I always seem to blank out on some of my lines. It drives me up a wall!

Jade stared at his face, then reached out to brush her fingers across his cheek. "Croy... I want to be there for you, too." She then pulled him into an embrace.

Croy held her too, a quite embrace. He was intent to figure out what was going on, but content to hold her for the time being.

"Well, its because hes more special then other humans." He murmured, before going through a file and picking out a few pictures. "See this?"

He held up one with a brain. It had the heat wave colors on it, indicating where it was busy and where it was inactive.

"This is a normal persons brain, doing simple things. Such as reading. Or math problems."

He held up another one. This one was much more active, showing much more activity.

"This is Cats brain doing the same thing. See this?" He pointed to an area of white and blue." This is new development I have never seen. And this-" He circled another portion. "Is where he has matured far more quickly then anyone else. Ruby shares simaler characteristics. For him... He has a sort of sixth sense, if you will."

Jade gently shifted, and kissed his forehead, just once. "I have to go..." She murmured, although she hated leaving him.

Vinn shrugged, then paused. "Willard- when your happy, does Catalin seem more happy then usual? the same thing for when your sad, for when your upset, for when your worried... Has he ever known what you dreamed about, or had a dream close to yours?"

He stroked Jades hair a bit, then nodded. "Go on. Ill be looking out for you- in a metaphorical sense."

we did a play calles Ross and Jenny, and the character of Mercutio was named Mark. He was insane.

"... Actually, yes he has." He bit his lip, "There was one time... I was feeling a little lonely, if you get what I'm saying. He was acting odd, himself. It kinda... Was weird. One time I dreamed I was about to fly, but my wings vanished and I fell from the sky. He had a dream that something fell out of the sky, and it sounded just like mine. And then today, when I vomited. He got sick too. Now that I'm better, he's starting to feel better."

Cory listened as her footsteps faded into the distance, and then started to climb back into the trees. To wait.

He was good at waiting.

Jackson, back at camp, seemed to be waiting too. As soon as Jade had arrived, he turned his unreadable gaze to her. "Where have you been? you go off into the woods a lot, dont you."

"Thats Catalins sixth sense." He murmured. "He is very in tune with other peoples emotions and feelings. Thats probably why hes sick today. Although, it seems... He has a close connection to you then to the others. Maybe its because he is really closer to you? That would make sense." He started to mumble to himself, then shook his head. "Anyway! I dont think you have anything to worry about. Just keep that in mind- He knows what your feling, and sometimes, what your thinking. That can make him very sympathetic to whats going on, but it might not always be good for him."

Willard smiled gently, "my lovely son... Wait till he meets Luneth and Kiara. How I miss those two." He really considered Catalin his son, and would die for him, just like he would for any other person close to him.

Vinns eyes darkened. "I did have a life. Once. A wife, and kids, and a house. And we didnt have much money, but it was better then... then this." He sighed. "But now, what is there for me to look forward to outside of this place?"

Jade said to Jackson, "The forest gives me solace. I know, it's strange, but... I feel safe in the woods." She started fixing more food for the other men, humming quietly. His gaze... unreadable? It threw her off.

He poked the fire, prodded it a bit, made it flair. "I see. Better here then a laboratory, though, no?"

Jade nodded, then looked at him strangely. "How did you know I was in a laboratory?" She asked, stirring the food so that it wouldn't burn.
