Calypso kept watching the two women talking, one eyebrow raised with curiousity. Was it just her, or was there some sort of... nostalgia she felt about them? Shifting back into a shadow, she slunk into the room, hiding under a chair. Intently, she listened. But now all she heard was silence. The two women weren't even breathing.
Suddenly, the chair under which Calypso hid was tossed away, and Lumina's hands began to glow with a strange light, almost like a blacklight.
Cringing, Calypso surfaced, turning into her normal form. "Well well well.... who knew that a power, great enough to cause the gods worry... was vested in two mere mortals."
Ava stared at Calypso with alarm. She had never seen a woman more sinister-- even Lumina didn't look quite so terrifying. Then again, Lumina was just a beautiful woman. This person... thing... was otherworldly, that was certain.
