Yeah, it always fascinates me, actually, how you guys have stuff like pep rallies and whatever else.. We don't have any of that xD

Had he been listening, he may have been surprised by her thought, but not disgusted or anything like that-- in fact it probably would have amused him. As he didn't, he allowed her to kiss his jaw, tilting it slightly and sighing contently. He sensed that she was somewhat thoughtful, but he wasn't going to ask about it.

Yeah, pep rallies.... fun... >>

sometimes they are, sometimes they stink.

Sadie gently moved her lips from his jaw to his neck, closing her eyes. She was still thinking, arguing with herself mentally. She smiled slightly when she heard him sigh. He didn't know it, but every sound he made, everything he said, was beautiful to her. She loved his voice, his accent, everything about it.

Brandon shivered involuntarily, and hugged her close to him, as if it had been an instinctive reaction to the cold. He was incredibly curious to know what she was thinking about-- it was like two parts of it were in conflict. He often wished he was able to stop himself from sensing emotion they way he could to stop himself reading thoughts, but it was so natural it would be almost impossible.

Sadie kept her lips against his neck, even as as she murmured, "I love you, Brandon." When she felt him shiver, it was almost a turn on. Almost, because she wouldn't allow herself to concentrate on those kinds of feelings. She didn't want to be the kind of person she despised: the girl who sleeps with a guy the first night they meet. Besides, he wouldn't go for it.. would he? Ugh, no! Of course not! Now stop thinking about it! She rested her head on his shoulder then, looking slightly frustrated.

"I love you, too," Brandon replied softly. He stared at her frustrated expression until he could no longer keep in his curiousity. "Um.. Is there something wrong..?" he asked, totally confused.

Sadie said, "Let's just say, my body and heart are telling me one thing, my mind is telling me another. And you would think that I'm a big pervert, if I told you exactly what my body and heart were saying right now. It's really embarrassing." She didn't blush, she never usually blushed anyways.

He laughed softly. "You're afraid that I won't want to sleep with you because I'll think it's to early for that and, frankly, I'd find the idea somewhat.. Creepy?" It sounded like a question, but he'd been around long enough to know that he could be right about this.

Sadie arched an eyebrow, clearly amazed and impressed. "Ohhh, you're good. Maybe a little too good, but then again, it's easier than having to come out and tell you." She chuckled, playing with his hair. "But yeah, you hit the nail right on the head." She was actually quite relieved that he had been able to ascertain it on his own.

"You learn after a couple hundred years," Brandon chuckled. He was quiet for a while-- a thoughtful silence. "Thing is, Sadie, I'm so in love with you that it feels like I've been with you for much longer than just today," he said, breaking the silence. "Can I ask you something? Have you always followed your mind or your heart? I would trust the one you believe, honestly."

Sadie smiled and said, "Well, I would have to say my heart. If I had followed my mind, I wouldn't have left home. I would probably be in college right now, studying to be a neurologist. That's what my parents told me to do. But while my mind said to go for it, my heart said to do something completely different. So, yeah, my heart usually wins."

Sadie said, "Brandon, I care more about your opinion of me than i care about what my heart is telling me to do." She toyed with the collar of his shirt, still smiling.

"Yeah, but if your heart is usually right, then maybe my opinion wouldn't disagree with it," he said. "I'm not freaked out, and I don't think it's creepy. Just surprised, that's all. And not in a bad way, either."

Back in a bit, dinner :3

Okie doke!

Sadie grinned at him, then pulled him down and kissed him passionately, roughly. She decided to leave it up to him, seeing as he seemed like the wiser of the two. She brought one hand to his hair, and she let her other hand slip down his back.

*sigh* I'm suddenly really missing Janna at the moment..

Brandon kissed her back with equal passion-- even hunger seemed present in his kiss, actually. "What.. about everyone.. else..?" He asked between kisses. He never thought he'd go for this, if he was being brutally honest-- like her, he didn't really respect people who slept with each other on their first night of meeting. But, then, this was arguably so very different. They were soulmates, after all.

I know! D=

I never get to talk to her.

Sadie mumbled, between kisses,"They'll... understand...." Besides: they had done worse. At least Sadie and Brandon actually knew what they were getting into. Sometimes, max used to get really high, then go stay the night at a random woman's house. Note-- they were both drugged out. Sometimes being part of the counterculture involved doing very illegal-- and gross-- things. Which is why Sadie hadn't traveled with Max, Jude, Lucy, and the others. She just didn't want to do drugs.

It's because her sister doesn't have her laptop anymore, so she keeps taking Janna's, and their home computer doesn't work. Honestly, if it was my sister-- if I had one xD-- I'd go and take it off her.

"Bedroom, please?" Brandon murmured against her lips. Of course, he didn't know where anything was in the house, so he had to ask her.

My older bro doesn't let anyone get on his laptop. Then again, he has to keep it in good condition, for college. So I can understand why.

Sadie backed up, still kissing him as frantically as ever, reaching a hand out behind her to fumble for the doorknob. She finally found it, and opened it hurriedly, pulling him into the room with ease. Her room looked like, if you opened the window, you would be able to see the ocean. Which was true, seeing as the apartment building was next to the beach. Everything was very artsy looking, and the color scheme was that of a beach house. Little could anyone tell, but everything Sadie had was from a bargain store.

I would understand if it was Kirsten's laptop, but it's Janna's. She said Kirsten had a Macbook, but it was from high school, so they had to take it back at the end of the year.

Brandon didn't really notice, because he was far too focussed on her, but if he did he'd like it. It was totally different to any of his homes, just like she was different to anyone he'd ever met. Suddenly, he stopped kissing her. "I.. Don't want you to get hurt, Sadie," he breathed. "You might if we do this." It was more like he was asking her permission, rather than refusing.

Yeah, it's not fair since it belongs to Janna.

Sadie gently said to him, "I'm fully prepared to suffer the consequences. I love you, Brandon. And I want to stay with you, forever." She was surprised at herself, hearing herself say those words. And she realized how much she meant it. She hoped that he would know it, too.
