Mikey put an arm around her shoulders, and quietly told her, "Well, as long as you're happy, I'm happy." He then went silent for a while, looking very thoughtful. Finally, he murmured, "I wonder how Sadie will take me being a vampire."

Sadie followed behind, seeming to walk on air, holding Cosette firmly with her free arm. Sadie called down to the family, "Good morning everyone!" She turned so Cosette could see the family. "Cosette, say good morning."

Cosette made a squealing noise, grinning with total happiness.

 

[KERFUFFLE]

So You Think You Can Dance is on. I might come back before it finishes, anyway, though.

Can you post in the others while I'm gone?

Angie cuddled into his side a little bit and sighed contently. "I'm supposed to make you happy, too, though." At his second comment, she said, "I'm not really sure how she'd react at all, actually. Maybe a bit of friendly jealousy that you got there first..? Mostly surprise, though, of course. That's what everyone will think."

Various greetings came from the group sat in the living room, and they smiled as the little family entered, all suppressing an "Awww" as they saw and heard Cosette. Brandon said, "Good morning.

Mikey laughed and said, "Well, not to sound like a jerk, but I think it would be funny if she got jealous! I mean, every time she called during the past nine months, all I would hear about is the baby, Brandon, and changing. It'll be nice to be able to brag about something."

Sadie sat down, smiling, positioning Cosette so she could watch the rest of the family. Sadie put a pacifier in her mouth, which made her look even more adorable. Cosette stared at everyone with wide eyes, completely awake.

Sadie said, "I'm sorry if we kept you up all night. I think Cosette got her lungs from me."

 

[KERFUFFLE]

"I know the feeling," Angie rolled her eyes, chuckling. "I don't think it makes you sound like a jerk at all, I mean, you're her brother anyway. You guys just have a general good relationship, but jealousy is healthy in small doses," she laughed.

Blaise shrugged and said, "Nah, we were fine. We can sleep through most noises anyway, we can almost completely tune our senses out. Vampires don't need much sleep, even if we could have heard her," she reassured Sadie, smiling.

Mikey rested his head on hers, becoming thoughtful. "You don't think... I'll hurt Sadie, when I see her again... do you? And what about Cosette? She's still somewhat human, too." He sighed, temporarily unable to concentrate on the movie.

Cosette looked up at Sadie as if to ask, "Who me? What did I do?" But then she squeaked happily, and continued to chew on her pacifier, looking at the rest of the family, examining them.

Sadie smiled and said, "That's good. I don't want to bother you guys or anything."

 

[KERFUFFLE]

"I don't know, Mikey.. I mean, you've been calm by new vampire standards so far. As long as you've fed before you see them again, you should be okay. And the other vampires can stop you. I'll be there to stop you, okay? It'll take time before you're at full strength, so I'll be able to keep you back. But that's if the worst comes to the worst. Just don't think about it too much, don't worry, it'll only make things more.. Noticable to you, like smell and such," Angie told him softly, thoughtfully.

"Even if we could, we'd all forgive you guys as soon as we saw her again, anyway," Evander added with a smile.

Mikey nodded slightly and said, "That's good. I wouldn't be able to forgive myself if I hurt her or the baby, and that's a fact. She's been my best friend through everything.. and if I hurt Cosette, I know it would kill her. And Brandon would probably rip me apart."

Cosette reached out her arms-- towards Kyle, no less. She squeaked loudly, waving her little arms as best as she could, her pacifier falling out of her mouth slightly.

Sadie put it in fully, then placed Cosette in Kyle's arms.

Okay, well, have fun, if you're gone now

"Brandon wouldn't do that, he wouldn't take it out on you like that. He had it tougher than all of us when he first became a vampire, he knows what it's like more than anyone. And, he's too gentle to hurt you. Besides, you'd have to get past him before you could hurt either of them, anyway," Angie assured him. "But, like I said, I don't think you'll have a problem coping with it."

Kyle smiled, but looked uncomfortable as he took Cosette into his arms. However, it was not because he didn't want to hold her, but because he was afraid he didn't know how to do it right. Brandon directed him until he was holding her perfectly, and then Kyle seemed to relax. It was amazing how something so little could bring out the best in everybody.

Brandon smirked, "She's only pretending to be happy. She's actually waiting for the opportune moment to give you a slap for ordering the wrong kind of blood."

Kyle looked at them apologetically, "Really? Oh, God, I'm sorry. I'll get rid of it before she feeds again, there's animal blood in the smaller fridge in the corner," he said. He then smiled again and tickled Cosette's stomach, causing her to hiccup with laughter once more.

Mikey sighed and said, "I really hope you're right, Angie. I really hope so." He rested his cheek against the top of her head, concentrating on the movie once more. He pulled her closer with the arm he wrapped around her shoulders, smiling slightly.

Cosette continued laughing, her pacifier threatening to fall out of her mouth. But then she reached out and put it back in fully, chewing on it with her gums. She looked up at Kyle, reaching up to grasp a portion of his shirt with her tiny hand.

Sadie watched silently, smiling. Cosette, Sadie could tell, would be a very loving, very happy little girl. It was up to her and Brandon to nurture her and protect her from harm.

We went through the whole thing today with props and the band. I honestly cannot wait for it now. Tomorrow, we're in costumes, which will be even better It's a brilliadnt musical. I love it <3

How's yours going?

