Hahaha. the most important thing is the deliciousness, which will be increased with cute fondant designs.

WOO HOO!!! I can finally be a princess!

Prudence smiled up at him, then got rid of the rest of his clothes, reaching out to touch his skin. She looked at him with adoration and love, and she really knew she couldn't go on without him. "I love you so much," she whispered, planting kisses all over his face. "Make me yours?"

Definitely. Although, I must admit, nothing beats buttercream. Nothing in the cake baking world. I could eat that without the cake, any time.

Yay! :3

Evander completely enveloped her in his arms for a moment when she'd fully undressed him, feeling her skin against his, kissing along her jawline, neck, and collarbone. He pulled back, to look upon her with adoring eyes and whispered, "With pleasure, darling. I love, you, too."

-skip?-

I AGREE!!! Usually my sister uses buttercream icing to be like a glue for the fondant so it won't fall off.

:3 It would be so much stinking fun!

Prudence stared up at the ceiling, completely amazed by what had just happened. It had been absolutely amazing, and it had meant so much more than it had before, considering they had nearly lost each other. "Wow," she breathed, "That was amazing."

I think I've kind of cracked my recipe now for it. In fact, the cheapest butter I can get makes the best buttercream out of all the ones I've tried :3

Evander rolled onto his side and took her into his arms, her back against his chest. He nodded in agreement, unable to do much else, certainly not verbally agree, until he'd caught his breath- well, you know what I mean, anyway. He nuzzled his face into her neck and murmured, "Couldn't put it better myself, love. It really was."

Niiice!

Prudence giggled and said, "I swear, if it were up to me, we'd probably never leave the bedroom!" She laughed out loud, then cuddled closer to him. "he meeting is in an hour. I suppose we'll need to get out of bed soon, so we can shower."

All this talk of food is not good at this hour xD

So, how's all the shows going and such?

"I think it's probably just as well that we have plans for the next few hours, in that case, because I, of course, would choose the same," Evander laughed softly. Reluctantly, he unwrapped his arms from around her so that they could take a shower, although he groaned at the prospect of having to move at all, having been perfectly content as he was.

XD Late night snack time is my weakness!

Well, so far, things are going pretty well! I have my first music rehearsal tonight.

Prudence grinned, then slowly climbed out of bed, stretching luxuriously. "I'm so tired. I just want to stay in bed!" She said softly, walking toward the bathroom and combing her hair at the same time. "This hotel room is really nice, huh? Especially this bathroom!" She looked at all the fancy appliances and just couldn't believe they would be living there.

It's bad, I mean, I even went out for dinner this evening and had a huge dinner...

Awesome! Let me know how it goes and all.

Evander took a really good look around the room for the first time since they'd arrived, clearly having been too preoccupied beforehand. "Oh, wow, it is really nice in here," he said, thinking it even made his old house look slightly shabby, beautiful as it had been. In fact, he liked the modern feel to it, as though it completely mimicked his transition from the old, depressive Evander, to the new, immensely happy one. He turned the shower on, which warmed up in a matter of seconds, and stepped in.

Oh my gosh, this trip has been absolutely amazing! There will be pics soon I hope!

Prudence stepped into the shower with a happy sigh, letting the water brush across her skin and send heat throughout her body. "I absolutely adore this," she breathed, moving so she could wash Evander's back. She pressed herself against him gently, humming with contentment. "I'm so lucky that I have you."

I'm so glad you had fun! Every rising star has to have their vacations amongst busy schedules, after all. I can't wait to be able to do what you did, although, I may be going to Germany by myself in August anyway, so perhaps its not so far away after all :)

Evander let out a completely impulsive contented sigh as she scrubbed his back, smiling slightly. "Yes, you are," Evander replied with a gentle chuckle, turning slightly to wink at her over his shoulder. "But not as lucky as me for having you, love."

I honestly have the most awful writer's block right now. Like, I'm absolutely dying to write loads, but it won't come. It's worse than usual, because I actually want to write and yet I can't.

No worries, I completely understand. I've been exhausted, and writing hasn't come easily to me.

Prudence rolled her eyes and hugged him, before scrubbing herself off and starting to wash her hair. "I have to say I don't quite believe you, but I won't fight with you in here, or at all for that matter. I'll be content knowing in my heart that I am right." She laughed, then climbed out of the shower and started blow-drying her hair. "I can't wait to have this meeting done and over with."

I definitely sympathise with the whole 'coming back from a trip' writer's block. You might remember when I had it when I came back from Germany last year, actually, it was really bad.

