Alone in Darkness

"Yeah." January said, reaching into her backpack for some money.

Eon smiled, and held her hand.

January pulled some money out of her backpack and counted it. "This should be enough for both tickets." she told him with a smile.

 

[YellowJedi]

"Thank you." Eon whispered, kissing her cheek.

 

[nokotchi]

"No need to thank me." January smiled at Eon and walked up to the ticket counter. She bought the tickets and walked back to Eon. "The train to Seattle comes in a half hour." she told him with a smile.

Eon nodded, going to a bench and sitting over.

January sat next to Eon and smiled at him.

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon put his arm around her. "I love you." he whispered. "And I'm so happy we're doing this."

"Yeah.." January moved close to Eon. "Part of me still can't believe that I'm running away with the one I love..."

 

[YellowJedi]

"Why not?" Eon asked softly.

 

[nokotchi]

"It's just too good to believe.." She replied in a whisper.

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon nodded. "You're right, it is." he sighed.

 

[nokotchi]

January gently kissed Eon's cheek and smiled at him. "The other part of me knows for sure this is reality..... The best reality I could've ever imagined"

Eon nodded, and just held January close. "So, what should we do when we get to Seatle."

 

[nokotchi]

January thought for a moment. "First we have to find somewhere to stay.... I have plenty of money saved up for that....." she told Eon.

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon nodded, and looked at the time.

 

[nokotchi]

"Then.... I don't know.... Just start up our life and have fun." she said with a smile.

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon smiled. "Sounds amazing."

 

[nokotchi]

"It really does, doesn't it?" January whispered, leaning her head on Eon's shoulder.

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon nodded, and looked at the train tha pulled in. "Time to go."
