I recently purchased a Giga Pet: The Little Mermaid. Unfortunately, the 'Enter' button is not working. Before I return it (it was listed as working), I thought someone might have an idea I haven't tried yet. This is what I've tried with no difference:
1. Cleaned contacts with isopropyl alcohol
2. Lead pencil on contacts
3. Foil on contacts
4. Eraser on contacts
5. Cleaned whole circuit board with isopropyl alcohol
I tested the button after each step and before the next. I know there's probably no hope, but thought I'd ask.
