Ah, me too, we nearly cried with laughter xD

Angie returned his kiss with equal fierce, smiling against his lips as she did so. After they pulled away from each other, she kept her arms wrapped around his neck and told him, "I'm never going anywhere, I promise. There's nowhere I'd rather be than where you are. And I can't wait to spend my life with you, I'm just so excited about settling down with you."

Brandon smiled and said to her, "I could say the same about you, my love. But I can't feel the scratching all that much, so it's not quite so bad for me," he chuckled and wrapped his arms around her waist again, planting a kiss on the tip of her nose. "We are. But in the best possible sense. I've loved every minute of our insanity."

Evander smiled a little more and wrapped an arm around Prudence's shoulders and said, "I think that sounds like a good idea." He leaned down a bit and planted a kiss on the baby's forehead and said, "Doesn't it, darling? You deserve all the attention you can get." To which Cosette squealed with pleasure and grinned at him, laughing and clapping her hands.

I love amazing jokes like that!

OMG Rocky Horror was awesome! I was one of the virgins chosen to be in a special thing before the movie, and we had to race each other. But the race was to see who could get their gummies out of a cup of whipped cream without using their hands.

Mikey spun her around, laughing joyfully, before giving her a big bear hug, still carrying her off the ground. "Well, I'm glad. Because, not to sound creepy, I don't know if I would let you leave me." He kissed her forehead, then put her down and started walking with her once more. "Now, is there anything you would like to see or do?"

Sadie giggled and planted a kiss on Brandon's nose, then beamed and said to him, "You know, I really think we were meant to find each other, somehow, someday. Whether or not we planned on it. And I'm glad that's how it worked out. Yeah, we've argued, and we've been through a lot of hardship, but we're still together. I think the trials strengthened our rtelationship, in a way."

Prudence smiled and placed Cosette in Evander's arms. "Now what should we play first, Cosette?" Cosette just kept laughing and clapping her hands, burrowing into Evander's shirt, cooing. "She's so precious," Prudence murmured, still smiling.

It couldn't have been more appropriate xD

Haha, Rocky Horror <3 Did you win?

"That's okay. If you tried to leave me, I don't think I'd let you either," Angie agreed, giggling as he picked her up and spun her around. She then said, "Well, we do need to get ice cream, and then I think we should.. Well, I don't know, I guess we could take a look around the centre, like in Trafalgar Square and everywhere around there, it's beautiful in that area."

"I still believe that you and are are soulmates. We were always meant to meet each other, and we were meant to be together. And, luckily enough, we did get the chance to fall for each other," Brandon said softly. "And we have been through things.. Things that would have totally broken other couples, but I know that no matter how many hardships we face, or how many times we argue, I'll just keep on loving you more and more. I'm so grateful that you love me, I know you've had to give up a lot for me."

Evander took Cosette into her arms, smiling gently. With her he played her Dad's favourite game of lifting her up high, so that she could fly above everybody's heads. She recognised it, in fact, mumbling, "Dada," a good few times between her excited laughs and squeals.

xD Yessssss!!!!!

No... ): But oh well, the show was so much fun!!!!!

"Mmmm! Ice cream sounds delicious right about now. And wherever you think is best, that's where we'll go," he told her, walking close to her side, a look of pride in his eyes. The fact that she told him she wouldn't let him leave made him extremely happy. He was glad they were soulmates, and that they were on the same page when it came to their relationship.

Sadie grinned and got up, walking to the water to rinse the sand off of her skin. She stepped into the surf, letting the waves buffest the sand away from her skin. She then dunked her head in, to get the sand out of her hair and scalp. She then flipped her hair luxuriously, smiling widely. The water felt a little bit warmer than it had before, so she didn't mind being in it as much.

Prudence smiled and watched Evander and Cosette play their little game, gently reaching up to tickle Cosette's feet. "Is that a little angel? Oh wait... It's Cosette! Wow! She's flying so high!" Laughing, Prudence waved at Cosette.

