"Well, I doubt you'll let me go outside, even if I have been holed up in this house with a lack of fresh air for god knows how long."

"You can go outside if you let me come with you."

"Oh, please yes." Jessica practically begged. "I've been practically clawing at the windows."

Damien nodded, and walked outside.

 

[tamaturtle]

Jessica took a deep breath. "Wow. I never valued fresh air so much." She laughed, before abruptly cutting off when a voice came from nearby.

"Funny how things come in circles, isn't it?"

 

[YellowJedi]

Damien turned even paler than normal at the sound of the voice.

 

[tamaturtle]

"Damien? You okay?" Jessica frowned, before spinning around when the voice spoke again, getting louder. Clearly, the person was moving closer. "Oh, it's classic. Boy gets lured into forest by girl and changed into a vampire, practically being kidnapped by her. And then, a year or so later, he pulls the same trick on someone!"

Damien turned to Jessica. "Get in the house. NOW!"

Jessica jumped violently, taking a step back. The other girl laughed, before frowning as she sniffed the air. "Hm... maybe not, she's still human. I can see why - or rather, smell. You always did pick them well, D."

...and so we come to the naming issue again.

"Why did you leave me!?" Was all Damien could say.

 

[tamaturtle]

*dies*

"Oh, you know. Places to be, blood to drink, the good stuff." The girl told Damien. "I got you settled as a vampire. Then my job was done."

 

[YellowJedi]

"But... I loved you! I thought you cared about me." Damien was beginning to get mad.

 

[tamaturtle]

"You were a job, Damien." The girl said bluntly. "I had to get vampire numbers up before the revenge." Then she grinned. "Speaking of, up for sharing your little pet in celebration?"

 

[YellowJedi]

"No, just get the *#^* away from me." Damien told her.

 

[tamaturtle]

"Oh, D, why the harsh attitude?" Nicola (whoo! name!) said, using a nickname to further annoy him. "Did you think you were special? Loved? Grow up."

"Actually," Jessica said, stepping in front of Damien. "He's moved on."

Damien got so mad, he just fired all his dark energy at Nicola.

Nicola clearly anticipated Damien's actions, as she neatly side stepped out of the way. "Pathetic."

Damien continued his attack, but kept on missing.

Jessica rolled her eyes at Damien's attacks, before taking matters into her own hands and divig at Nicola. On the ground, Nicola just looked at the human for a few moments before grabbing her arm, twisting it and throwing Jessica into a tree next to Damien.

Damien ran over to Jessica, frowning. He sent dark energy in her to try and heal her. "Stay out of this." Damien whispered, getting up. Deciding energy attacks weren't working, he went to close combat.
