Elaina turned to him, a mischevious smile tugging at the corners of her rosy lips. "I have an idea." She declared, wiggling out from underneath his arm and crawling towards the exit of the shelter. "I'm going skinny-dipping. You may join me if you'd like." And with that, she dissapeared from his sight, meandering behind the shelter to take off her clothes.

Christien sat there frowning to himself for a few moments. Skinny dipping? What the heck was that? But it suddenly clicked, he realised he'd heard the expression before. She'd gotten to the water by the time he'd started undressing. He looked a little tentative, approaching her, not really sure what to think for the moment-- he'd never even thought about this. But his worries would soon go away once he got to her, because she would be doing the same thing.

Elaina looked up, quite shocked he was actually joining her. She'd taken a leap inviting him and was now pleasently surprised at his daringness; though, she didn't want him to feel stress of any sort so she dipped down in the water, so it covered up to her neck. "Hey there."

Christien met her in the water and smiled, a bit less nervous now. Honestly, he had no reason to be nervous. He was around Elaina, whom he loved, and frankly he had a body that definitely had nothing about it worth worrying about it. The water came up to his chest where she was and he finally replied and said, "Hey."

"Didn't think you'd come." Elaina said with a smile, still beneath the water, enjoying the feel of the waves lapping against her skin, cooling it down. "But I'm glad you did."

Christien chuckled and said, "Well, at first I didn't even know what you meant. I mean, I couldn't remember hearing what it was for a while." He ran a hand through his hair, "I wasn't sure I would, either. But I figure, there shouldn't be anything to stop me. I shouldn't be embarrassed around you, because if we love each other then we should love each other just as we are, with absolutely nothing between us."

"Sorry, I forgot you're French, well not forgot, but, well, you know." Elaina giggled and twisted around so she was floating on her back, her hazel eyes gazing up at the star-scattered sky, her body still not very visable under the water. "And, exactly. I don't feel akward around you, at all, I feel-" she paused, racking her brain for the word, "safe."

"That's okay. I'm used to it," Christien chuckled. He looked up at the sky, and then at her. It was just really a highlighted silhouette from the moonlight, but he still thought she looked astoundingly beautiful. He waited a few more moments and then moved into slightly shallower waters and gently pulled her into his arms.

Elaina closed her eyes in content and leaned just barely against his body, enjoying the contrast of the cool waters to his warm skin. "What would I have done if you hadn't pulled me out from under the wreckage?" She asked softly, shuddering slightly, as if she couldn't bare to even think about it.

"I only know I would have lost the will to live, stuck alone on a deserted island with nothing to do and little in the way of variety of food to eat.." Christien whispered. "I don't even want to think about what may have happened to you." He caressed her slightly wet cheek gently gazing down at her. He said, "It is the only reason I can think of that I should deserve a girl as kind, lovely and beautiful as you are."

Elaina simply looked back up at him, bright eyes tracing his features, memorizing his handsome face. "I honestly have no reason of why I would deserve such a kind, caring, not to mention gorgeous man as yourself." She shivered once more and returned to pressing her cheek agaisnt his chest.

"Just by being the wonderful person that you are, you deserve me," Christien whispered, pressing his lips to her forehead gently, lovingly. When she shivered, he held her closer and asked her, "I'm sorry, are you cold?"

"A bit cold. The water's not as warm as it was earlier." Elaina said softly, fighting another shudder that was creeping its way up her body. "But, I like it. It's refreshing."

Elaina happily snuggled up closer to his chest, almost completely forgetting that they were both indeed naked, it just was so normal, no akwardness at all. "Do you think there's anyone else? On the island, I mean."

Christien said to her, "Well, I would only assume that there isn't, since we haven't seen or heard anyone since we got here. Why do you ask?" He would have agreed with her, had she voiced her thoughts that this did feel completely natural and right, all of his previous fears forgotten.

Ah! I'm done with school :) :) :) :)

"Well, I was just thinking how somebody might be in need of our help, all alone, but we have no idea." Elaina released him slowly so she could drift backwards once more, now, though, not really consciously trying to hide her body from sight. "That would be terrible."

Yay! That's great =D

Christein nodded, it was a good point. However, this was a relatively small island, and chances are, they would have seen, heard or met someone on their way around. Though there was always the possibility that they wouldn't. Still, they could only try their hardest, and if someone wasn't found, yes, it would be horrible, but it wouldn't be their fault. He said all of this to her, just speaking his general thoughts.

Elaina 'mhm'd in agreement, kicking her legs in small circles to stay afloat, glancing over at Christien momentarily to see his expression. "Hopefully there isn't anyone, and if there is, that they are safe, like we are." She suddenly dunked her head underwater before coming up with a loud intake of air, smoothing her golden hair back. "The ocean feels so wondeful."

Christien said, "I hope so, too," before submerging himself beneath the water, taking a bit of an underwater swim before popping back up a few moments later. He shook his hair, like a dog, sending beads of water flying in all directions, and smiled slightly, running a hand back through it to get it off his face.
