"S-sorry, it's just that my brother was....he was k-killed while protesting..." she continued, her voice just above a whisper.

I had three powdered donuts this morning!!! AHAHHAHHAHAHHAH!!!!!

I love them so much <3

Lucy said, "Jesse. He's one of Eric's friends. Oh, and he's an a'ss." She shrugged, trying not to think about the people falling over each other, being beaten down by the police. It made her feel queasy.

Eric said, "He's the first person I met in this city. He helped me get this place, and he's a great guy. He's just.... well.... he's sarcastic, to put it nicely."

Jesse said, "As much as I'd LOVE to stay and learn to dance, I can't. I have previous engagements, chick." He turned to leave. "But maybe next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll stop by for a while longer."

Wow. And I thought I was being bad in eating a Penguin biscuit xD

I love how you guys say powdered. It's so amusing to me :L

"Ohh, I see," Asher said. "Does he join in with these a lot or something, then? "

LUCKY! D<

I had two cinnamon melts and a hash brown. lD

Alyss rubbed her eyes, which were beginning to dampen with tears. She held back the tears, swallowing the lump in her throat.

Hash browns= DELICIOUSNESSS!!!!!!!!

AHHHHHH!!!!!! Last night, I went out to eat with two of my college friends. I got steak and shrimp.

Shrimp= good. Steak=not.

Eric looked over at Alyss, then gently put his arm around her. "Hey, why don't we get you something to drink..." He said quietly, leading her into the kitchen. He figured she wouldn't want everyone to see her cry. If she didn't care, well, that was his mistake.

Lucy said, "Sort of. He's one of those people who will carry a sign all by himself, normally. Or he'll stand on his "soap box" and talk to people who care to listen. He tries to find the conspiracy behind everything."

Jesse said, "Well, that's what a dance studio is for, right?" He then walked out, trying to make it to the car dealer's before it got too late. Plus, he knew exactly what he wanted.

Morgan watched him leave. She sighed and went into the mirrored room. Morgan spun gracefully across the floor, humming to herself. Then, she stopped. For some reason her mind kept going back to Jesse. He was cute, she thought. She waked over to her bag, and pulled out the sketch book. She flipped to the page where she had drawn Jesse. She looked at it for a moment, then realized she would probably never see him again.

Have fun, Ash!!!!!! *waving frantically*

I'm not big into fish. I LOVe tuna and shrimp. That's about it.

Oysters are kinda weird....

Eric looked in the fridge. "We have soda... or milk.... or you can have a glass of water, if you like..." He turned, to look at her, not saying anything after that. He seemed very relaxed, like he was high above the world's problems. For the most part, he was. Just like now. He knew times were bad, but he kept going. And he decided to help Alyss do the same.

Lucy said, "It's not even that. It's... he's very abrasive, and rude, and he likes pulling pranks on people, or smart mouthing them. Sometimes it's funny.... sometimes being the key word." She went and sat back down in Asher's lap.

Jesse started jogging, arriving at the car dealer's sooner than expected. And then he saw it. The yellow god of the hippie age... the van. It was beautiful... in a worn out, corroding sort of way. He quickly found the salesman, and made his purchase of legends.

Enjoy! :)

I like cod, actually. But not much besides that fish wise.

Last time I had shrimp I was sick to my stomach.

"He'll grow out of some of it eventually. I don't really have time for people like that. But, I suppose I don't remember the last time I felt like I did have time for anyone else. Except for you, of course."

I used to love fish. And rice. But one time, I ate so much, I got super sick.

And now I can't really eat rice OR fish now. I gag. D:

Jesse got in his new vehicle of the revolution, and started the engine. "Oh yeah..." he breathed, pulling out of the lot. This is exactly what he wanted. He headed over to Eric's place, to grab some food, and to show them his new van.

Lucy smiled up at him. "Asher, you're so sweet!" She kissed him gently, then rested her head on his chest. "But--and you'll be sorry to hear this-- Jesse will probably never grow out of his personality. He loves it."

Eric got her a glass of water, and handed it to her. "You want a tissue or something?" He asked quietly, heading to the bathroom to get the box. "You look like you could use one-- no offense or anything!"

I'd die without rice! I always have some at the Chinese <3

"Oh, well, more the fool him, then," Asher shrugged. He smiled, "It's hardly sweet, just the truth," he said, returning the kiss to her forehead.

Morgan looked at the clock, seeing that it was getting late. It was almost 8 o clock. She went into the bathroom and changed again. After grabbing her stuff, she walked outside into the chilly breeze. She walked down the street, towards her apartment.

I don't eat Chinese very often. In fact, I think I've only had it a couple of times.

Lucy moved so she could cuddle closer, into his chest. "Well, to be honest, I'm glad that I've had that big of an impact on you. And on the first day, too! Maybe there is something special about me after all." She laughed slightly.

Jesse finally arrived at the apartment building. He let himself in. "Hey everyone." He then noticed Lucy and Asher. "Hey Twig, how much did you have to pay that guy to let you sit on his lap? Or maybe... are you paying him with some strenuous activity?" He looked very smug at that.

Morgan reached her apartment building, which oddly, was the same one as Eric's. She opened the door and waked up the stairs. She got out her key, put it in the lock, turned it, and opened it. She walked into her apartment, dropping her bag at the door. She sat on her couch and turned on the evening news.

We haven't had it so much recently, but there's a really good one downtown. I love Chinese food <3

Asher smiled, "Why, did you think there was nothing special about you at all? I think you're special, anyway."

He turned his head to look at Jesse when he came in, and snorted in his attempt not to laugh at what he'd said.
