It's just an assignment all the freshmen were supposed to do. it's a unified theme sort of deal.

I'd probably drive him insane xD

Lucy went to his closet and picked out a shirt for him, handing it to him swiftly. "I like this t-shirt! Blue looks good on you," she told him, grinning. "And I agree completely. Although, I see myself not as much quirky... as much as... a bookworm, I guess you could say." It was true, of course-- she was a book addict.

Okay. Fair enough.

No, I doubt it. He'd annoy you first. He picks on guests xD

Asher sat up, slipping on the t-shirt she'd handed to him, and said, "Thank you. I like this one, too. And, I think you're quirky, as well as a bookworm. Neither of the two of them being a bad thing at all. I don't know what I am, in that sense."

My brain is all shriveled up, though. So writing the essay was difficult

He picks on guests? I'd like him, then!

I'm gonna go for a while. I don't know when I'll be back. Hopefully I'll talk to you later! =)

Lucy rolled around on the bed, pulling the covers around herself like a cocoon. "You're very quirky in the shy kind of way. And you have a funny way of joking with me-- like putting on the most medicine like shirt possible!" She then tried to roll over Asher, like a steam roller.

I know how you feel. It's like, "Do I really remember how to write anymore?" xD

Haha, I think you'd get along.

"I'm probably quirky because I have a lack of social skills around most people. Except around the people I love, and only them," Asher replied with a smile. He watched as she attempted to roll along wit the covers, and he laughed, eventually helping by pulling her along a bit. "And you're quirky because you do things just like that."

I would just stare at the blank word document for what seemed like hours. It was hard.

Yay! I'd pick on him right back.

Lucy made engine noises, rolling over Asher before saying, "I have flattened you like a pancake!" She then looked up at him from inside her little shell made of blankets and said, "Well... yes. I think, sometimes, I really do act like a big kid. But I can't help it, it's that free spirited side of me coming through."

I bet.

I keep thinking, "I should do some art," and then I just don't know what to do. But soon I'll have home alone days again and then I'll get on with a lot more. I just want to spend time with my parents while I can.

I'm sorry, internet fail! DDD:

Asher splayed out over the bed after she'd rolled over him and groaned and announced dramatically, "You've certainly squashed me flat! Oh, the pain!" He then laughed and said, "I love that about you, though. He rolled over onto his side and looked into her eyes, "Don't ever change."

I'm just trying to make sure I get to see all my friends before they move. I move later than most of my friends do.

It's okay! I needed to take a quick nap

Lucy laughed softly and kissed his cheek gently. "Well, I'll try to keep a positive outlook, but if I grow up a little bit, you can't get mad at me. Which reminds me... I need to call my parents. I'll be back." She got up and went into the kitchen, making the phone call knowing that her parents would still be at home.

Oh, I see. It must be so hard to say goodbye to everyone D:

"Well, that's okay. I'll allow just a little," Asher replied, chuckling. He returned the kiss and then said, "Okay," sitting up and leaning against the pillows on the bed while she went to make her phone call.

It's very... surreal.

I feel like I'm going to wake up and go back to high school, and see everyone like I used to. It probably won't hit me until I see people posting pics of their first experiences at college

Lucy sat on the counter and started talking, "Hi mom!... Yes, I'm very happy! Asher wasn't dead at all! He came home, and he's a little scarred, but he's here and alive and well! Yes, he got here yesterday! .... I know, it's the best birthday present ever! And even better than that... Yes, there's a better part! He asked me to marry him! Of course I said yes!... Hahaha, I knew you'd like that. Thank you so much. I love him with all my heart, and I'm just so happy he asked me!... Mom! We've discussed it a little, and we're going to see how the whole baby thing plays out. We want time with each other first. It's funny, you're asking about grandkids before we've even gotten married!.... Yes, I want to talk to daddy, please! Hi daddy! Asher's back, and he asked me to marry him last night! Yes daddy, that means he's not dead... He's wonderful, daddy, I can't wait for you to meet him. He's a wonderful man. We plan on visiting soon, so you can approve... Yes dad, I know you like him, but it's important that you meet him face to face, not just talk to him over the phone. Okay.... okay..." The conversation digressed to normal banter, and then she hung up.

