"... He's somewhat similar to you when we first met. He's a ladies man- a modern day Casanova. Before he met Axie, he was the one night stand. The guy that everyone wanted." Elda shook her head, "He's the romantic of the family. He takes after his father, but that sizzle probably died off mostly in Gio. He's... Still like, a human teenager. It's lucky that he's not a human though, because he probably would be loaded with diseases." Elda smiled gently, "But even though he's a flirt, he's mostly not a cheater. And being that he has what he wants- a caring wife and a family, I don't think he'll ever cheat on Axie." But then the smile faded. "... But, he's not the most... Happy at times. Many times I've caught him tearing out his claws and using them as blades for self harm when he was desperate. He's a bit suicidal when he's alone. When he was young, the neighborhood children teased him for years and years. Generation after generation of kids teased him."

Jeremy was listening, intent. He understood how he felt, and he believed in what she said- even the part where she told him he woudnt cheat on Axie. He knew, he trusted him deep down. When she was finished, he gave a not and sat up straighter. "Hes not alone anymore." He said. "Even now, he has Axie with him."

"He loves her very much, and hopes that when this war is done, that he and Axie can have a real wedding. A real home, too."

his eyes darknened. "The war will never be over." He murmured. "Weve done to much damage, theyve done to much damage, and no ones going to stop until the other is wiped out."

Elda bit her lip, silent now.

He pulled her into a hug, silent as well.

"So..." She whispered.

"I couldnt tell you about Axie." He murmured. "Or what shes been through, because I wasnt there for her." He sighed. "I hope she never makes such a mistake with her own children."

"Jeremy, I know she won't. She's too loving."

"Im glad im not the only one who sees that in her." He smiled. "She looks rough, and acts rough, but she really cares about the ones she loves. She really cares about... people, in general."

Elda nodded. "I can see it in her."

He sat, watching the rest of the clan. "I wonder- will Luneth and Kiara grow to be the natural leaders their parents are?"

"I don't think Luneth would, but definately Kiara."

"Luneth might." He said. "It depends.... on what sort of attitude he takes in the future."

Elda smiled, "Kiara is a good sister."

"She loves him a lot." He agreed. "And he loves her a lot to. He looks up to her."

"Kiara has this thing to her, a gothic beauty. A ladie out of a gothic novel. She looks like she wears eye liner, but she doesn't. And that hair cut."

He grinned. "Luneth just looks like us, me and Ax. With that wild hair, everyone could tell hes a wolf."

"He's a handsome little man, just like his grandpa." She winked.

"Well if you think Kiara is pretty, take a look in the mirror." He grinned. "Youll be shocked by thr gorgeous woman standing there."
