Jade was heading back to the ruins of her old life. She needed closure. She needed to find what she had been searching for. And if she didn't... well, she didn't know what she would do then. But in her heart of hearts, she felt as if she could not be wrong.

Silently, she slipped through the trees, delicately touching their trunks, feeling the moss sliding between her fingers. It sent a shiver running down her spine, and a soft sigh escaped from her lips. Every tree was one tree closer to what she needed. Eventually, she stood in front of the wall of vegetation, that was the entrance to the ruins. She took a deep breath, at once both frightened and jubilant.

Aviance was tending to her ribs, which were oddly swollen after the incident in the ruins. She glowered at the bruising, wondering why the regeneration wasn't working as it should have been. Still... she had touched a "cursed" object. Maybe it was a temporary side effect or something. Pushing it to the back of her mind, she turned and said to Alli, "Well, what do you think we should do now?"

He nodded. "Why dont you go and introduce yourself...?"

Anja giggled, and casually walked over the kids. "Hey there." Her smile was warm.

"Go see Sora?" Alli offered.

Aviance nodded slightly, getting to her feet slowly. Her ribs didn't hurt, really. It was just odd to her. "Yeah. I haven't talked to Sora or any of the others in a long time. It'll be good to see them again." If he intended on her seeing Sora about her ribs, well, she didn't plan on doing it. She didn't like doctoring or anything like that. It was a strange fear, probably from her past. If only she could remember it.

Jade, after taking a few minutes to calm her nerves, went into the clearing where the ruins were located. She looked around, as if searching for some sort of a clue, a trail, anything. She needed to find it. How could she leave without figuring it out? She took a few steps forward, then closed her eyes, concentrating.

Croy, on the other hand, was far from the Ruins- after a battle of nerve and wills, neither had triumphed, and Croy was particularly upset. In this time of clouded judgment, he decided that if she wanted to kill herself, she could go right on ahead. He wouldn't move in her direction until she returned to him.

Parade looked up at her, her purple eyes wide. She had an uncanny resemblance to her father- even the smile that she dawned after a moments pause was the same. "Hai!"
