Jeremy looked at her for a long time, his eyes sad, heavy.

She bit her lip. "Its sad."

He nodded. "I hope we can pull him away from it. Or that his parents will come home."

She leaned on him. "I love him still."

"I do too." He whispered. "I love him, so much."

Elda smiled. "I love all of the children."

"At least Luneth has his sister." He murmured. "And, to a degree, Parade. And us."

"They all should have each other too."

He nodded. "Indeed."

"I just hope they all get along better."

He sighed. "Like brothers and sisters do- they bicker."

"Do you think they'll get along better as they grow up?"

He shrugged. "Maybe. Who knows?"

She yawned, "I see."

He nodded, kissing her chin.

Elda giggled, "my lovely Jeremy."

He smiled. "I love me my Elda."
