Brandon let go of her wrist. "You confuse me.." he chuckled, almost without any hint of humour. "Why.. Did you kiss me? ..I mean, did you want to?"

Selena said, "I kissed you because I wanted to kiss you." She smiled lopsidedly.

Hehe, I was just laughing at my epicly failing attempt at making my Gaia avatar look like Slash. I think the Top Hat is just a little oversized xP

"Do you," Brandon paused, his brow wrinkling slightly, thoughtfully, "still want to kiss me?"

Sadie blushed at that, caught off guard by his question. At first, she didn't say anything. And then, she answered him. "Yes, I still want to kiss you, Brandon."

 

[KERFUFFLE]

He pulled her closer, yet again, so she was almost completely against him. "This time, I'll tell you before hand, I want to kiss you, too," he chuckled very quietly for only a quick second before placing one hand on the small of her back to get her as close to him as he could and bent his head down to kiss her.

Sadie kissed him back, wrapping her arms around his neck. She felt hot, and yet, pleasantly cold, something she hadn't experienced before. Everything about this kiss was different from Rick's kisses: Brandon didn't reek of alcohol and tobacco, he wasn't trying to force her into anything, he seemed geniunely caring, he wouldn't hit her if she didn't comply. It was nice, to be handled in a polite manner.

His experience of the opposite to what he was feeling- her warmth against his constantly cold body- was easily just as pleasureable to him as it seemed to be to her. It was hard to keep some of her thoughts out from his head because of the closeness, though he eventually succeeded in blocking them out completely, just concerntrating on kissing her very gently. He knew, of course, that she would need to breathe again soon, where he didn't ever need to, so he was just continuing untiul either she pulled back, or when he sensed that she needed to stop.

Eventually, Sadie pulled away. She smiled up at him, stroking one side of his face. "You're quite good at that."

 

[KERFUFFLE]

"At kissing you?" Brandon chuckled, smiling slightly crookedly- though, around her, it was still very whoile heartedly. "You must surely underestimate yourself. I've kissed a few girls, and I think that was one of the best ones."

Sadie grinned. "Well, don't I feel special." She linked her arm through his and started walking back to the bar.

 

[KERFUFFLE]

"I hope you do. And, as well as being a good kisser, you have a lot of things going for you that other people I've been out with have never had. Or they've never made me feel the way you have today, Sadie." He smiled gently now as they strolled back to the bar. Normally the slow pace would annoy him, but it was nice just to walk with her.

Sadie rested her head on his shoulder as they walked, and entwined her fingers with his. "Well, I can definitely say the same for you. The other guys I've dated... well, they were all scum bags."

Brandon gave her hand a light squeeze and chuckled. "I'm guessng you only found out they were scum bags after you started dating them..?" he asked, though the answer must have been pretty obvious. "So.. Are we dating?" He only said this because noone had actually asked the other one out.

Sadie said, "Well...." She thought for a minute about it. There really hadn't been any asking yet, so... "Hey, will you go out with me?" Sadie asked, trying not to laugh. "There. Now I asked. You decide."

 

[KERFUFFLE]

"It's a toughie.." Brandon smirked, pretending to look thoughtful. "Wellllll... I don't know if I really want to, but yes, I'll go out with you." He smiled more genuinely now and kissed her hair.

Sadie laughed out loud. "Of course you really want to, Brandon. So that way I can kiss you more."

Sorry 'bout that. I was at youth club making pancakes for a cooking competition xD

"Actually, now that you say that, I'm pretty positive that I want to go out with you." Brandon grinned, flashing his teeth again- not fangs, just teeth. He kissed her temple, as if he was making out that he was going to take advantage of his new status in being her boyfriend. His smile suddenly softened and he said, "Jokes aside, I'm glad I met you."

I love pancakes!!!!

Sadie said, "Brandon, I'm glad I met you too. You're like a sign. Maybe things in my life are looking up." She twirled randomly, like a ballerina.

 

[KERFUFFLE]

Me too :3 Ed ate at least three of them he loved them so much. If he wants, he can come round anytime to have some, he's a hottie xDDD

I also love Hercules, just thought I'd let you know =P

"So, are you still really against the whole soulmate idea..? Or are things looking up so much it doesn't seem so impossible now?" He smiled and held her arm above her head as she twirled, like they were dancing together.

Sadie said, "I'll let you know." She danced down the street, smiling brilliantly at Brandon. She didn't know how she felt about love, or soulmates. She didn't really know what to feel, in reality.
