"You understand." He smiled weakly. "But you wont go away, right?"

"Of course not." He smiled gently.

She didn't say anything after that. She merely buried her face in his neck, closing her eyes. She wanted to block out the rest of the world, just for one night.

"Sleep." He whispered. "Just... sleep."

Dani smiled, pleased, and then hugged him. "Lets go back now."

"Okay." He whispered.

He started to stand, but pushing himself up hurt, because of his arms being.... the way they were being.

Isaac picked Dani up, "Here, I'll carry you..."

He nodded. "Sorry I am a problem." He murmured.

"No, you're not a problem. Don't think that."

 

[++ Necromancer]

He was just quiet after that, waiting until they got there. While on the way, though, he heard something, and tried to sit up. "What was that?"

Jade fell asleep a few minutes later, her eyelids fluttering closed. Her breathing became the deeper, slower breathing of rest, and she seemed to relax against him.

"It's nothing, my love." He whispered, walking faster.

Croy, though, got no sleep, none. He sat up all night in watch.

"Okay." He whispered, but he obviously looked unnervered.

"Hey, wanna fly?" He asked.

Dani was about to answer, when a ferocious growl erupted form the trees, and birds took off into the air with shrill alarm calls. Dani, to, let out a scream, and clung to Isaac for protection despite the pain the tension caused.

Isaac cussed, and went to lift off the ground with Dani.

Two large paws appeared on the path, and a large and beautifully vicious head thrust its way out of the wall of trees and wild growth. It was a lion, a temendously huge mountain lion, at least double and possibly triple the size of a regular mountain lion, and it swung its head around a few times before prowling onward througout the woods.

It was a good thing they had lifted off moments before.

Isaac tried to fly faster. "We have to warn the others!"

"That was a big cat!" He only whispered it, his eyes wide with shock.
