Cade stared, dumbstruck after her. He slumped over to the bed, but realized he felt too awake to go back to sleep. Instead, he made himself some coffee, and he sat down at the table with it. He took sips of the strong, dark liquid, and eventually, his mind was functioning 100%.

By then, Shaula was really depressed. All of these people could play music, but she couldn't. All she could do was write music notes and sing. She slumped on her bed, saddened by her lack of talent.

Auburn smiled. "So would anyone mind showing us to our rooms?" she asked and took a folded slip of paper with her and Sterling's room numbers out of her pocket. "My suit is eighteen and Sterling's is twenty," Auburn stated, hoping that their rooms wouldn't be too far away from her newly acquainted friends. She smiled and took out her cell phone, tapping out a quick text to Sterling. He arrived a few minutes later breathing heavily, his handsome face flushed with exercise from going up the entire flight of stairs carrying his guitar case as well as his and Auburn's bags. "You'd think they would have an elevator in a place like this," he said in between breaths, only half joking.

"I'll'd think that they'd be down this hallway, with the rest of the rooms?" Angel rolled her eye. She began to play a song she knew on keyboard with her fingers. She muttered under her breathe, "I hope these people won't be asking questions and think their so important, or anything."

Auburn's face showed no reaction to Angel's rude comment but inside a twinge of anger ran through her, momentarily releasing the sudden urge to tell the girl off. But Auburn simply looked to Sterling and shook her head with a dry smile.

"That chick needs to chill," Sterling stated, feeling the need to stick up for his sister. "Is she like that with everyone?" he asked Cade and leaned against the door frame for support. Auburn noticed her brother struggling with all of their bags and laughed. "I'll go look for the rooms," she whispered to Sterling and playful poked him in the arm. "Why don't you put some of those down? Or do you WANT to give yourself a hernia on our first day at the mansion?" Auburn softly laughed once more and looked to Cade. "What suit is this?" she asked and tucked a strand of her streaked black hair behind her ear.

Cade shrugged to Sterling's question, as he didn't know Angel too well since he hadn't spoken to her before. Blaze answered for Cade: "No, she isn't like that to everyone.. I dunno." Blaze turned back to Angel. Despite the hostility that now sort of filled the air, he still enjoyed the song Angel was playing. "You're good at keyboard," He commented.

"This is suit 16... If you're looking for 18, it's like, right over there." Cade pointed to a door that was two doors away from the suite that everybody currently stood in. He took another sip of his coffee, enjoying the bitter flavor.

Kaylin smiled when she saw Cade, Angel, Aubern, and Sterling. "HI!" she said sweetly. "I'm Kaylin. This is Taylor, my cousin." She looked like a five year old, dragging her suitcase behind her. She dropped it on the floor and massaged her arm. "Owie.." she said quietly.

Taylor nodded to the group of people. She continued to pull her bags down the hall, not really wanting to make conversation just yet. She wanted to get all of her stuff unpacked, and get a bite to eat before she became all social.

Lucas left his still damp hair as it was and headed out the door of his room. He heard some music and the sounds of people talking down the hall. He lookd down at his grumbling stomache. He hadn't really eaten too much today yet. He turned down the hall, shutting the door somewhat quietly behind him and heading down the hall toward the staircase, he was on a straight track to the kitchen to find himself something to eat.

Lucas headed down the hallway toward the rooms. He passed the first set of rooms with a couple of open doors and people. He headed down the hall, after a minute he noticed the door that he had seen earlier. He pushed it open again and walked into the library. He figured that today he could actually explore the large room a little more and see if there were any other doors or secret passages through here.

"I'm sorry if you listened to me thinking out-loud," said Angel, rolling her eyes, "It's just that, those rooms are right across the hallway, with every other rooms, you know, the first thing you see outside this room? That's how I found my way, I didn't need to ask anyone." Angel rolled her eyes a second time, "besides, why were you trying to listen to my thoughts? It was only a whisper to myself. Don't get to wrapped up in my business. I have a lot of problems."

