I know, right! But I'm in love with the song "Case of You" By Marques Houston

Elaina chewed her inner-cheek while she thought, but eventually came up blank. "Anything, really; I'm not exactly that hungry anyway, so we'll go where you'd like." She tilted her head so she could glance at him, pulling down her dress in the meantime, because she had cought a few passing guys staring a bit. Normally, she wasn't this flashy - not in the least - so it was slightly akward and intimidating.

Never heard of the song or artist -fail-

"I'm not too hungry either, to be honest. We can order up some food when we get back or something," Christien suggested. He was equally aware of the stares Elaina was getting. Honestly, he wasn't surprised, she did look sexy and her dress was very, very short, but he didn't like how the guys looked at her while he was right there. He knew now how she must have felt in the underwear store earlier.

Neither did I until like...the other day. It was one of those random Itunes suggestions. He's not too popular or anything xD

"Great, that sounds perfect." Elaina grinned at him and moved over, slightly behind him so that he blocked her body a bit. She hadn't known that she'd attract this much attention and frankly she wasn't very fond of it. But, she figured she'd just ignore it, since she had to stick it out, for the games sake. "So, how far is...wherever we're going?"

Ah, I see. I've never liked any that they've suggested whenever I've looked.

Alright, so. I'm off to Germany tomorrow. I may get in a post tomorrow morning. But I'll say bye now, since you're online. Have a good ten days without me, and I'll speak to you.. Sometime soon :) Love you, Evan.

"Oh, it's literally about a mile from where we are now, so it's not too far, really. It's the best place I've been for dancing in Paris. My friends and I love it there," Christien replied. He wrapped an arm around her reassuringly, and hopefully she'd feel a little more comfortable.

Ah, ten days is so long! xD ):

Okay, well enjoy, have fun!

Love you too :) Haha

"Oh, it sounds perfect. Do I get to meet some of your friends as well? I promise I won't embarrasse you." Elaina laughed, indeed feeling more comfortable with his arm around her; not that his motion discouraged the strangers from continuously looking.

Not long enough, not enough at all, in my opinion ):

How be you? :)

Christien said, "Well, I can call them up if you'd like to meet them. Because I don't know if they'll be there or not." He took out a phone from his pocket-- somehow, his old one had just survived enough that he could just buy a new phone and use his old card. He chuckled and joked, "I'm just a bit worried. I might get very jealous because you'll be getting a lot of attention from them when you belong to me. I don't like competition." He called up some of his friends-- all of whom were beside themselves to hear from him first hand that he was alright after the accident.

Ah, welcome back! How was your trip?

And I'm alright :)

Elaina remained silent when he was on the phone, as to not interrupt; occupying herself by returning her attention to the amazing shops and interesting people they were continuously passing. The staring was less frequent, or maybe she was just getting used to it; whatever the case, she felt more comfortable here, in the streets of France, like she belonged. Once he'd hung up she commented on his joke, "Well, I'll make sure to give you the most attention in return, darling." She grinned at him then motioned at his phone with one hand, "What'd they say?"

It was wonderful. And I really wish I was still there right now. :)

Christien phoned a few guys and also a few girls. They were just his friends he considered he really trusted to be his own. By that, he meant that they weren't friends with Florentine and wouldn't say anything to her. Of course, that wasn't to say that he would feel embarrassed to have a new girlfriend and for her to find out-- not at all. But if Florentine found out, bad things would undoubtedly happen; things that he wanted to protect Elaina from even more than himself. He smiled and said, "I've got a few coming. They're very excited to meet you, this girl that I just raved about to them over the phone, check you're good enough for me, like friends do." He pulled her a little closer as they walked and gave her a quick kiss on the lips, "Though really, they should be checking whether I'm good enough for you."

Aww :) Haha I missed you, though. Lol, what'd you do there?

Elaina grinned at him, returning the kiss for as long as his lips lingered on hers. "You're perfectly good enough for me." She told him, leaning her weight on him a tad more as they became physically closer. "I can't wait to meet them. Are we almost to...wherever we're going? I need to get my seduce on." She laughed a bit after she said this, but it was definately true. Keeping her hands off Christien was proving to be harder than it was before. Possibly because he looked even more handsome when he was cleaned and polished, as he was now.

