"Ahhh, Abandonment issues, I see..." Alexander nodded. He chuckled at the last part "denial." He retorted simply. He found this much more fun. Tormenting her by simply being nice and butting into to her life amused him greatly. He also saw it as an oppritunity for pay back for her behaviour earlier. "So come on, at least give me something? Favourite colour?" He asked.

"I was never abandoned. I just see all the drama that goes around the high school and I prefer to ignore it. Besides, I'll be living in Italy soon, so it really doesn't matter, now does it," she stated coolly. "I don't owe you any explanation about myself, anyway. But my favorite color is green." She looked over at him and gave a sigh. "I swear, you really enjoy getting under my skin, don't you?" She folded her arms over her chest and raised an eyebrow at him.

"Hey thats something." He said, actually quite shocked that she had given him an actual answer. Alexander couldn't help but smile a little at her question. He nodded. "I find it quite entertaining. " He told her honestly. He crossed his arms in mimicry and made his best grumpy pouty face back at her. He contemplated having some snarky response or comment on her grumpiness but he decided against it as he really didn't want to be punched again.

"I figure it's a harmless question, and you'll probably forget by tomorrow anyway, so it's no big deal," she said quietly. She felt her face soften as he mimicked her pouty expression, and then laughed aloud, a very pretty sound. "Please, I hope you don't take up acting," she joked, covering her mouth with her hand. "But you know, just because you're entertained doesn't mean I am amused." he cleared her throat, then looked out at the scenery again.

Alexander chuckled. His face then changed to a more somber one as he tried a sadder face. "Oh ouch. My heart, its bleeding." He said placing a hand on his chest pretending to be wounded by her hurtful words. "And hey don't make fun of my talents, just remember I can throw you off this balcony. " He threatened giving her his best threatening look, trying to look as scary as possible without actually looking like he meant it.

Sinead laughed once more, then shook her head. "You're a surprising person," she stated with a sigh. "Maybe... maybe I was wrong about you after all." She looked over at him with a softer smile, then looked away, her eyes seeming troubled. "But... don't let that get to your head, okay? You have enough of an ego as it is." When he made his false threat, she looked over at him with surprise and alarm. "You wouldn't!... Would you?" She shrunk away from him at that, taking it seriously.

Alexandeer didn't bother questioning her on her change in expression. He also figured she didn't want to discuss the other comments she made so he didn't say a thing about them. "Hmm, no. You're right, I wouldn't. It would make too much of a mess. I would probably use someone else's balcony." He replied smirking. "Now, if I promise to go to that stupid office thing with you tomorrow morning, can I take you home now?" He figured if that didn't work he could always just use force and stuff her into his trunk.

"..." She hesitated in answering his second question. She really didn't want to go home. The thought of it made her feel nauseous. But at the same time, she knew that if she didn't go home, things might get even worse. Avoiding his gaze, she said, "Forget the office thing, okay? Just... just take me home, and forget this ever happened." She sighed softly and went back inside, getting her jacket and pulling it on anxiously. She made sure she had everything, then said, "Okay, I'm ready to leave."

"Its fine, really. I wouldn't want to tarnish your perfect good girl reputation. I mean you've already gone to all this trouble. I guess I can let you win one, just once, don't get used to it." Alexander told her following her into the apartment. He too grabbed his jacket, hetook his keys out of his pocket and opened the front door for them to leave. After they were both out he locked the door and went back to his car.

"The office will forget about it, especially since I'm a good student. You'd be the one in trouble either way," she said quietly, going down to the car, checking to see if the scary guy happened to be around. She sighed with relief when she didn't see him, and waited for Alexander. She had to make sure that her parents didn't see her in his car. Things would get pretty nasty if they did. Mostly because of what her dad would do to her. She shuddered at the thought.

Alexander shrugged, he was used to trouble. He was always being scolded by the teachers and school staff. He had gotten used to it and it really meant nothing to him by now, half the time he simply tuned them out anyway. Alexander unlocked his car and got in the drivers seat, starting the engine. He pulled away from the curb "So where do you live anyways?" He asked.

"Oh... I live in Aisling Heights. It's the big gated community on the north side of town, past the park. I'll give you step by step directions," she told him, getting in the car in the passenger's seat. She smiled at Alexander and said, "Thanks for giving me a ride. I probably could have called a cab, though..." As they drove, she gave him directions to her house and her neighborhood, but a few blocks away from her house, she told him to stop. "This is my house," she lied, getting out of the car. "Okay, you can go now! Bye!" She walked toward the house, hoping he would drive away as fast as he could.

Alexander knew where it was, there probably wasn't a person living in this town who didn't know where it was. It was a small community so it was hard not to know about the only gated comunity. Either way he let her feel helpful by giving him directions. When she told him to stop he pulled over for her to get out. "Okay, hurry up and get out. I don't wanna be seen with you." He told her unlocking her door. After she got out he drove off, pulling a few feet up and pulling a Uie and going back the way he'd came.

She watched him leave, then walked back home, wondering what to tell her parents. Her mom wouldn't mind, but her father was not going to be happy. he had probably been drinking again. He was probably feeling... no. She wouldn't think that. She didn't want to believe it would happen tonight. She wouldn't be able to take it again. She walked inside and tried to sneak off into her room, but it was too late. She had been spotted. Now it was time for the onslaught.

Skip to the next day maybe?

Sinead had worn a pretty outfit and had actually put makeup on for the school day. She made sure it stayed meticulously pretty and touched it up whenever she could. She noted that Alexander wasn't there, but it somewhat relieved her. It would have been awkward to see him again. After school let out, she went to the parking lot, and realized her dad wasn't there to pick her up. Relieved, she started to walk home, having to pass around Alexander's neighborhood.
