*Two eggs appear on the couch next to the twins. The v5 siblings look the eggs over.*
*SNAP*

Me: There. Four baby stages at once. This can't be too bad... Can it?

*The eggs begin wiggling and cracking*

*SNAP*

Me: ...Can it?

*The eggs pop open, leaving a Shiropetitchi and Tamabotchi crying on the couch*

*SNAP*

???: UWAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

???: WAAAAAH!!!

*The v5 twins start tearing up*

Me: No no no please no this was a misTAKE.

Argyll: UAAAAH!

Drusilla: WAAAAH AHHHH!

Me: GOD.

*After many, many minutes I manage to calm the Tamas down. I watch carefully as they lay together on the couch*

Me: Okay... Now... Let's see...

*I pick up the Shiropetitchi*

Me: Why don't we name you... Hmmm... Yanna!

Yanna: Gugah?

Me: And you...

*I pat the Tamabotchi on the head*

Me: You'll be Wynford.

*I smile as the babies look cute together, setting Yanna back down*

Me: Now... Let's eat!

*I prepare food for the babies while they play together. I occasioanlly check up on them, finally serving them their food. The whole ordeal takes about an hour. Right after finishing, the v5 twins begin to glow bright yellow*

Me: Ohhhh yes!

*The glow enhances, shines, and dims over a few seconds, leaving a Mametchi and a Chamametchi in its wake*

*SNAP*

Me: Haha, nice.

Argyll: Nngh... Huh?

Me: Fast track to adulthood I see. Hello you two,

Drusilla: Nngh... Wh-where are we?

Me: Huh. That evolution must've knocked a lot out of you. Edryd, your dad, left you two in my care.

Argyll: Oh. Huh. Okay, well, makes sense.

Me: ...Really?

Argyll: Yeah.

Me: Huh. Weird way to be programmed but okay then.

Argyll: Huh? Progra-

*Cutting off Argyll, the m!x twins begin to glow*

Me: Niiiice. Right on time!

*SNAP*

*SNAP*

*Their shapes morph and change. Wynford's light dims first*
*SNAP*

*Wynford drops out of the light and opens his eyes*

Me: Mittsupotchi!

*The light then subsides for Yanna, her form finishing twisting as she drops onto the couch.*

*SNAP*

Me: Belltchi! Now bad. I like this little family. I think we're going to be okay...

Argyll: Hey... Uh...

Me: Eppie.

Argyll: Eppie. Why are they toddlers but we're an adult and a teen.

Me: Oh! Cause you guys are the Mame Family. You guys go straight from Babyhood to adult/teenhood. They're generation one though, so they've gotta go through the whole growth process.

Argyll: Ah, okay.

Drusilla: This is weeeeird.

Me: You get used to it when you run tamas as often as I do.

Agryll: Wait, I thought you said they were Generation one...

Me: Yeah, they are.

Argyll: But if you've been running tamas for a long time, what's the discrapancy for?

Me:...

Argyll: Eppie?

Me: There's something you should know...

Phew, finally done with a long day of updates. Let's cut it off here. A bit suspenseful ooooooh~

Sorry for the lack of log posts recently, but life has been a bit hellish recently ahaha. I promise I'm not going back on another month and a half long break or however long it was

Me: Good morning everyone.

Argyll: Howdy!

*I smile*

Me: I know you're both Mametchi but you really do remind me of your father, you know that?

Argyll: Huh? Oh... thank you! Where did that come from, though.

Me; Oh, nowhere. Just... Reminiscing, I guess...

Argyll: Ah, okay!

Drusilla: Hiiiii Eppie!

Me: Hello Drusill- WHOAH

*Drusilla tackle-hugs me to the ground with a loud THUMP*

Argyll: Drusilla! Don't tackle people!

Me: It's okay Argyll, I'm fine, haha.

*I return the hug and pick myself up off the ground, carrying Drusilla*

Drusilla: Wheeeee~

Me: So, Argyll, where are the kiddos?

Argyll: Over there

*Argyll points to two cribs in the main room. I walk over*

Yanna: Uhuuhuhu~

Wynford: Gaaa!

Me: Awwww, you two are so cute~

*I glance over at the clock*

Me: Oh! And set to evolve rather soon. I'm glad I got up when I did.

