When they both went to the kitchen, Asher couldn't help but laugh at least a little at that. He was still practically scarlet-faced, but he didn't seem too bothered about it. But then, to be fair Eric wasn't his brother, so Lucy was probably even more embarrassed about it than he was.

Eric got out two plates, and scooped some rice and chicken onto a plate for Alyss. "Here you go. If you don't like rice or vegetables, or something, let me know. I'm sure we have something else."

Lucy smiled awkwardly at Asher, then sat down on the sofa, looking uncomfortable. She didn't really say anything. She just stared at the floor, and twiddled her fingers.

I'm so excited! I get to see my baby cousin for the first time tomorrow! <3

Asher shifted backwards and leaned against his beanbag chair, smiling slightly back at her. Honestly, he wasn't really sure what else to feel besides total awkwardness right now.

Lucy looked at him again and smiled, blushing still. Eventually, she moved, and sat down next to him, resting her head in the crook of his neck and shoulder. "I'm sorry about that," she said quietly. Eric doesn't know the meaning of knocking."

Asher draped an arm over her shoulders and chuckled, kissing her hair. "That's alright. It's really not your fault it happened, it was just.. A strange coincidence." He smiled wryly.

Lucy smiled up at him, then rested her head once more, taking in his scent. "You smell good, too, by the way," she murmured, wrapping an arm around his waist. "But it stinks that we were interrupted.... I was enjoying myself, honestly."

Eric sat down on the counter, and patted the area next to him. "I don't want to be a disturbance to those tow," he said, speaking about Lucy and Asher. He started to eat, and sighed happily.

Even my cousin who's fourteen and her half sister loves her, and she really wasn't sure what to make of it all while her stepmum was pregnant.

"I usually smell of paint," he snickered, "so don't get used to it." He nodded, hugging her close to his side, "I was enjoying myself, too. Maybe next time it'll be at my place. Noone would interrupt any makeout sessions in there."

She sat down next to him, also starting to eat. She stayed quiet for some reason, but nothing seemed to be bothering her.

Lucy laughed quietly and moved to kiss him. "I'd like that... of course, if you wouldn't mind having me over. And maybe I like the smell of paint. You don't know." She smirked up at him.

Eric called, "Hey you two, no talking dirty while me and Alyss are here, okay? Save it for his place!" He was more relaxed about his sister's new beau on the outside. Inside... well, he was slightly annoyed with some guy all over his sister.

Lucy laughed slightly, then murmured, "When do you have a free day? I'll come over...." She messed with the collar of his shirt subconsciously. She pulled him down to kiss him again, not expecting Eric to come out of the kitchen for a while.

Eric rolled his eyes. "I swear, when people get "significant others," they act all weird. I mean, they go body crazy, you know? I'm guilty too, I'll admit. But my virtue is intact."

Asher, still smirking, murmured in reply, "I'm free any day of the week right now, you can come whenever you want." He ignored Eric this time, since Lucy seemed to be, and kissed her back.

She giggled again, "You're starting to sound exactly like my brother, word wise I mean." she chuckled, her lips curled into an amused grin.

Eric laughed. "I'm kinda worried. Is that a good thing, or a bad thing?" He kept eating, but eyed her playfully. This girl was smart, he thought.

Lucy murmured, "Good," against his lips, going back into hormonal teen makeout mode. She had never done this with her previous boyfriend. He had been much more reserved. In fact, they only actually kissed a couple of times. But she liked this way of approaching things much more.