"I'm aware," Sterling muttered under his breath and nodded his thanks to Cade. He turned on his heels and went with Auburn to her suit, setting her bags down on the floor beside her bed and sat down. "Thanks brother," Auburn said sweetly and planted a soft kiss on his cheek as she sat down next to him, her eyes scanning the georgous room that was now hers. "Guess I don't have a room mate," Auburn mused as she noticed the extra bed and nightstand with no visible evidence of use. She was slightly disappointed to be alone but Auburn figured it would only be a matter of time before she eventually got a roommate. She and Sterling then proceeded to unpack her bags, folding her clothes and putting them in the large dresser, setting her pictures in just the right places, and of course, finding just the right place for her beloved guitar. After doing the same to Sterling's suit, the siblings decided head back to Cade's room in order to get better aquainted with everyone.

Blaze stared over at his half-asleep twin Cade, and couldn't help but wonder why Cade seemed to get along with people so well back at home. Whatever.. We're not in Seattle anymore Blaze, wake up. Blaze sighed, and suddenly felt an urge to go play his guitar. He walked over to the spot near his bed, and carefully pulled the guitar out of it's case. He strummed one hand down it, and he began to feel a bit better. He sat down on Cade's bed, and began to play

The siblings' eyes lit up as they watched Blaze take out his guitar. "We should jam together sometime," Sterling suggested excitedly with a grin. Auburn nodded in agreement and immediately had the urge to play her own guitar. She leaned against the door frame and smiled at the brothers. "I hope you don't mind us being in here," she quickly added as the possibility that the siblings might not want so many people in their room occured to her.

Jack looked down the hallway quietly. He glanced back down toward the suites, he himself wasn't sure why he did it, almost as if he was checking to see if anyone was watching. He pushed the door open and entered the room, he pushed it half closed again quietly. He wandered his was through the tall bookshelves. This place was like a maze after a couple of minutes he managed to make his was to a back, or maybe it was a side wall. Along that wall there was a small door, it blended in with the wall and was almost unable to be seen. Out of pure curiousity Jack pulled the small handle out and pulled the door outward opening it. He peered inside the hole in the wall, it was dimly lit and he couldn't see much of what it lead to.

Lucas headed down past the rooms and when he got to the stairs instead of walking down them he slid down the railing to the bottom of the staircase. He headed into the kitchen to make himself something to eat. He shuffled around in the fridge, he decided that he had enough ingredients needed to make a nice stir fry. He took out some chicken and the rest of the vegetables that he would need. He also got out a set of bowls and cuttingboards. He sliced up the chicken into cubes and placed them in the an with some oil and a mixture of sauce for taste.

"It's cool for you guys to hang out here; we're just two bored brothers anyway." Cade tried his best to block out the sound of his brother's guitar; ever since he had come from New York to Seattle to live with his brother, he had been envious of his brother's musical talent. Cade was only good at athletics, and (somewhat) good at science.

Shaula pressed her face to the pillow, frustrated. She hated the fact that she was completely talent-free. Sure, she had charm. And popularity. But she would trade it all for a single ounce of talent. She sat up, and set the pillow in her lap. It was smeared with eyeshadow. Shaula groaned, exasperated. She went back to the vanity, and redid her smudged makeup.

"Awesome!" Sterling said and put an arm around his sister in a brotherly manner. Auburn looked up at him with a grin and gently bumped him with her hip. Oh how she loved her brother! Auburn couldn't imagine life without Sterling. He was her protector, her rolemodel, and most of all, her best friend

In a large skillet, Lucas cooked the ckicken until is became opaque and fully cooked through. He ransfered chicken to plate. He added into thw remaining oil, peppers, onions, broccoli, garlic and other the vegatbles. He then continued to cook the vegetables and then created a light sauce mixture with soy sauce ginger and other various spices and ingrnedients until his mixture was complete.

Blaze continued playing his guitar, and with each song, he slowly began to disappear from the rest of the world in his mind, and it was as if Sterling, Auburn, Cade and Angel weren't nearby at all. Blaze smiled a bit, and then shut his eyes. This is why he loved guitar so much; it made him feel at ease, and it was just about the only time he could think things out carefully.

"I'll be back in a second," Angel headed out the room, she stomped through the hallway. She jumped through her door and grabbed her keyboard, before returning to everyone else.

"So.. Anyone want to play. Anyone?" she started to repeat her questions.