*I set Drusilla on the couch*

Drusilla: Yaaaaaaay! Friends!

Me: Yup! You're finally gonna have some friends your own age, eh?

*Drusilla giggles*

Me: Let's see... Wynford seems to be a bit ahead, so his evolution will come first.

Argyll: How long will it be?

Me: Few minutes at most. Better get comfy...

*I pick up Yanna and Wynford and put them on the floor, walking into the kitchen to get myself a drink*

Me: We're gonna see a lightshow~

*I finish getting the drinks for myself and the Tamagotchis and sit down on the couch. Promptly after sitting, Wynford begins to glow a soft yellow*

Argyll: Whoah...

Drusilla: Pretty!!

Me: Here we go again...

*The glow gets bigger and bigger until it's a brilliant light. The shape emanating the light changes and reshapes itself. Abruptly, the light fades, a Tamagotchi falling onto the floor, sparkling*

*SNAP*

Me: Mokokotchi! Nice! I don't think we've ever had one of those in this house before.

Wynford: Uh... I... Um...

Me: Take your time, kiddo. Speech is hard.

Wynford: H-hi... Uh... Eppie?

Me: Yessir

Wynford: And... Argyll and Drusilla?

Argyll: That's us!

Wynford: Huh...

*Suddenly, Yanna begins to emanate a light*

Wynford: Wah!

Me: Get back if you don't wanna get blinded, kiddo!

*Wynford scrambles onto the couch as Yanna's form gets brighter and she lifts off the ground*

*SNAP*

*Yanna's shape changes as the light's intensity fluctuates*

*SNAP*

*The light dies down, leaving a glimmering tamagotchi standing confidently*

*SNAP*

Me: Oooh, Kilalatchi!

Yanna: Hello all. I'm Yanna~ Yanna Sunrise!

*I chuckle*

Me: Yes, we know

Yanna: I just wanted to make a stellar entrance~

Me: Now that's an attitude I can get behind.

Argyll: Haha, wow. Niceee

Me: Well...

*I sip my drink*

Me: Looks like the gang's all here...

Woooo! Nice post! The next post I'm gonna make is gonna be for the 26th, as that's the day the m!xes turn into adults! I'll hopefully get though out shortly, at the most later today. After that, however, I'm gonna go on break for a couple of days as I spend some time at someone else's house, where logging isn't really possible. Anyway, that's all~ See you in the next post

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 26th-THURSDAY, JANUARY 4th

Sorry for not posting in a while. I've been extremely busy. Today I'm going to be posting both a recap of the past couple of months and A post for today, January 4th. Sorry I missed my own birthday and christmas AND new years, but things have been extremely hectic. Hope you understand.

So, to recap...

On November 26th Wynford evolved into...

...GOZARUTCHI! What a cutie, I love Gozarutchi!!!

And, at about the same time... Yanna evolved too! She became...

...VIOLETCHI! Ayeeee, nice!

So, we have a Mametchi, a Chamametchi, a Violetchi, and a Gozarutchi!

However, on the 29th, a couple days after this evolution, I had to pause the tamas. I kept them paused until the 15th December, my birthday. I had planned on making a post that day or the next, but I just couldn't because I was so busy and demotivated. I kept the tamas running until about the 29th, when I had to pause them again as I went out of town. That brings us to today, where I'm starting them back up again, and officially making this post. Apologies for the month and a half unannounced hiatus. I'll do my best to not let it happen again. I'll be posting today's stats in today's update, which should be coming out a little later

MONDAY, JANUARY 8th

Okay, bluh. Time to I guesss talk for a bit.

Lat time I posted a few days ago I said I'd get a post out later that day. I then promptly DIDN'T POST later that day. Sorry about that, my day was kinda ruined. I then didn't post for a couple of days. So I'm gonna be coming to you today with a few promises, and some sad news.

The sad news is that Wynford died on the fifth at age 18. I woke up to the sounds of him dying. I really don't know how it happened since Yanna, who woke up with the same stats, was fully alive and well. This kinda soured my mood for tamas, all of which I paused for a couple of days until today.

IN MEMORIAM:

I started my tamas back up today, and I'm going to be making a log post for today in THIS POST, so I don't have anything to post later. That being said... Let's jump in.

Me: I just... Don't know what happened...

Drusilla: Eppie...

