The country group with two lead singers, right? That's interesting

I don't know any famous musicans who came to our school (yet, anyway-- two that have juat graduated are just incredible). BUT, a band of guys (including the gorgeoussss Sam the Design technician) who all came to our school are one of the country's best and most exciting upcoming bands =D

"It's probably the whole falling ih love so quickly, so passionately, et cetera. Oh, and, nobody believes thete are really people out there with eyes like mine," Asher laughed. "I'm very excited to meet them all, though. Hopefully I won't get too shy or anything. And I know my family will love you, too. I only wish my sister were here to meet you, as well."

That's so exciting!!! =D what's the band called?

"Probably. Although, remember, I used to be a pageant queen. Mom will probably whip out the old pictures for you to see, all dressed up in a fancy gown. I swear, it's almost as bad as the naked baby pictures!" She laughed loudly, then shook her head quickly. "Believe me, my family will knock the shy right out of you. And... I wish that I could meet her too. I bet she would have been just as amazing as you are."

Stop Go Sixty

"I can't wait!" Asher exclaimed excitedly, with the full intention of irritating her, of course, grinning. He then sobered up a bit, at the thought of his sister, and he just smiled at the memory of her. "She was like the other half of me. So outgoing and talkative. She was a wonderful person. She would have loved to have finally met the one other person whi truly made me happy and believed in me like she did.. It was even harder than most losses; twins definitely have something connecting them, I'm sure of it. And she was the only friend I ever really had."

Lucy stuck out her tongue and let out a drawn out sigh, rolling her eyes afterwords. But then she noticed how he seemed to get more serious, and then listened intently as he spoke about his sister. he smiled slightly and reached out a hand to him, taking his hand gently in her own. "I'm so sorry, Asher. I don't know what I would have done in that situation, I'll never be able to fully grasp it."

I'd be surprised if it was them you'd heard of. I mean, it's small time, for now.

"You would. You have dealt with something like that. I think there's a similar connection between people that are in love with each other, too. You thought you'd lost me, and I lost her. I think you understand it more than you realise," Asher told her.

Lucy looked over at him and smiled slightly, then kept on driving. When it got really later, she started to look for a hotel or something for them to stop at for the night. She was getting too sleepy to drive, and she didn't want to leave Asher up alone all night by sleeping in the car.

Well, I just doubt they've anywhere near gotten to America. Who knows, though.

You should still check them out, they're supposed to be awesome.

When Asher could see that Lucy was beginning to look for somewhere to spend the night, he began searching around a bit, too. It had been a fun ride, time to reminisce, as well as talk about the future, to laugh, and to sing along to the radio.

Lucy finally found a small motel, so she pulled into the parking lot, humming softly with the radio. "If we head out right before sunrise, we should get to your parents' house around lunchtime. Hopefully they won't mind our surprise visit." She smiled at him, then turned off the car and got the suitcases.

Asher said, "No rush, no rush. We get there when we get there." He smiled and got out, helping Lucy with the suitcases. He booked them into a room, on the first floor. He lead her upstairs and into their room for the night. It was nice enough for spending the night in. Just somewhere that had a bed and a bathroom was fine by him.

Lucy put her suitcase down at the end of the bed, then gave a great sigh. "It feels so good to be standing in one spot again!" She laughed, then laid flat on the bed, grinning. "This bed isn't half bad either! I'm beat!"

And I'm excited, because she may just be coming on tour here very soon. I'm hyped!

AND I'm excited because I've been offered and amazingly beautiful guitar for my birthday. I'm just deciding if it's what I'm looking for.

Asher smiled and nodded, "I know what you mean. It was a fun drive, but it was tiring." He searched around in the bag he'd had in the front of the car, for something to eat. He'd brought some leftover cake, and he was starving. "I'm not too sure if you want anything, but there's some cake here if you like," he said to her.

Lucy took a piece of cake, smiling widely. "Thank you Asher. I think after I eat this, I just might have to go to bed. I can hardly keep my eyes open right now." She yawned, further proving her point, then started nibbling at the piece of cake slowly. "I'm still so surprised that you went out and bought a cake for me for my birthday. You really didn't have to."

I only just saw it now, becauase she played it for the first time at a concert the other night. So maybe they're not playing it on the radio. According To You is only coming out here on September 6th-- I'm way ahead of the game xD It's called Courage, it's really nice

What it is, is that it has a special bridge that some Ibanez guitars have called "Floyd Rose Bridges". Basically, they're designed to allow huge divebombs with a whammy bar and it staying accurately in tune, and they work really well. Except they're a real pain to tune and change the strings.. It's so pretty, though, and it plays wonderfully. And it's literally available at about half the price of the cheapest you can find, because it's preowned, but it's in fabulous condition.. Hrmm..

Asher took a few bites of cake while she spoke, then nodded. "That's absolutely fine. You sleep whenever you want, you don't have to tell me," he said, smiling gently at her as he continued to eat his cake. "Well, I wanted to buy you cake for your birthday. I really wanted to make you one, actually. But I had no time at all," he chuckled.

In my opinion, it would be worth the difficult tuning. If it plays well, looks good, and is inexpensive, I'd take it. =)

Lucy sat closer to him after she finished her piece of cake, gently resting a hand on his knee. She smiled up at him, her gaze shifting as she took him in, just wanting to save the moment in her head like a picture. "It's the thought that counts," Lucy said softly. "And it was the nicest thing anyone has ever done on my birthday. Thank you."

There's a live video on Youtube, but it's not brilliant quality, really. But it's totally different to According To You and.. I think she also released Shut Up and Kiss me in the US. It's a ballad

I'm mentally debating about it.. I think I'll speak to my guitar teacher about what he thinks of it.

I mean, if I want it, I want it at that price. It's £700 worth of guitar and they're selling it for £350.

Asher dusted off the crumbs from his hands and then noticed how much closer she'd gotten. He smiled back at her and said, "Well, I'm glad I made up for e everything you'd been through for the past few weeks, and still made it your best birthday ever. I really wanted you to have a good night."

"It was the best night ever!" Lucy exclaimed, getting to her feet and jumping on the bed. She kept jumping, reaching up her hand so she could touch the ceiling. "I'm glad we're on the first floor, so I can do this!" She laughed out loud, then fell off of the bed and onto the floor. She burst into laughter, rolling around happily. "That was so much fun!"

Asher watched her. He didn't join in, in case the bed wouldn't take his weight, and also if he fell off, it could hurt him quite badly. But he smiled and laughed as he watched her, then, as she fell off, he rolled to the other side of the bed and helped her to get up. "I thought you said you were tired!" he chuckled.

Lucy said, "I was, before I ate that cake! But now I've had something to eat, and it has plenty of sugar, so I'm much more awake! I'll probably crash in a while though, so don't worry!" She giggled, then playfully pounced on the bed, on top of Asher. "Pinned you!" She said delightedly, leaning down to kiss him.

In fact, he took a moment to register before he realised she was kissing him, and therefore it was another few moments before he responded. But when he did, he smiled slightly against her lips.

I saw an AMAZING one, but it was WAY out of my price range. Like, 3000 dollars out of my price range.

Lucy giggled and kissed him again, more passionately than before, remaining firmly on top of him. She pulled back slowly and said, "I'm glad you haven't taken your meds yet. I'd be lonely." She drew out the word lonely, giving her best puppy dog eyes at the same time. "And that just wouldn't be any good, would it?" She cuddled close to him, practically purring at finally being able to make contact with him after hours of driving.
