner to ship it to me with the screws loose and batteries removed), and inserted new batteries. I set the date and time and waited.

After 5 minutes, Santatchi emerged from his home. I caught the "hatch" on camera and posted it on my YouTube channel. It's not much, but I was so excited that I just had to capture the moment.

During the next hour, I tried learning as much as I could by trial and error alone. It just sticks a little bit more when you learn things by doing it yourself. I'll let the pictures do most of the talking. I just absolutely love the animations on this Tamagotchi. The red shell is my favorite out of the 3 designs and I was very fortunate to score a great deal on one.

First item from advent calendar - yarn - and transformation into Skateboarder Santa!

After Santa put on some more clothes, I tried my hand at the game. Success!

Couple of other things I noticed - Santa won't eat all his food right away. You can feed him a full 4 times but he'll store all but one (which he'll usually eat on the spot if his hunger meter is empty) in a cooler, which he'll eat when he pleases. Indeed, right around 45 minutes after I hatched my Santa, I saw him snacking away. Maybe next time I can actually catch it on camera. Also, I wanted to catch a picture of Santa Vision - what Santa sees in the homes as the days go by. At present, there is a baby Tamagotchi character standing next to a wreath. It's my understanding that this picture will evolve the more time passes and the more Santa increases his "Santa-ness."

December 23, 2013

Not much going on with Santa today. I had already used his item for the 23rd, so he was just chilling the entire rest of the day. Very snowboarder-like mindset of him to take it easy. I even caught him snacking at random intervals. Of course, he was briefly reminded of his Santa duties when he looked upon his Santa Vision screen to see a young Tamagotchi trimming the tree. With renewed spirit, Santa continued preparing for the big day!

Thats all for now. I work on December 24th so I'll be back on the 25th for more...once I get some sleep after my shift.

Me oh my, such a sketchy caretaker am I! So I meant to do more logging with my Santaclautch but in the end, work, sleep, wedding planning, and the holidays won over. Before I knew it, Santa became grumpy and shut himself inside his home, essentially putting an end to my run. I didnt even get to snap pictures of the last moments anyway because the batteries in my Santa ran out. >.

Anyway, I've had the itch to run a Tamagotchi or two for a while now, despite being busy. I decided I wanted to run a color Tamagotchi of some sort, and perhaps a vintage.

To start, I reset my blue iD. Out from the egg hatched a baby girl, the Pichikutchi character.

Throughout the hour, I reacquainted myself with the iD, as I hadn't run it in a while.

After the hour, she evolved into Hoshitchi and since I started up my Tamagotchi during the wee hours of the morning (cut me some slack, I work nights so sometimes my sleep schedule is off ), it was straight off to bed for her.

As far as vintages go, I've decided to run my Devilgotch. I will start that up a little later, once there's more sunlight out for good pictures.

In other news, I've got a huge batch of Tamagotchis and other goodies coming from Japan so keep an eye out! Also, just wanted to remind everyone that I've still got my sales page in tBay up and running. I update it fairly regularly so keep checking back for new items! Last, but not least, I was so busy that I passed right over my third anniversary of my log! Can't believe it's been 3 years. iD

After a good nights rest, Hoshitchi woke up ready for the day. Too bad she didnt realize first that she needed a bath. XD She was so embarrassed! Apparently not for too long though because she proceeded to eat her breakfast like nothing happened right after a refreshing bath.

She must have eaten a lot of sweets today because next thing I know, shes got a toothache. She didnt let that get her down too much though after a dose of medicine, she went outside to play in the rain. She made sure to not stay outside too long, lest she catch a cold!

She should evolve into a teen early tomorrow morning.

Devilgotch

Decided to start this guy up because I havent done so in a while and hes relatively low-maintenance. Good for a gal like me with a hectic schedule. Anyway, I put in new batteries and set the time.

He didn't cause too much mischief today but I expect that to change after he gets some rest.

As expected, Hoshitchi evolved into a teen - Chuuchitchi- first thing in the morning.

Devilgotch

Deviltchi woke up at 9 am this morning (must be so nice to be able to sleep in ) and called for a handshake with a friendly look on his face. I obliged but was somewhat suspicious at how...nice he was acting. I sensed trolling in the near future.

Sure enough, the little devil caused a bit of meal-time trouble. So naughty!

Just wanted to get a quick update in before heading out for a seven-year anniversary lunch date with my man. Stay tuned...

February 4 (continued) - 7, 2014

iD

Chuuchutchi had a pretty uneventful rest of the day on the 4th. Though I didn't get a picture of it, she evolved on the early morning of the 5th into Memetchi. That is when I paused my iD because I had to work on the evenings of the 5th and 6th. I un-paused on the 7th because I had the day off. As usual though, nothing really happens for a while after an iD character evolves into an adult. If I remember correctly, it takes a little longer than usual (72 hours, rather than 48 hours on the newer color models) for the adult character to obtain the last Ta Ma To Mo stamp. So no pictures for the 7th. I will be pausing my Tamagotchis today and tomorrow (the 8th and 9th) because I work again and I will try for some Ta Ma To Mo stamps when I un-pause again.

Devilgotch

As expected, Deviltchi caused more trouble the rest of the day on the 4th. In addition to meal-time shenanigans, as mentioned in the last post, he played tricks on me while I was trying to get him to play the game. So silly. I made sure to give him a good talking-to. I understand that he's innately mischievous but even that needs to have some limit! Falling asleep during the game, honestly! No wonder he can't sleep at night and causes more mischief in the middle of the night.

As with my iD, I had my Devilgotch paused on the 5th and 6th. When I un-paused on the 7th, nothing new happened with Deviltchi. Just another day come and gone. I will also be pausing my Devilgotch today and tomorrow. I will post pictures again when he evolves.