I bet. Still, you'll get to meet lots of awesome people who are all really interested in music and theatre :)

Asher heard snippets of Lucy's end of the conversation. He smiled, hearing how truly happy she sounded in regards to everything that had happened recently-- pleased that he could finally make someone so happy.

That's what makes me most excited =)

Lucy came back to the room and sat down on the bed next to Asher. "My parents are very happy that you're back. They're also very happy that you decided to ask me to marry you. And, well... I definitely am, too. They can't wait to meet you, and daddy said he wants to have a man to man talk with you. I hope that's okay." She cuddled close to him, smiling from ear to ear.

Asher wrapped an arm around her shoulders, pulling her close against his side, "Well, as long as you're happy, first and foremost, then your parents' blessing comes second, and I'm so glad they're happy for us," Asher replied, kissing her temple. "A 'man to man talk'? Okay, well, of course."

So how are you?

Lucy beamed up at him and said, "I'm really lucky to have you. And I can't wait to get married to you, and start our new life together. I still can't believe you're here... and that we're actually engaged. I'm afraid I'm going to wake up and find out that this is all just a dream."

I'm good thank you :)

Sorry about disappearing.. Again. I think I'm going into another not wanting to write phase... DD: I feel really bad about it.

"Well, I agree. When I woke up this morning I was almost convinced I'd dreamt last night, because you weren't there, and I didn't see the room at first, so I thought I was back in hospital," Asher smiled. "And I think it'll take time to get my head around being here."

Nah, that's okay! :)

I'm glad you're doing well!

"Well, hopefully you won't get bored of being around me after too long, or things may not bode so well for me." She sat up slightly, resting his head in her lap and rubbing his hair gently. "But I'm glad I get to be the one to take care of you now," she told him, leaning down to look at his face. "And we get to plan our wedding together."

I'm sure it'll pass soon enough, like the last one :)

And how are you?

"Why would you ever think that?" Asher said, "You know that will never happen. There never has been and there never will be anybody else I want." He smiled afterward, though. "Not just our wedding, but our lives together, you know."

I'm really tired. And I'm going to a wedding today, so hopefully I'll feel better by then

How about you?

Lucy nodded, then bent down and kissed his forehead. "You know, I'm glad your hair is starting to grow out again," she said, running her fingers through it. "It just didn't look right when it was so short. Plus, I like being able to run my fingers through your hair, as weird as that sounds."

Awh, I hope you feel better soon, too ):

I'm good, thanks. Though I really should do some art homework, but I don't feel like it. I want to do some designs for my guitar... D:

"I hated it when they cut it," Asher agreed softly, "You're right, it just looked completely wrong." He smiled, looking up at her, "It's not weird. I like it when you run your fingers through my hair." He remembered thinking that his hair shouldn't be that much of a problem, especially if he wasn't even fighting. But they had still insisted, and had cut his hair much too short.

I had this creepy nightmare that involved bees. It was really just... ugh! DX

Lucky for me, I really don't have any more assignments until school starts. What kind of designs do you want to do?

Lucy said, "Well, you never have to do that again, thank goodness. And if you want me to run my fingers through your hair, anytime, you just let me know and I'll get right to it." She then moved her fingers to his forehead, and massaged his temples gently, humming softly as she did so. She wondered what it would be like, to do what she was doing out on a boat, under a blanket of deep blue, with bright white stars.

Oh dear D: I've been dreaming really vividly lately. What happens is, I sleep until about four in the morning, wake up and have to get up to find some tissues because hay fever kicks in, then I fall back to sleep and the dreams start.. Every night D:

I don't really know what to put on it yet, either. That's the other problem.. I don't know whether to do art, or to do this.. And I realised I have to get some more work done on my song.. D:

"I will," Asher replied, chuckling, "And I'm certainly glad that I won't have to. I never want to, ever. Hopefully I won't go bald when I get older, then," he laughed. "No family history of it, so it seems alright to me." He closed his eyes and relaxed even more, his smile softening.