It sounds like it! :)

I can still picture my Dad's face at it, though xD

Angie lead him through the city until she spotted somewhere that they could get a good ice cream. She asked him, "Alright, what kind are you having? As many as you like, we're on holiday!" She smiled while she decided on what she was going to have. As far as she was concerned, you just couldn't beat chocolate ice cream.

Brandon just sat and watched her walk away for a moment. He was completely unable to take his eyes off her, as was usually the case, but even more so at that moment. He then got up and followed her in to wash himself off and get rid of all the sand from his body and hair. And when he was clean again, he was back to watching her, stood before him in all her breathtaking beauty. He was a very lucky man.

Cosette giggled as her feet were tickled, and continued to enjoy being flown around the room. Eventually, Evander gasped playfully and exclaimed, "Oh no! System failure, we're going down!" And, tilting her forward ever so slightly as he lowered her, still with a steady grip, he brought her down again and said, "Wait! Parachutes, quick!" And slowed down until she was settled in Prudence's arms. Cosette liked that one, grinning from ear to ear.

I only have time for one posty, and it's going to have to be crappy today D:

Mikey looked at the menu, furrowing his eyebrows as he viewed all of the options. Finally, he said, "I think I'm going to get strawberry ice cream, because it's sweet, creamy, and fruity! All at once!"

Sadie looked over at Brandon and tilted her head slightly. "What? Is there something sticking on me?" She looked around, trying to figure out if there was something on her skin or in her hair.

Prudence kissed Cosette's forehead, then gently sat down on the couch, cradling her carefully. "Hey there little doll," Prudence murmured, her smile genuine, but somewhat sad. "I love you so much."

Hey, no problem :)

"Okay, sure. And I like your reasons for justification," Angie replied, with a chuckle, before asking for a strawberry and a chocolate ice cream. She paid, and then handed Mikey's to him before she took her own and had some. "Delicious," she said happily, taking his free hand again as she started to lead him to where they were headed next.

Brandon blinked and said, "Oh, no, I'm sorry, I just.." He then chuckled, even blushing a little bit and admitted to her, "Okay, so I was kind of staring at you just a little bit." He smiled at her and couldn't help but laughing.

Evander perched on the arm of the couch and watched, pursing his lips a little while Prudence cradled Cosette. It was funny how she was making him smile, but somehow gave him a sinking feeling in his stomach at the same time. That was happening a lot lately.

Mikey practically skipped down the street beside Angie, holding onto her hand and eating his ice cream at the same time. For the most part, he was excellent at multi-tasking. However, there were two things that he would openly admit distracted him. First there was surfing. get him on a board, or even just watching surfers, and he would sit or surf for hours, taking it all in, his mind shut to all else sometimes. And then there was Angie, the most beautiful and wondrous of all distractions. Her looks completely captivated him, and sometimes he wondered if she had magic or something. And her personality, very relaxed like his, was a great compliment for him. Not to mention that she was a great lover on top of all that. He shook those thoughts from his mind as quickly as he could, trying not to miss out on everything around them. Clearing his throat slightly, he said to Andie, "So babe, where are we headed next?"

Sadie felt the crimson blush creep up to her cheeks at the thought that he had been staring at her just to admire her. It still didn't occur to her that men would see her as more than a bartender or a musician. That they would see her as a woman, someone to be loved and nurtured and adored. It always caught her off guard when Brandon looked at her like that, or when he would admit to staring at her. She didn't think she would ever get used to being complimented and loved by such a gorgeous man. Laughing, she waded over to him, then wrapped her arms around him and kissed him briefly. "You know, you still look hot when you blush, and that makes me somewhat jealous. But ah well, I'll live with it, as long as I'm the one making you blush." She moved behind him and held him close, her arms wrapped gently around his waist. "After we're done here, why don't we spend some time playing with Cosette and Ysi, and then we'll get ready for our big dinner date. And afterwords, of course."

