Well, it'd be a first, I know that much xD

Asher glanced around the kitchen with a surprised look on his face. He wondered how long she had been up and what had possessed her to do so much at the same time. "Breakfast looks.. Well, amazing. But you didn't have to go to all the trouble yourself. I could have helped, you know," he chuckled, kissing her cheek and then letting go so she had room to move.

xD Hey, hot new guys show up ALL the time.

You just have to steal one before the... trampy girls do xD

Lucy laughed and said, "Don't you even worry about it, baby. Honestly, I wanted to do it myself and surprise you. It looks like I've succeeded, thankfully! Besides, you were tired, and I didn't want to wake you up, so I went ahead and got up. I'm used to early mornings, anyway." She turned and kissed him, then resumed cooking, whistling loudly one of the popular songs of the time. Even if Asher had volunteered to help, Lucy would have made him stay in bed and rest. He'd had a rough night, and he needed sleep.

They don't around here, I assure you xD

"Well, to return the favour, I'll have to cook you a really nice dinner sometime soon, I may have been preparing army food, but I kind of love the environment in a kitchen. And food can be art on a plate, too. I've got a lot of ideas, actually," Asher told her. "But, I really appreciate this, it all looks and smells fantastic!" He leaned against the counter and then asked her, "So, how did you sleep for the rest of the night?"

Aw fiddlesticks! D:

Well, if one does, jump him!

I might leave randomly, just to let you know xD

Lucy looked over at him and grinned, and then she told him, "I think you cooking dinner sounds like a great idea! It'll be nice to see what kind of skills you've gained over the past year." Turning back to the food, she told him, "I slept amazingly for the rest of the night. I haven't slept that well since... since before you left, actually. It was nice to finally shake off my old nightmares and feel you there beside me. I didn't know how much I missed it until you were there again."

I know! Dx

Where are you off to? :)

"Okay. So that's two things on the list to do in the next few days. Get a painting started with you in it, and also to cook you dinner. Sounds like fun," Asher said, smiling. He clapped his hands together, and then rubbed them, still eyeing all the food. "But for now, I'm terribly impatient. How long until it's ready?" he asked her, grinning.

Hunting for food in my house xD

"Yup! Those are your two "chores" that you have to do, or else I will be an unhappy camper!" Of course, she was joking with him, and she figured that he would just laugh along. "No, you don't have to do them. But I'd like it a lot if you did." She continued cooking, giving a laugh at his impatience. "Really Asher, you act like a little boy at Christmas time! It'll be done in a few minutes, okay?" She looked at him then smiled, finishing with the eggs and getting the last few flapjacks flipped.

Oh, right xD

My Mum's making Chinese for dinner!! =D

So if I disappear, it's because I'm going to eat (;

"I certainly have to paint you. I have it visualised in my head, so I just have to! Besides, I have to paint something soon. Being away from my studio was driving me crazy, almost as much as being away from you," Asher laughed, winking at her. "Okay, good. I'm just starving, and looking at it and smelling it is just making me hungrier," he chuckled.

Sounds delicious!

All I found that I wanted was some bread and a cookie. Great lunch, huh?

Lucy laughed and put the flapjacks on a plate, then took them and the eggs over to the table. "Would you mind getting the bacon and the orange juice for me," she asked, looking back at Asher. "Oh, and I've already set the table, so your plate and cup are already set out over here." She set out the flapjacks and eggs, then put a serving spoon next to each dish. "All this cooking has made me hungry as well," she told him, smiling. "Hopefully, it'll taste good."

It was.

Wow.. Yeah.. That's not too good ):

Asher picked up the plate of bacon and jug of orange juice, bringing them through, setting them on the table. "If it tastes as good as it looks and smells, it'll be delicious, he said, pulling out a chair for her, then seating himself. Ever the gentleman, he motioned for her to start piling her plate first.

What all did she fix?

xD no worries, I'm sure dinner will be better

Lucy sat down and said, "Well, thank you. I'll make sure to test the food first, though, just to make sure it isn't poisoned or disgusting." She laughed lightly, then scooped some food onto her plate, and then she poured herself a glass of orange juice. "Well, here goes," she murmured, taking a bite of the eggs. "Okay... these are good!" The bacon and the flapjacks had the same result. Then she took a sip of orange juice, and blinked a couple times. "It's a lot... pulpier than I had hoped. Oh well, the pulp is good for you, I guess."

