Summer had been expecting at least one other person to answer first, so she too was rather flustered when the question was turned back on her. "Uh... well..." After quickly thinking through things and glancing around, Summer pulled her schedule and pencil out of he pocket, feeling extremly self conscious. "Cover me." She muttered with a quick glance at Mr Rael, before drawing an arrow just like the ones she had been firing. After quickly adding some shading, she put her hand to the page and concentrated - and then the arrow was in her hand, ready to be used. Summer strung it up and fired it, and it worked just like any other arrow. "Tada." She said, looking down at the floor. "That wa just a taster. I probably can draw anything."

Celia gaped for a second, then her face grew into a smile and she clapped lightly. She was amused by this display -it was so sudden. She chuckled gently, but was still reluctant to say her power. She was different to Summer. Summer had a power, but she was still human. Celia, she was a Selkie, and she would never be a human, not fully, anyway. She grew nervous again. Glancing around to see if Mr Rael was listening, she asked "Er, F-Flynn?"

All he had needed to see to be convinced Summer had powers was the arrow coming to life from the drawing. He hadn't watched Summer fire it- he was instead, looking around him, wondering if all those people had powers like he, Summer, and probably, Celia. He wondered if that one girl from earlier who he had walked with to the auditorium had powers as well. He snapped back to Celia and Summer again when Celia said his name. "Um... Er.. Hang on- Wait, k, Mr. Rael just we-" Mr. Rael yelled out, "ALRIGHT! CLASS IS DISMISSED, PUT YOUR BOW AND ARROWS BACK IN THE BIN!" Seeing this as a perfect opportunity to show his powers, he simply concentrated some electricity from his hand. He held it up to Celia and Summer. "There, that's my power. I can emit more than that, though."

Summer jumped slightly at the combination of Mr Rael yelling and the crackle of Flynn's electricity. "Hey, that's pretty cool." She grinned, putting her paper and pencil away and heading over to the bin with the others. She put her bow and arrows in the bin before remembering something. "Oh god, I left the arrow I drew in the target... think it'll matter?" When the people had cleared, Summer spoke again, her voice lower this time. "So at least two of us here have powers... but what the hell does that mean?"

Celia said quietly "Maybe they're using us for the war? I mean, it makes sense. They need more forces, we have powers that they could use.". She was deathly silent, unusual for her, but she shocked. Did everyone have powers? "Oh, I'm a, er, Selkie, by the way. I can turn into a seal with my seal skin. I have water powers (which explains the whole water/glass thing) and seductive powers from my mum. But I don't use the seductive powers. God no." she rambled. "I know it sounds a bit far-fetched but..." she shrugged, sighing.

Summer frowned, thinking hard. "So you think everyone here has powers of some description?" She bit her lip as they walked inside. "Seems a bit harsh thpugh, doesn't it? To take us away from our families to god knows where, take away all our electronics, and give us European teachers to hammer the point in..."

(fail post cos I'm on my way out...)

"You too, huh, Celia?" Flynn sighed, and then he felt as if his suspicions that everybody at this school had powers had been confirmed. "Let's talk about this later, for now, we have to head off to our next class. We can't sit here all day or else Mr. Rael is gonna force us to GTFO from here, which would be pretty bad," Flynn said, as he began to head towards the double doors of the gym.

This latest revelation had put Celia in quite a thoughtful mood. Was there any point in fighting back? If they actually were capturing them for use, then she was sure they had high tech security, lasers, and god knows what. There was no use. They were just a bunch of kids with powers, and nothing more. There wasn't any point in fighting back. The school would win. Celia frowned, lowering her head, staring at her feet. She started walking towards the double doors and said, sighing "I guess it's off to history then."

(Okay, so, time to discuss which direction the plot's RP is gonna go in! In any case, either A. Giant timeskip of one month or so and then they find out that the school is being run by the EU, B. They find out now the school is run by the EU so they have to escape, or C. We just continue on with being at the academy and not timeskipping)

Flynn pushed open one of the double doors, held it open for Celia and Summer, and sighed. "Yup. Off to ever so sucky history." Out of habit, he reached his left hand into his pocket for his phone while still holding the door open, but patted his pocket and quickly remembered he didn't have it on him. He let his hand drop back to his side. "Man, this place sucks."

Ooc: Hm... personally, I think it's daft if they find out on their first day xD so I think we should finish off their first day here and then do a tineskip of some sort?

Summer groaned, nodding at Flynn as he held the door open for them. "Sadly. Now, do you reckon our teacher will A. Be nasty, B. Be European or C. Both of the above?" Summer gave a small laugh to try and liven up the dull gym as they made their way through it. Then she remembered something, turning to Celia. "So you caused that glass to fall over? No wonder Mrs Partridge glared at you for so long!" A pause. "Wait... do you think she knew?"

ooc: Er, yeah, finish off today, when they go back to their dorms, and then a timeskip.