Angie simply nodded silently in return, cuddling closer to his side yet again as he wrapped his arms around her shoulders. She knew that he was unsure whether he could cope, but she believed in him with everything that she had that he would be just fine come the next time he saw Sadie and Cosette.

Brandon wrapped an arm around Sadie, smiling as he watched Kyle with their baby. Everyone, in fact, had their eyes on the pair, most of them, their faces showing surprise at how Kyle was acting with Cosette.

So far, so good. It's definitely a fun show!

Mikey closed his eyes, now shifting his focus away from the movie, and on how perfectly Angie seemed to fit into his arm, how he, the muscular laid back tough-ish guy was head over heels over this beautiful woman. He kissed her hair softly, amazed at how wonderful it smelled.

Sadie cuddled closer to Brandon, resting her head against his chest, still smiling.

Cosette looked around, eventually scrunching up her face and sneezing, clenching her little hands into fists and curling up slightly in Kyle's arms. But then she was fine, and cooed happily at everyone, suddenly staring at Evander and grinning.

I still haven't checked out the plotline for it -fail- xD

Angie hadn't really noticed the attention he was paying to her, assuming he was watching the movie as she was, and that his kissing her hair was just random, as people generally did. Of course, her mind was on him. She could never have imagined that, when she went out that morning to walk, she would have ended up here, in Mikey's arms.

Kyle rubbed the baby's stomach a little to comfort her. When he noticed how intently she was looking at Evander, he got up and handed her to him, though he seemed somewhat reluctant to give her up.

Cosette settled into Evander's arms, smiling up at him very widely.

"You have no idea how jealous I am right now," he chuckled. "I remember holding my first child shortly after she was born. And it just reminds me of what it's like to be so blessed to have something so beautiful."

lately, everything's been a bit crazier than normal. between college stuff and all that, I feel slightly out of it

Mikey suddenly murmured, "I'm not even watching the movie, you know. I mean, you're so breathtaking, I can't concentrate at all." He kept kissing her hair, completely caught up in her beauty, in how he just felt so attracted to her, so completely into her.

Cosette cooed up at Evander, reaching up to touch his face. She examined him curiously, then kept smiling at him, cuddling close.

Sadie said, "She loves all of you so much. I can feel it. I don't know what it is, but she's very attuned to each of you, and who you are. I think because she's a vampire baby, when I was still pregnant, she was already reaching out her thoughts to try and learn who her family is."

That's fair enough. Congrats about your acceptance, though, that's great news. And good luck with the scolarship, too

Angie was, imaginably, taken by surprise with his comment. She looked up at him, "I'm thinking a lot about you, too, actually," she said, trying not to look noticeably surprised as she was to find him so attracted to her.

"That may be it. She's just naturally incredibly intelligent, though, really. I mean, she seems far older than just one day old. She's very aware of everyone, and she's getting accustomed to what we should mean to her," Evander nodded. "I believe that she's even more special than you two realise right now. She's far more than just beautiful."

Mikey turned slightly, to gaze steadily into her eyes, then examine the rest of her face. He brought his hands up, cupping her face gently, her skin velvety soft against his fingertips. Slowly, he leaned forward, and pressed his lips against hers, kissing her gently, but still passionately.

Sadie said, "Well, she didn't get her intelligence from me, that's for sure. And think the beauty thing is half and half. Or maybe 3/4 him, and 1/4 me." She laughed, and Cosette laughed too upon hearing her mother's voice.

Yay, indeed

Angie got caught up in those eyes for the seconds that they were gazing at each other, and she almost forgot where she was. Then, she met him halfway, leaning in and slightly upwards to reach his lips. She kissed him slowly, and with equal passion, wrapping her arms around his neck subconsciously.

"The beauty is easily the other way around. Clearly she looks more like you than me, and, well, you're more beautiful anyway," Brandon insisted, chuckling. "And I think you're intelligent. Since when were you not?"

I'm back from All-State. I miss it, but I'm glad I don't have to get up early to sing. Early rehearsals are difficult.

Mikey pulled back slightly, smiling at her, but he didn't say a word. He simply stroked her cheek with his thumb, looking at her with complete happiness and adoration. "Angie... you're wonderful," he told her, kissing her again, briefly. "And I want to continue being this way with you, if you'll have me."

Sadie rolled her eyes and said, "Believe me, I may be clever, but intelligent? Not particularly." She went and picked up Cosette, who cooed loudly and happily at being in her mother's arms again. Sadie smiled down at the infant, who still chewed her pacifier with content.

Nice =D I know the exact same feeling. I'm all emotional since we just had our last show.

It was just the best feeling ever. After not having a musical last year, I just forgot how at home I feel on stage.

Angie smiled back at him. "If I'll have you, Mikey? More like, when can I start? I'm crazy about you, I want you to know that," she said to him. "I'd like nothing more than to belong to you."

"I consider them to be the same thing," Brandon replied with a chuckle. "Just agree with me this once, it saves time," he grinned at her and then leaned down to stroke Cosette's cheek.

ack, sorry xD I'm being fail lately.

Mikey grinned at her and said, "Then from this point on, we belong to one another, completely, body and soul and mind." He kissed her again, being less gentle with her this time, not worried about what she might say to him. Now that he knew her intentions, he felt more at ease.

Sadie rolled her eyes and sighed loudly. "Fine," she said in a slightly whiny voice. "But only this once. I like to argue, if you haven't figured it out already."