Prudence suddenly handed Cosette to Evander, a wild, frenzied fear in her dark eyes. "Evander," she whispered, "take Cosette and Blaise and Kyle and hide in the basement. They know you're here, but if you stay out of the way, you'll be fine. ... D*mn, I can't believe they're doing this in the daytime.... I said, go!" With that, one by one, she started pulling the others downstairs as quickly as she could. Before she closed the door for the last time, she pulled Evander aside. "For a few weeks you'll need to stay low, okay? Don't mention me, don't say anything about me. You won't be questioned, because nobody knows I come here besides... them. And they won't risk their identities to rat you out. Evander... I told you I would always love you. No matter what happens, what you learn, what I do... please remember that. And know I'm being 100% honest with you." She kissed him passionately, quickly, whispered, "I love you," then ran up the stairs, locking the door behind her.

There was the sound of yelling and scuffling, glass breaking, shrieking. And then there was silence. no sound of the front door moving, just silence. But their presences were gone.

But only because I love you ;] N'aww, I like it, it was just too much recently. But it's all good now :)

Angie swung their hands between them as they walked together, eating her ice cream that was in her other hand, smiling very happily indeed as she did so. She managed to keep in control of it all, being better at multitasking than Mikey for the simple fact that she was a woman, but that wasn't to say he didn't distract her. She stole glances at him from time to time, and sometimes she thought about things that made her blush slightly, because she'd never thought she'd catch herself thinking about a man the way she did about her husband. She took a moment to process his question, and then was even less help when she said, "I'm not sure, actually. Do you have any ideas?"

"But I think you still look gorgeous when you blush, too. So it doesn't matter if you forgive me or not, it's cancelled out," Brandon chuckled, wrapping his arms around her tightly and kissing her, though briefly, passionately as well. He really didn't understand why she didn't believe how beautiful she was sometimes. He thought she had everything; beautiful eyes, hair, skin, body, and most importantly, inside she was beautiful. He then folded his hands over his when she moved behind him and nodded. "We sure can. I'd like that a lot."

The moment passed like a blur. First, Cosette was in his arms, the next she was whispering to him, then he found himself in the basement after being dragged there, and he remembered Prudence looking very afraid, in a frenzy. She had whispered to him some more, kissed him-- and somehow he'd managed to respond in time. And then she was gone. "I love you, too," he murmured, even though she was already gone, looking afraid, alone, heartbroken, a whole mix of strange emotions that had arisen in only a few short moments. The others seemed equally bewildered, and they milled around silently for a moment before they all sat on the crates and boxes in the basement, looking at each other despairingly.

"What just happened?" Blaise asked, heaving a sigh.

"Goodness knows.. I don't know what's going on, only that Prudence is in trouble and I have no idea how to help her."

I've decided to post amazing posts as one character at a time, lol. Just because it's easier to flesh out things.

Prudence

In the cell, Prudence had way too much time to dwell on everything. The other inmates stared at her, somewhat afraid because of her reputation, others in awe of how she managed to stay out of prison for so long. Feeling the ogling, Prudence looked at the other women and gave a snarl, fury flashing in her eyes. They cleared away from the bars of their cells, but still stole glances at the exotic woman who had just been brought in. How could this have happened, when I finally set my life straight... She grimaced, then spat a bit of blood onto the floor, from where she had been attacked in the house. She had known the peace wouldn't last forever... but it had come so soon.

She could recall the times Rita had threatened to turn her in, whenever she hadn't gotten her way. Some girlfriend she had been. Prudence knew that moving on-- to a man-- had sent the woman over the edge. She had made a guilty plea as an accessory (without admitting her own murderous crimes), and Prudence took the blame for multiple killings. What the officials didn't know was that she had drank their blood. She would simply say she drained it to get rid of any evidence. In a way, it had been true. Although she wished she could take it back.