"Yeah. I mean it makes sense. I swear when she was looking at me, she knew. I dunno... Maybe it's just a coincidence?" she mumbled, giving a small sigh and walking through the double doors. Grinning slightly, she said "Well, I'm guessing they're going to be European and most probably nasty. It's been the same with most of the teachers, after all." The grin faded away, and she walked in silence.

(I agree, that idea is the best since it would be way too boring to find out on the first day that they're being held by the EU and it would be too boring to have to continue going through school till they find out since class scenes can take a long long long time.. *Points to the fact this RP is still on the first day and probably will take 10 pages to complete*)

Allowing Celia and Summer to go, he let go of the door and followed them out back to the main hall. "Definitely European. I mean, every teacher here has been European. There's absolutely no way our history teacher wouldn't be European." Flynn walked alongside the two, thinking about how Mrs. Partridge seemed to have known Celia had broken the glass. So did this mean that all the teachers knew they had powers..? Was this like one of those fantasy books with schools for kids with powers?

"Great, that's just what I wanted. A nasty history teacher. History's bad enough as it is..." Summer moaned as she and the other students filed into the corridor. "When do we get Art? I hope we do have it..." she lowered her voice. "If it's true they're using us for our powers, it would make sense for me to get Art..." She pulled out her schedule, unfolding it and frowning. "Okay, we're in room 14 with... urgh, I can't even read that, I've folded this too much."

"I wonder if anyone else has powers... I swear I saw a vampire during the assembly -- pale skin, sharp teeth. I think they've literally brought all kids in the US with powers here. I didn't think there would be this many." she exclaimed, pointing out the crowds wandering around the corridors. "I'm guessing, what, German for the next teacher? Or maybe french." she said, speaking her thoughts.

"Nah, fat old Mr. Worthington was German, and that other teacher was French, so this guy will probably be... Polish." Flynn glanced left and right as they walked the hall, looking at the room numbers next to the doors. "Lemme see.. Room 23, Room 22... Uh... I think.. We're almost there... Aha. Room 14. Here it is.."

(I think MissInnocent has claimed this teacher xD)

Summer frowned as she pushed the door open, glancing around. There were a few other students in there, but no sign of a teacher. "Polish?...Where the heck IS Poland, anyway?" She asked, weaving her way through the desks until she found one on the back row, quickly claiming it. "Better stay at the back - try and avoid trouble." Summer sighed, pulling out her battered schedule - the back was now blank, the arrow drawing still being stuck in the target- and pencil once again and starting to doodle.

ooc: Yep!

So, if you don't mind... :)

Celia opened the door and sat down at the back, next to Summer. She dumped her hoodie on the back of her chair and sat up.

A heavy set man opened door and strode in. He had greying hair, and was tall, in his 50s. His back was ruler straight, and his strides confident. He was wearing a black suit, with a white shirt inside, looking so much more formal than the other teachers. He put his suitcase on the desk at the front of the classroom and straightened his grey tie. "Stand up, students. I'm Mr Smith, and I'll be your teacher for History." he boomed; a loud, clear voice. His voice had a hint of British, but not much.

Celia stood up, after a roll of her eyes and frowned.

In all honesty, Summer had expected another sharp nosed woman like Mrs Partridge or 'Anna' from assembly, so she was a bit taken aback when Mr Smith entered and told them to stand up. "You have got to be kidding me." Summer muttered, slowly rising to her feet. There was no word on whether they could sit down, however, and as a result Summer almost sat down before realising no-one else was and straightening up again. Hopefully, Mr Smith hadn't noticed.

Flynn obeyed Mr. Smith without a word, definitely by this point having realized there was absolutely no choice but to obey the teachers or be punished severely. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Summer sit down. What was she doing? Flynn prayed she would stand up before Mr. Smith would notice her. Since Mr. Worthington had punished her in front of the staff, Mr. Smith probably knew she already has lost her dinner privileges for the night. Biting his lip, he mentally begged Summer to get up. It was to no avail, since after all, none of them had mind reading abilities.

Mr Smith frowned slightly and boomed again " I was expecting a "Good afternoon Mr Smith", but I'll let you off once. You may sit." He remained standing up and said "Now, today, we will be learning about US election of 2008 and how Obama won.". He walked around the front, stopping in the middle. "Repeat after me: Obama won the election with 192 more votes than McCain."

Celia groaned. It was one of those lessons? She repeated after him; albeit much more quieter, and with a hint of sarcasm.

ooc: btw, I have no knowledge of the US stuff, so sorry if I get it wrong.