I missed you, too :)

Oh, gosh, I did so much. Where we stayed it's only about 20 minutes on the train to Nürnberg, a big city. It's so beautiful there <3 We also went to München (probably know it as Munich) Plzen in the Czech Republic and other smaller places. I went to school with Elena, too. OH and there was a beerfest in her hometown, that was so much fun. We danced on the tables :D

And we talked. We talked for hours. I actually love her <3

We did a lot more, too. Just wait for the photos to go up :)

"Yup, it's just around the corner, so get ready," Christien told her, pointing around the edge of the street to show where they were headed. They arrived in a couple of minutes and were let in by the bouncers. They were the first to arrive, his friends living further away than their hotel was from the club. In the meantime, Christien leaned down, so she could hear him over the noise, and asked her, "Can I get you a drink or anything?"

Haha, I can't wait to see the pictures!

And a beerfest? Interesting xD Never been to one of those! (I don't think there'll be any in Florida, haha)

"You know, technically, with that kiss you just lost the game." Elaina noted before she responded with her drink order, "I'll have whatever you're having." She tossed her hair over her shoulder, scanning her eyes over the place, rather impressed with it all. Yet, of course, she still had to ignore the strange, very intense glances from some of the guys inhabiting the place.

Neither can I, since I haven't seen them on the PC yet!

To be honest, it wouldn't work over here. Gangs and drunks would totally ruin it. But there people are just there to have fun and have a few drinks but not to go over the top.

Oh my God. I forgot they were playing the game, it's been so long xD

"Oh.. God, I'm sorry," Christien said, his face showing his sudden realisation that they had been playing the game, "I honestly forgot all about that. Shows how distracting you are.." he chuckled. "I guess you win, then... Wasn't much of a fun way to end it though.. Sorry about that." He turned to the bar and asked the bartender for a couple of shandies and then came back and handed one to Elaina.

Awh, that stinks. Everybody needs a good beerfest xD

And so did I until last night! I missed this RP, lol, most people, now, on here only write one sentence responces and it's driving me insane :) Lol

"It's alright, I'll over-see it; it barely was a kiss anyway." Elaina sipped her drink and moseyed closer to Christien so her back was pressed comfortably against his chest. "This place is pretty amazing," she mentioned, tilting her head sideways so her face was closer to his, so she could be heard. There was an abundance of gorgeous girls in the club and she was feeling a tad insecure; French women looked so different from her - in their features, the way they walked, how they held themselves. She was afraid she was sticking out like a sore thumb.

I know, right? It was so much fun!

I know what you mean. I got back, took a look at some of the Rps and saw how it had been taken over by Mary Sues, Gary Stus and crappy one liners. I hate that.

"Okay. Thank you, baby," Christien told her, taking a sip of his drink. He nodded in agreement with her second comment. It was modern and sophisticated inside, contemporary and well designed. It never felt crowded and sweaty like many other clubs did. "Yeah, it's great here. They play good music, too. Of course, I'm more of a rock fan, but for dancing, the stuff they play is perfect." He noticed her eyes following many of the girls around the club and he wrapped his free arm around her waist. He told her, "Elaina, I know I'm your boyfriend so I'm supposed to tell you that you're better than any other girl out there. But I mean it when I say you are as beautiful as any of these girls. Yes, you look different to them, but I think that's a good thing. And I'm pretty sure you're getting as much attention from guys in here as they are." He leaned a little closer, "And if it's me you're worried about, you have nothing to fear. No other girl holds any interest for me."

I can't wait until I go on a vacation like that!

And it's been torture. I was like, oh sheesh. I can't work with one-liners xD

"Those other girls at the shop prove that lot's of women have lot's of interest in you. And thank you, babe, I guess I'm just out of my element here. I'm not really a club sort of girl, I don't think I'm vicious enough." Elaina laughed a bit and leaned her weight against him, feeling much more comfortable with his arm around her. "Are your friends going to be here soon?" She was slightly nervous, of course, about making a good impression on Christien's friends, but, was also looking forward to meeting the sort of people Christien hung out with.