On the news, only half an hour after Prudence had been placed in custody, a news report covered the whole thing, every little detail. Prudence cringed at the thought of it, and the thought of Evander's reaction. Nobody in her close circle-- not even Sadie-- had known about all that had happened. And now the media was telling them, not Prudence herself. Again, one more slap in the face. But she had changed since those times; it had been years since she'd fed on a human. How long...? Nearly a decade. Ten years. She wanted to make herself a better life, but she somehow never managed to escape from the past.

The basement had luckily been kitted out with the necessities that could make it function as an extra bedroom, with a couch that pulled out into a bed and such, as well as a bathroom and a fridge with some blood packages in it, as well as some normal food, and so in the time that the group were down there, they could at least be a little more comfortable. Only Evander seemed truly on edge, and Cosette had sensed it for a while and had cried for a little bit until Blaise had calmed her - Evander had been incapable. Eventually he sighed and turned on the relatively small television in the corner of the room and flicked through the channels. Normally he didn't really like watching the news, but as he'd flicked past it a name in the caption below the screen caught his eye. Prudence. Okay, so it was probably another Prudence, there were plenty of them in the world, but as he went back to it his eyes widened in shock and despair as he read the caption and vaguely heard the sound of the journalist reporting on the story, though his ears were feeling more blocked by the minute, as though his senses were fading. After being on the run for ten years... Arrested for murder and is being held in prison.... He couldn't speak. He couldn't breathe.

So how was your weekend?

Prudence

Paparazzi began to swarm in front of the cell, allowed to try and communicate with the tragic young woman. However, Prudence kept her back to them, so they could not film her face. If they filmed her face, and everyone saw it, she would surely be recognized, and any hope for an escape to normalcy would be lost. When they hounded her with questions, fired rude comments at her, and even stuck their microphones through the bars, all she would do was say, "No comment," in a gritty, agitated voice. This hadn't been what she'd hoped for. She hadn't thought it would be so... publicized. But it was, and there was no turning back, not after what had happened so many years ago.

She had been hard into drugs and alcohol, and couldn't seem to get things together. She met fellow vampire Rita, and together they had worked as "assassins", killing off people for money while satisfying their blood lust. For Prudence, however, things got out of hand, and killed some people out of pure hunger. Rita had seemed so supportive at the time, so kind about it. But Prudence needed her fixes, and she needed blood. Her life spiraled out of control, too much for her to bear. Ten years before, Prudence had killed someone on accident. At that moment, something seemed to click in her brain, and so she convinced Rita to start a new life with her. But even Rita was a part of the past Prudence could not bear to keep any more, so she had let go-- despite the consequences. And now, it had turned to this.

Rita's sentence had already been placed-- life in prison. Prudence still had to go to court-- and she had said she wanted nobody to defend her. Everyone knew she was guilty, and she didn't deny it. Her sentence would probably be the death penalty.

It was pretty good, thanks. Relaxing, actually :)

Yours?

The family watched the report, all in shock at what they were seeing- they'd never had guessed that anything like this could have happened-, but none more so than Evander. He felt a whole mixture of emotions but what he hated the most was that when he'd heard the story he was.. angry, for the first time, at Prudence, and he didn't want to be angry with her because she was already going through enough. But that she'd refused to tell him anything of what was going on, that she thought she could just slot into a normal life, and not even warn him about what she'd done, and what could happen to her if she was found, break his heart just like that because they could no longer be together, frustrated him greatly. And now.. Well, this wasn't Europe, where the death penalty wasn't allowed.. And he worried what could become of her.

You had a RELAXING weekend!? That's awesome! =D

Mine was good. I went to see family for our Christmas get-together. I got an awesome fair trade bag made of organic materials, and a pair of fair trade earrings made by a man in Africa! I LOVE that kind of stuff, it looks very hippie/bohemian.

Sadie

She smiled up at him from her spot on the sand, then gave him a kiss as she slid back into her swimsuit, then wrapped a towel around herself. "How about we head home, so we can take real showers and get ready for tonight? I can't even begin to describe how excited about tonight!" She grinned at him, then found her flip flops and her sundress, putting them on with fluid motions. She picked up the picnic basket, making sure everything that was supposed to be there, was. Finding all in order and in place, she sighed and started walking towards the car, looking back at Brandon briefly and grinning. Then she ran forward, and threw herself into the driver's seat. "Hahaha," she called, the victorious tone in her voice easy to recognize, "I get to drive!"