I think after having written goodness knows how many pages of all sorts of horrible stuff since exactly this time last month, I think it's safe to say that this is probably a big cause of my lack of writing ability :)

"What a foolish heart you have, then, darling," Evander replied with a mocking smile as he began to wash the rest of his body and hair. His smile softened as he elaborated, "Perhaps not just for thinking you're the lucky one. You could have any man in the world. One much more fun, interesting and more attractive than myself, and yet you have me. I daren't say you're foolish for loving me, because your love means the world to me and I wouldn't trade anything for it, but, still." He stayed in the shower a little longer, and stepped out to dry himself off and change.

Argh. I swear, I have had a really bad writer's block. UGHHHHHHHHH

Prudence had to roll her eyes at that, then playfully slapped his rear. "You really don't give yourself enough credit. You say you're boring, and yet you've come away with me, you let me live in your house. You say you're not handsome, but honestly, you're the most gorgeous man I have ever seen. And honestly, you interest me more than anyone I had met before. Believe me, you're amazing, love. I wouldn't have anyone else." She smiled and kissed him, before getting dressed in a black dress.

It's okay! We all feel it. Right now, actually, I think it's going around (;

Evander just smiled and took one long look at her, as though just taking her in for all that she was. "Thank you," he said eventually, in a soft tone, returning her kiss. He turned into the bedroom to get a crisp white button up shirt and a pair of black trousers from his suitcase, wanting to look particularly presentable for their meeting, which hopefully wouldn't last too long for they were both hardly enthused with the idea.

Oh man. It's like a virus or something, I swear!

Prudence quietly said, "You never have to thank me for loving you just the way you are, and telling you what I love about you." She smiled, then put on her pantyhose and shoes, humming softly. She then put some makeup on, not very much, simply because it made her uncomfortable. She looked over at Evander and smiled, ruffling his hair slightly. "You look great," she told him, before fixing her hair in an elegant bun.

My, my, it is bad right now :/

"I do. You should always know how much it means to me that you love me. I was loved by somebody once and even though she doesn't anymore, hundreds of years with her is a lot to be thankful for, without the love of another woman after her," Evander replied, slipping a black tie underneath his collar and doing it up. "Thank you," he said, in reply to her comment on how he looked and added, "As do you, although that never changes." When she was done he offered her his hand and took a deep breath. "Let's go, I suppose?"

:/

You should post in Showgirls so we can get the skip started >3

Prudence smiled and took his hand gently, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Yes, I guess we should get going." She led him out of the room and back to the elevator, where she pushed the top floor button. Then, she entered a code, and the elevator started to go up. "The tippy top floor is where the council is meeting us. It's pretty high up, but the elevator moves fast, thank goodness." She sighed with relief when the button rang, then led him into the grand foyer. There were chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, and ancient paintings plastered all over the walls. Artifacts in glass cases, sculptures, and even tapestries made this place seem like a museum.

I don't know if I should without Beth's consent, though, is the trouble. She'd probably agree with us, in fairness.

Evander rocked back and forth on his heels as the lift went up the floors to the very top, though not really for any reason except for out of habit. He wasn't too surprised by the sight as the doors opened onto the grand surface before them; people in high places often liked to flaunt their status, and none more so than vampires; in fairness- and concurrence with the thought-, he hadn't exactly lived a modest life in America either, when you considered the size of his home, its decor and contents. Still, it had hard not to be a little taken aback by some of the pieces around the room, their beauty and value completely obvious even to the least informed of people.

That's what I was thinking as well. :/ Aw well!

Prudence smiled at Evander and then looked over at an elegant blonde woman who was walking in their direction. She smiled at the pair and said, "Ah, you must be here for the meeting. Follow me, please. They are waiting in the meeting chamber." Prudence nodded and followed the woman, taking Evander by the hand. They were led into a big circular room, dimly lit, with levels of seats, most of which were vacant except for the front row. There were twelve vampires sitting in that row, each varying in appearance, but all were beautiful.

I suppose if I post for later it doesn't necessarily matter when you guys join in with that because he's someplace else, anyway. There's a sneaky point >:3

It was when they walked into the room of men and women whose experiences stretched far beyond the years of any of the ages of the artefacts in the foyer that Evander began to feel a little overwhelmed. He's always considered himself an old vampire- most in his time had been sought out and killed because of their lack of self control and with noone there to guide them once they'd changed- but he barely compared to even Prudence, as well as the others in the room before him. He raised a hand to straighten his tie, distracting himself from his nervous feelings.
