Eeks! Sorry for not posting for so long. Here go the news:

DD1: Nooo! It was 26 yearsolod and I woke it up andit wobbled around on the middle of the screen and... *sobs* snuffed it!

I reset the other dinkie dinoa with it and chose the mouse but then one accidentally reset itslef so...

Well, the other month I read in yamipoli:

Problems that may occur when Tamagotchi connection is failed:

May play gamne on its own and lose (not necessarily, mine sometimes win)

May go off and give present to... Nothing

May start the mating process on its own (I scoffed at that one-bad idea because...)

Anyway, I connecte my V2s to try and get babies and well... I accidentally failed one connection so my Mametcghi started the mating process without pochitchi so all it was doing was going down on the bottom of the screen. making suns appear and then... magically... a shiropuchitchi descended into the Tama territory... A girl. : :hitodetchi: :( This is good and bad because it meant I could mate with Mimitchi. "I'll try and fail that connection so then I can get the matchmaker" was one of my thoughts... Then I noticed Mametchi and Pochitchi were only sweetrhearts, not partners...

Observations

1. The baby didn't connect. Some of my friends babies Tamagotchi's connected which implies this Tamagotchi is a very early one.

2. The baby poos!!! Well, all of them do but this one had stink lines and it used the duck potty. Sweet. I caught it every time.

3. The music has a slightly different tone and in dance, when I press "c", the sound is very short.

4. Instead of LB it says g, instead of GENDER, STYLE, instead of GEN., GENE., instead of MEAL, it says FOOD, instead of TIME OUT, PUNISH, instead of PRESENT, ITEM.

5. When connecting (I got a Marutchi to check this), it says STAND BY with some dots. Then it says PROCEED and "line of dots". When it fails there's a sweet unhappy face. When it wins a game it says GREAT. When it loses it says: BAD~~ It also says BAD~~ when you lose at JUMP/DANCE. I think when you win it says GREAT but I need to check.

6. The connecter cracks a bit (>~<) and wobbles a little.

7. To pause, well, everyone knows this, you have to leave the time in SET which reminds me- it does NOT say SET when you put it in this mode.

8. I think the pixel size is slighly different or at least when going to FRIEND, MEAL... it looks a little different. On my other Tamas the letters are all squashed up. Not here.

So far, I cannot think of anything else apart from the holidays, something else I must check out.

I decided to do some egg connecting and I noticed these things:

Observations

1) How to do it: You may already know this and I did not discover this, it was discovered by violet and/or nazochi. This is really a factory test to check that all of the pixels, buttons and connections work. To try it out yourself do the following. However, if you try this, you will lose your generation number so I suggest you use a low generation number Tamagotchi. Press a, b, c and reset all at the same time. You will hear the reset beep. Look at the screen. All of the icons and pixels are firing. Press a (you can't press any other button in the whole of this process unless mentioned) and you will see half of the pixels and icons iluminated, press b and the other half will iluminate, press c and the pixels that border the screen will fire along with the icons. Press a and you will see your version of tama. My ConneCTion was a version 4.2 and my ConneXion is a 2.1. Press a again and you will do a ROM test. Then it should say ROM OK (if it doesn't, bad news) and then press a again to do connection. If you press b it will repeat the ROM test. However if you fail the connection then press b. I don't remember how I did this but I pressed a or b when my egg and character were playing a game and it said 693 Hz which is a frequency. Connecting frequency I suppose.

2) To play a game, just connect randomly, well, differently from the next point. On the normal Tama, your character will set off and play a game and most probably lose. It generally only wins when it is supposed to visit the egg. I noticed this. The egg will just keep on the screen the "GO!!!" with the blob character holding up the flag. At the beginning it will play the music you get when you get to 30 hurdles on your Tama (when you win basically). If you press the middle button it will go to a normal egg screen bobbing in the middle and then you just have to set the time, your birthday and the egg will hatch. I have noticed though that when I tried this before I registered on Tamatalk on my ConneCTion, it just said in italics SLEEP.

3) To connect and make the egg come to your screen, press the connect/proceed button on the egg and press rapidly twice the button on the other one and your character will wobble normally at the bottom of the screen. The egg will stay at one side of the screen. After ten seconds it will go to the middle but if you press buttons continuosly on its side it will stay at the side longer. When the egg goes visiting it will come down like an egg and then turn into a cross Puchitchi, then into a girl in an egg with the sunabove because a present has been given and it will float off as a hatching boy. Then your Tama will receive the present. If you go off to visit the egg the egg will stay at the wrong side of the screen wobbling and your Tama will play a game and most probably win! However, when your egg has been at the side of the screen, and you press b, the time scrolls on rather than appear automatically and you have to press A+C to set. The date here is 0/0 but if you scroll through you will never reach 0 again but will go straight onto 1. The same thing happens with the birthday. The egg never hatches either I have noticed.

I am now planning to mate my egg with my V2 2 when it turns into an adult. So far they have 4 little faces!!!

V1: Now it evolves. At least I didn't leave the logs expecting it to evolve. I am expecting a Masktchi >< But I get a nice surprise because my Ichigotchi turned into a Tarakotchi!!!!!!! Yay!!! It has been ages since I got one!!!

V2 2: Lets see, yes, like two minutes later, I hear tthe evolution tune and my character turned out to be a lovely... DEBATCHI!!!!!! Yes!!!! I always wanted one of those!!! Brilliant teeth. Also, it looks like Hinatchi a lot too!

So, now I remembered and decided to egg connect and see if there was any love. So... I proceeded the connection and arranged it so that the egg would go to Debatchi. So cute!!! Anyway, titli! titli! titotelililii!!! No heart. This means that there will be no rare falling in love. :( Sad for me. I guess I'll have to wait for the Matchmaker. :(

V2 2: I just looked down and Debatchi brought some happiness to me by brushing his teeth! Lovely! Especially how they poke out! I have decided, Debatchi will be one of my favourite characters. I'll leave Debatchi to it now! I know he must brush his overlarge teeth. :(

Anyway, it seems slike egg and Debatchi aren't made for each other almost definitley now. I have also spotted Debatchi singing and walking up to me. I tried it with the pencil and it pondered for a bit. It also earned 300p from a pot plant which made her very happy. Well, this was from Kabutchi who was kind enough of giving presents to Debatchi when I noticed something really strange. Kabutchi has six training and I connected her to Debatchi but she gave an incorrect present and di the thing at the bottom of the screen. I timed her out and guess what--- She earned an extra training bar!!!!

This means you can earn training when you are an adult. Maybe she'll turn into Ojaritchi... But I won't risk losing gen. number by letting her grow old. ConneXions V2 seem more like ConneCTions so they may turn into oldies at age 10. :S

Any opinions? I am open to them as long as they aren't off-topic. :p
