So, now that I finally got to modification of my Uni, and it no longer looks like a default device. I think I'll try to log back about what's going on with this little tama. Currently, I am at the adult stage of a Milkchi. I have been running her for 10 days, and she's the child of my hotcakechi who I married off as soon as I got him because.. he is.. uh.. not my favourite one of the berry land dlc.
So now I have the Puro land DLC running instead. I'm hoping for a kuromi (inspired) tama? Is that what can happen? I haven't looked into the options tbh, I just wanted the DLC that fits the aesthetic of what my tama looks like right now.
She's so cute isn't she!! I haven't really gotten around to name her though, so, suggestions are very welcome! It would be nice to have something sanrio inspired. I'll think about it for a while longer.
She's already asked to leave, because I had some trouble keeping her happy since I also have my adult responsibilities nowadays. Work and stuff, you know.. How do people run tamas and also go to work during the week? is that a thing? I dont think I can bring it with me, I mean I sure can try but I'm gonna have to mute the poor thing.. it'll suck but, it would really distract me from my work. I'm happy though that the newer tamas have this where it'll ask you if it can leave. You can still ask it to stay and it'll stay. Reminds me of Animal Crossing new horizons where the villager animals do something similar, unlike what happens in older games (they simply move away without notice)
I found that in the DLC, the minigames pay 600 coins instead of the 300 from the original minigames. I had some trouble with the strawberry cake minigame in the berry land DLC, but the ribbon jump game in the Puro land DLC is so easy, making money has never been this easy! Not even on my V4 connection where I used to spam the jump rope game.
Oh and one last thing before I wrap up. I think the charging port is so much nicer than the battery tamas. It does like 3 or 4 days with a single charge. and it let's you know when to charge in advance. The one thing I didn't like about the Tamagotchi friends is that it's so bulky because it needs AA batteries. Its so ginormous. I don't even think its a good fit for a child's hand. At least not a small one. So the UNI is SUCH an upgrade compared to that. Otherwise, I do miss the little app games the tamagotchis used to have. tamaverse isn't the same. It usually only has 3 spots to go to. I kind of hoped they'd add more places to visit but concidering it's already been a few years since these came out, I don't think there will be any major updates regarding that. But who knows.
Anyways, I'll try to keep this one up. I also tried running my other tamas but I just could not do multiple at the same time. Not when the others are so needy especially during the day. and my original connection v4 can actually die if I dont look at it for a minute or so. So, I'll have to pass on that for now.