Looking at him, she thought about how far their relationship had come, against all odds. Even a surprise pregnancy couldn't break them apart-- in fact, it made them closer, more connected. She couldn't recall a time in her life when she had been happier, and that was saying a lot, seeing as she was turning twenty. She wondered if she had ever experienced true happiness before she met Brandon. In all honesty, she didn't know.

Yeah, for a change xD

You sound like my friend, Jade. She's really into that kind of thing. Well, I like it too, I especially like all the cultural instruments, but she really loves that sort of thing.

I'm sorry, you're writing really well and I'm.. Not. I got stuck in the rain with noone to pick me up and I had to walk to my grandma's so I'm feeling a little under the weather.

Brandon put a shirt on again as she dressed herself as well, nodding in agreement. "Sounds like a perfect plan to me," he said, packing up the blanket and the other picnic stuff that wasn't in the basket and taking it over to the car. He laughed when she hastily got into the driver's seat. "You know, if you want to drive, all you have to do is ask. I hope I don't seem like that much of a control freak to you." He smiled as he got into the passenger seat and happily sat back. "Besides, sitting this side feels more correct anyway. Seriously, whose idea was it for Americans to drive on the right hand side of the road?"

That's awesome! I saw on your facebook that you were curled up with a hot drink and a book (which sounds absolutely lovely)

I wish I could play the didjereedoo (I know I didn't spell that right xD). They're so cool!

Oh hon, I'm sorry! D: And don't worry, I don't care if your posts are novels or anything, honestly qx I would be under the weather if I were you.

"Uh, it was a really smart guy's idea, actually! So shush you silly European man!" Sadie chuckled as she spoke to him, before fumbling with the key and sticking it in the ignition. The car purred to life, and Sadie carefully started driving, letting out a sigh of happiness. Driving had always made Sadie feel calm and confident, because she knew she was good at it. Plus, the scenery passing by seemed to relax her. She didn't speak much in the car, occasionally making small talk with Brandon as she drove. The quiet didn't bother her as much as it used to; in fact, sometimes she needed a bit of quiet. With a full family and a baby back home, it was hard to find silence sometimes.

She pulled into the driveway and went up to the door, her objects in tow. She was surprised to find that the door was unlocked, and she cautiously entered the house. Everything seemed to be in place (unlike the sounds of the break in indicated). Nothing was broken, nothing was tipped over or moved. But there was a strange feeling of unease that permeated through the walls and to all the floors of the house, making Sadie's stomach do flips. And nobody was around, which surprised Sadie even more. Surely they would have been playing with Cosette in the living room!

But that's when she heard soft sounds floating from the basement. That's strange, she thought. Nobody usually goes down there... She reached out to turn the knob, but it was locked! She unlocked the door and crept downstairs, surprised to see everyone sitting around, and Evander was glued to the television.

"What's going on down here!?" She exclaimed, looking at everyone with surprise. "What happened?"

It was wonderful <3

You mean a didgeridoo? My Grandpa has one but he can't play it. It's really hard!

Thanks :3 It's so stormy and depressing right now, too.

Brandon had sensed that something was wrong as they'd come up the driveway of the house. He could smell other vampires, but not ones he knew, and he wished he could visualise more of what his intuition was trying to tell him, but all he was really sure of was that something wasn't quite right with the place. He'd continued to keep his senses alert around the house, still no familiar smells apart from those from people who lived here already. When they came across them all in the basement, he looked puzzled as the family were all sat around on the various couches and boxes around the room, but soon enough he picked up on the thoughts of others and his expression became one of complete bewilderment upon working out what was going on. There was silence after Sadie's question, until eventually Evander sniffled and looked up at them, hoarsely announcing, "Prudence is in prison. For murders."