Chicken Blackbean, Chicken Hoisin, spring rolls and prawn crackers <3 Yummmmm.

Asher filled his plate and then his glass with orange juice. He grinned after tasting the food and said, "This is the best breakfast I've had in over a year." So hungry, he ate quickly. He also found he ate a lot more now, another thing to explain the new muscles. He sipped the orange juice and said, "Well, I like it. That'll stop you getting a cold," he chuckled.

... My life sucks xD

The good thing about college is that there's a variety of food to choose from. But then it'll get old, so I've been told.

Lucy said, "I think it's weird though! I don't like chewing on my drink!" She made a gagging noise, as if to show her point, then laughed and went back to eating. She had to force herself to eat every bite, not used to eating a lot of food at once. She'd been so nervous and stressed about Asher, her stomach was constantly tying in knots, making her feel sick most of the time. So, she hadn't been eating as much, finding she couldn't hold much down. her stomach had gotten smaller as a result, and her ability to hold a lot of food had diminished. By the end of her first plate, she felt somewhat nauseous.

Well, I have no idea, so I can't say. Still, I imagine it must be good.

Asher just laughed and finished his plate of food. He took another flapjack and ate that, as well, and then felt satisfied that he'd eaten enough. "Thank you, baby, that was delicious," he said, getting comfortable in his seat again. He could tell she wasn't feeling too good when he looked at her again. "Are you alright?" he asked her.

They have pizza and pasta and a mongolian grill and a bunch of other stuff xD

it's delicious, but eating it for ten months straight will be difficult.

Lucy smiled at him and said, "Don't mention it! I'm just glad that I can actually cook for you now, seeing as you're finally home." She covered her mouth as her stomach made a loud growling noise, and it was a little while before she answered him. "I'm fine... I'm just a little queasy from eating so much. I'm not used to eating big portions..." It was funny, since before Asher had left, she could easily down a huge meal and go in for seconds, and then dessert. But her stress levels had easily stopped that. "I'll feel better in a while... don't worry about me."

Wow. So are you staying on campus?

There surely must be somewhere you can fix up some food for yourself, for dinner or something.

"I can't wait to cook for you now, either. It'll be nice just to cook for fun rather than all day because I have to," Asher smiled, stacking their plates and cutlery as he spoke, to make cleaning up later easier. "Well, if you're sure. You know, normally people eat more when their stressed, not less."

Yup, my school is about three hours away from home, so I plan on living there.

each floor has a kitchenette, which is exciting! =D

Lucy grinned at him then got up herself, grabbing the leftovers and putting them in containers and then in the fridge. they could easily eat the leftovers for lunch. "Well, my tummy gets upset when I get nervous or stressed, or if I'm upset. So then, I can't eat or I'll get sick. I haven't eaten much since you left."

Yeah, it's just that some people rent just outside, is what I meant.

Awesome :)

Asher asked her, "So is dinner going to be okay with you or should I wait until you get used to eating a little more again?" He worried that she hadn't been eating enough while he'd been away, she certainly didn't need to lose any weight.

I might do that my junior or senior year. But I'm so excited about living in a dorm

They also have living areas on each floor, so we can meet people.

Lucy said, "Dinner will be fine, as long as I skip lunch for today." Her stomach growled again, and she went to the restroom, worried that she might get sick at any moment. But then she felt okay, and she came out of the restroom with a sigh of relief. "All right... I think I'll be okay now. I didn't get sick, which is good."

It sounds exciting :)

We have that for our sixth formers at school.

"You should at least try and eat something small around lunch time. It won't get better if you don't eat," Asher told her. "Maybe you should also try a little bit of exercise to burn off what you've eaten.. I just worry about you not eating enough, especially now that I'm back."

That's cool!! How old are the sixth formers?

Lucy said, "Well... as long as you're sure..." She smiled up at him slightly, then went and started cleaning the dishes in the sink, rolling up the sleeves of her robe so they wouldn't get wet. She sang softly as she washed the dishes, another thing she hadn't done much since Asher left. She didn't have anyone to sing to, so it hadn't mattered. But now he was back, and she felt so happy she couldn't help singing.
