I got to dance with my crush at prom, which rocked.

Aviance was toiling away, trying to build a teepee from branches.

Alli had been acting really... Distant lately. From not talking to even avoiding Aviance. This probably started two days ago. One thing to note about his odd behavior was that everytime he looked at the moon, his facial expression was that of someone in fear. It was oddly silent for a while, but a scream was heard from not too far. Alli was shaking under a tree, crying.

Aviance heard the scream, darting off to find Alli. When she did find him, she didn't say anything for a couple of minutes. Then, slowly, she knelt down in front of him, keeping her distance. "Alli.... why are you crying?" She handed him a piece of cloth to wipe his eyes on.

Alli let out... A cat growl? It sounded like one. "DON'T!" He raised his hand, covering his face. His nails looked awfully long. Wait, scratch that. They were claws. "Avian, run. Don't... Don't see me like this."

Suddenly, something clicked in Avi's brain. This must have been why he'd seemed so distant. She stood her ground. "Alli, I'm not leaving you, especially not when you're in this condition."

"... I don't care about you leaving me. I DON'T WANT TO KILL YOU." He pulled his hands away from his face, opening his mouth. Long, sharp teeth. Something from a predator feline. Whiskers were coming out of his face, and hair began to cover him. He looked awful- something from a young childs nightmare.

Alli watched her as she ran, and then sighed when she vanished. He looked down, waiting for the moment to finally come.

In the distance, a man was walking. He hugged a baby to his chest, comforting the little girl. "Shhh..." He would say often.
