Shelly followed Aire and Svetlana still worried about Chloe. "I suppose I'm more needed here." She whispered to herself looking at Aire . He ran so swiftly and... No! Shelly thought. Keep my mind focused on the task at hand.

Lol

"Svet, I need some ginger and peppermint. Shelly, I need some aloe. All the plants should be around in this area eventhoughinrealityIdon'tthinktheygrowinthesameclimateletaloneinaforest." Aire ordered, jumping up and scrambling up a tree again to fetch some leaves.

Shelly bounced off to find some aloe. Soon she found some and picked some, rushing back to Aire. "Is this enough?"

"That's good." Aire said and when Svetlana came back he hurried back to Chloe.

Way too much to read! xD Lol I figure Chloe's injured and everything's sameish soo:

Dawn licked her paw absent-mindedly when she returned to camp, not really quite knowing what had happened with Chloe. She planned to ask her later, when everything had settled back down. Now, she simply focused on grooming all of the left-over soot from her fur, turning the pale gray to a magnificant white.

Chloe, still breathing heavily from the battle with Demon began to calm down, the adrenalin rush almost at a standstill. "That was Demon, the fierce alpha male of the Jadassa, the pack that slaughtered my previous pack years ago when my parents were still alphas. He was always jealous of my parents. Everyone loved them. Even wolves from the Jadassa began joining Silver Mist because they were tired of him. Demon never forgave them for that. And after he killed my parents in person, he wounded Fang and I, and he originally thought we were dead and went on killing more of my pack. Fang and I escaped, and I guess he's been searching for us ever since he saw that we were gone."

"He killed a pack? Judging by his strength I'm surprised he was able to even kill a regular wolf." Svet scoffed, pawing the still dying male wolf. Aire had begun to turn the herbs into a paste and once that was done, began smearing it over Chloe's wounds. "Chloe, this will sting but do not move. I do not wish to get it in your eyes and cause you blindness."

Grace listened politely as Chloe explained. Her long story cleared up any questions she had, and truthfully scared her a bit. She stepped back and watched as Aire coated her wounds. Her previously panicked tone had morphed into one that showed her mature side. She looked Chloe in the eyes as she spoke to her. "Did he really kill an entire pack? I'm agreeing with Svetlana on this one."" She said with a small smirk.

Deep in the woods, Cooper dragged his dangerously thin body throuch a small stream. He was hungry and tired and didn't know if he would ever find his sister. As Grace's soft features came to mind, Cooper let out a determined sigh and picked himself up off the ground. Slowly, he made his way along the stream in hopes of catching her scent.

Chloe shook her head and winced as Aire's paste stung greatly on her wounds. "Heavens no," she exclaimed. "His whole pack attacked mine that day. He was just the one who killed my parents and almost killed my brother and I," she replied. "My parents were great warriors, but they were ambushed and greatly outnumbered. They didn't stand a chance. Fang and I were tremendously lucky to have survived."

Barely alive, Demon lie on the ground fluid beginning to stream from his mouth. A small gargling noise began to rise from his throat as he slowly drowned in his own blood.

" Will you shut up already you mongrel?!" Svet snapped at the dying wolf, slamming her paw onto his skull, breaking it and killing him in the process, "Much better."

Chloe smiled at Svetlana. "Great work general," she praised. "He made a very poor mistake doubting you. I am very impressed," she said trying hard not to move while Aire worked on her. "Thank you Aire, once again," she smiled warmly at the Albino, who had greatly helped her for the second time in less than two days.

Grace watched with a bemused smile on her face. She couldn't help but jump, however, when Svet broke his skull. She watched as the wolf finally stilled and died, the dark blood still pouring from his mouth. She finally tore her eyes away from the corpse and watched as Aire finished smearing the paste into Chloe's wounds.

Dawn sniffed the air, pawing the ground impatiently, waiting for the rest of the pack to return. She had begun to go assist them, but, upon seeing so many wolves, she figured they had it under control. Also, somebody had to stay here and protect camp.

"All I did was break his legs and skull. It was easy anyway since he bones were frail." She shrugged, speaking as though what she had done had been like hunting a blind and deaf stag.

"Well, he has aged a lot since his pack attacked Silver Mist. I don't think he was expecting me to have company. I guess he never thought that I would become the alpha female of a pack and that I would have others there to help. She looked at all of them. Thank you all," she replied.

Fang saw Dawn come into the camp and rushed up to her, very worried. "What happened? Is everything alright?"

Dawn looked up slowly, an automatic growl rumbling from the very back of her throat instinctively. When her mind processed that it was simply Fang, the harsh noises faded and she 'oh''d. "I'm fine, but I don't know about Chloe! I couldn't see what happened. So I decided to stay and guard the camp."

Fang started to pace. He knew he shouldn't leave. He would need to be there to fight if an intruder came along onto the camp. "Oh," he said nervously. "I hope she's okay," he whined and sniffed the air, hoping to get her scent. He got nothing. She was too far into the forest. He tried to perk up. "Chloe's a great fighter. I'm she's just fine. And she has Svetlana with her. I'd hate to be the wolf to mess with her," he shivered at the thought. He looked back over at Dawn. "I'm so glad you're okay." He licked her cheek and sat down directly next to her. "Your coat looks beautiful."

Dawn shivered pleasently at his touch and barked happily at his compliment, her ears perking up. "You think so? It took me forever to get all the disgusting soot out. I'm just lucky I got out alive. I can't fathom what hapened to the little pups and their mothers." She shuddered again, from the deep, dark lurking sadness of her thoughts, snuggling up closer to his pelt, as if to warm the cold feeling.

Svetlana shrugged again before speaking, "I'm gonna go back, the smell of blood will not mix well with me." With that she turned and sauntered back to their camp as casually as one thought possible. Aire had shrunk back a bit at Svet's words. He had seen her when her lust for blood had taken over her. She had quite literally nearly killed him....twice. She also had killed a few of the pack they had been in during that same time.