Argyll: It's okay...

Me: It's NOT okay!

*I slam my fist on the table*

Yanna: Eppie!

Me: This keeps happening! I... I keep... I keep letting you all slip through my fingers. I keep falling into depressions and...

Yanna: Eppie...

Me: And I keep losing you...

Yanna: EPPIE!

*I look up, tears streaming down my face*

Argyll: Please keep calm. Everything is okay. You didn't do anything.

Me: But...

Yanna: You didn't control this!

Me: I cou-

Yanna: No you couldn't have. Nothing could have stopped what he did.

Drusilla: Eppie... Please stay calm...

Me: I'm... I'm trying. I'm just... So done with losing the people and the Tamagotchis close to me...

Yanna: I understand that. You've lost many. But that's no excuse to beat yourself up and prevent you from continuing!

Me: What good am I if I can't keep those close to me alive. Do I deserve to run Tamagotchis?

Yanna: Yes! Of course you do!

Argyll: Eppie, you're a wonderful person. And yes, these things will happen... but remember, Tamagotchis don't live very long anyway. Those that do are rare. You give us the best time we've got before we move on.

Drusilla: Yeah! That's obvious!

Yanna: So please... For our sake. For our children's sakes. Forgive yourself.

Me: You'd... you'd actually leave your children with me?

Yanna: In a heartbeat.

Argyll: Yes.

Me: ...Okay.

Yanna: One question though... are you going to start up that m!x again?

Me: Yes. Yes I will. Tomorrow. I can... I can do this...

Yanna: That's the spirit. For tonight... Let's rest.

Me: Yeah... yeah lets...

*I grip the Spacy m!x's unit and walk slowly up the stairs. I glance over at the pause room and sigh*

Me: Soon...

Sorry tonight's post is so short, but I have to get back into the swing of things. I"m excited to come back but first a few words:

I'm going to do my very best to not have any more unannounced hiatuses, and I'm going to minimize the number of hiatuses. A one or two day break is one thing, but weeks is totally different.

Okay so it's time to explain the sudden absence.

I got pretty mad at my computer for doing this, but here goes:

The other day I had started up my spacy m!x. I got a boy named Pol. This is all well and good. I got maybe three-quarters of the way through writing the log entries for the two days he was alive.

And then my computer crashed. Which is just...

...just great.

So here's what's gonna happen:

I'm gonna post photos from those log entries in this post and then take a couple days (shouldn't be past Wednesday or Thursday) then actually start up my tamas. for a while now, and for a couple days more, my tamas that I'm logging here will be on pause. But only for a couple days more. That being said, here are the photos:

*I place my hand on the counter for balance and sigh. I glance outside to the backyard where a few headstones line the garden. I look down at the golden necklace in my hand.*

Me: I don't want to do this... please... I just...

???: Do what?

*I whirl around and see nothing*
Me: ...Must be my head... I thought I heard... no, can't be. I'm just stressed...

???: What don't you want to do?

*I quickly turn around again and see it. A ghostly Kiraritchi standing on the counter, looking me in the eye*

Me: M-Maeve...

*I slowly reach my hand out. She shakes her head*

Maeve: Just an illusion. Sorry.

Me: So you are just in my head...

Maeve: Not exactly. I'm in a special place. the Place of Stars...

Me: Where is that?

Maeve: Afterlife, essentially. I'm being projected through that.

*Maeve points to the necklace*

Me: O-oh...

Maeve: I sensed you needed help. Eppie, please do not give up on this place. Do not give up on these Tamagotchis. Persevere for their sake. For my sake. And especially for your sake.

Me: ...Yeah... Yeah you're right. Okay Maeve. Thank you.

Maeve: Of course.

Me: Can you... Can you stay?

Maeve: I'm sorry. I cannot. But I will be here when you need me most.

Pol: Hey Eppie?

*I turn around and see Pol walking down the steps. I turn back around and Maeve is gone*

Pol: Eppie?

Me: Yes, Pol?

Pol: What's there to eat?

*I think for a second about what Maeve said. A smile spreads across my face*

Me: Come on kiddo. Let me show you.

I think that's a good place to end it off! A nice comeback post. I'm really going to try and post more, I promise. Things have been a bit hectic but I got some good news recently so I think things will turn around. We'll see~