I really hope I can go again next year. But I'm also hoping I can visit before then.

I bet. Well, I'm glad you're happy to have me back :)

"I know. But I have no interest in them, is what I mean. I am only attracted to you, the others.. It's like they're not even there," Christien told her. At her comment about her not being a club kind of girl, he seemed surprised. Not because he thought she was vicious, of course. "Oh, really? I just sort of assumed you went to clubs every so often. I mean, you don't seem out of place to me, if you like to dance." Before he could answer her question, a group of three of his friends-- two guys and a girl-- entered and pratically jumped on him, especially the girl, who was getting all emotional over the fact that he was okay. When he finally got to speak, Chsistien said, "In English please, for the sake of our guest." He smiled and introduced them to each other. "Guys, this is my girlfriend, Elaina. Elaina, my friends: Jean-Paul-- just call him Jean, it's pronounced mostly like 'John'--, Mathieu-- just call him Matt--, and Suzanne."

The place I want to go the most is Paris :) My guy friend got to go there this summer, and to Greece. I'm so jealous!

:)

Elaina had been contemplating a response to his thoughts about her not being a club sort of girl when Christien's friends bombarded them; or, well, mostly Christien, which was perfectly alright with her. She flicked her hazel eyes over them each quickly, slightly studying them before saying, in her friendliest, most charming voice possible, "Hi there! It's so great to meet you all." Just like the rest of France, the three of them were attractive to say the least. She hesitated, mentally debating on whether or not to shake their hands or to hug any of them; so she simply remained where she was and smiled.

I looove Paris <3 You definitely need to go.

Suzanne stepped forward first. Christien met her eyes for her a moment and gave her a look that said 'hold on just a second'. He had to tell Elaina how best to greet his friends first. He leaned close to Elaina's ear and mumured, "Oh, by the way, whenever you meet someone in France, whether it's the first time or whether you know a person you always-- always-- kiss them on both cheeks once each." He then straightened up and let his arm slip from her waist so she could say hello. Each of his three friends proceeded to greet her in tge way he'd explained.

If only I had enough money xD Hopefully I'll get somewhat of an experience from the millions of pictures he took :) Which he still has yet to show me!

Elaina was a tad surprised at the sudden, personal contact but went along with it as Christien instructed; kissing them all on both cheeks once. She brought her hand over her mouth to stiffle a tiny giggle; not being able to help imagining if she'd tried this greeting in America, where someone would surely call the cops on her for invading their personal space, especially in the South. "So, how long have you been friends with Christien?" She didn't really direct the question to anyone specifically and paused before adding, "I'm also sorry you have to speak in English around me; I'm working on my French but I'm afraid I'm not getting far."

It's a shame it'd be so expensive for you ):

Hmm, I have a few pictures. But from a few years back and with a crappy camera.

On the contrary to American beliefs, the French would certainly, and without fail, see it as rude if you didn't greet them this way in return. Of course, they were understanding of those who weren't aware of this custom-- and therefore greatly pleased when a foreign person carried it out, as Suzanne, Mathieu and Jean all were that Elaina had done. Matt made the first reply to her question, "Christien and I have lived on the same street our whole lives. I'm the younger of us, so my age. Eighteen or so years," he smiled. This, of course, made the two sound like they should have their best friends in each other. And that they did indeed.

"Since high school," Jean then said. "And the second year of it at that. So about six years."

"And I've known him for about twelve. Is that right, Christien?" Suzanne told her.

"Yes, twelve. You moved to mine and Mathieu's primary school when I was seven," Christien replied.

"Thought so," Suzanne nodded. She smiled at Elaina and said, "That's okay. French people will just respect you for even just trying to say 'Hi' or 'Thank you' once in a while. And if you know nothing else, especially in Paris, we will speak English to you." All three spoke English well. However none were as competent as Christien; their French accents clearer, affecting their words more, their noises of uncertainty and occasional hesitation, while Christien's words flowed fluently, with a dialect still undoubtedly French yet pleasant and easy on the ears.
