Pokemon black and white R4III HELP

Well, I can't download new games with my R4iii because some says r4 is now focusing with the dsi and are not uprading ds lite cards, and I've already proved it.( I tried to download new games like crafting mama and only a white screen appears). But I found a topic on a website that says Pokemon Black can be played with r4iii. I've always wanted to download it and now this is it!

But I don't know what to do. Ive read it but I don't know where is the ttmenu. help
