Sadie said to him, "Well, sometimes my thoughts are a little bit crazy. So it's probably a good thing you can't hear them. You'd think I was a love-struck fool-- which I am, don't get me wrong-- but even more so than before. Besides, I like it when you have to figure me out. It's hot."

Brandon laughed, grinning-- not a normal, idiotic, looking grin, in fact it made him look very handsome. "Nobody's perfect, right?" he said, "And I'm glad you think it's hot, I thought I sounded a little stupid, or socially challenged, having to ask you all those questions." His expression softened, now, "A love-struck fool, huh? Well, that makes two of us, then." He leaned down to kiss her on the lips gently.

Gently cupping his face in her hands, she kissed him back passionately, but not roughly. She didn't really mind if the others saw. I mean, really, Lucy and Jude completely made out with each other in front of everyone all the time. Besides, she felt like this was a very special moment for the two of them. Although, seeing as she couldn't read minds, she wasn't exactly sure.

Brandon held her to his chest by the small of her back, still kissing her gently but, indeed, very passionately. He seemed to forget anyone else was there, the way he often did when he felt very close to her, and so obviously didn't worry about anyone else. Even if he hd been aware of them, it wouldn't have stopped him.

Sadie kept kissing him, moving one hand to the back of his head, tangling her fingers in his hair. The music, the dancing... it was all too perfect. She didn't notice, but the others had left the room, so the pair could have their privacy. She didn't want to pull away, not for a long time yet.

It was only as he sensed them leaving that Brandon remembered that everyone else had been in there-- it was as if they'd been part of the background and you didn't notice they were there until they were gone. Still, he kissed her, lifting her up effortlessly to stand on his feet.

Sadie started to French kiss him, hoping that he wouldn't mind. Her fingers became entangled in his hair even further, now that she was standing on his feet. She could feel her heart pounding furiously against her chest. He seemed to have the ability to make her more excited, more nervous, happier than anyone else could.

It was a strange-- and almost difficult to cope with-- experience when they started out, he began French kissing her back, being extremely careful and hesitant with her first until he felt he could trust himself. Because of his thick skin-- made for hunting, you could tell that--, it would have been harder for her to feel his own heartbeat, which seemed to be speeding up as well. That was one of the main reasons people didn't think vampires' hearts didn't beat-- because they couldn't feel it easily.

Sadie pulled away for a moment, catching her breath. But as soon as she did, she went right back into the kissing. She was obviously not being hesitant at all with him. Frankly, she figured she could trust him enough. And if he did hurt her, oh well. At least she would get hurt experiencing one of the best feelings ever.

Okiedokie =]

By the second kiss, there was little restraint from his side as well as hers, figuring he couldn't lose control when she was this precious to him, and he could also tell that she wasn't afraid to try. Of course, if he ever did lose control with her, he knew he would be able to stop before he did too much harm, and that would be a time where he'd be willing to let the change happen. He tried not to imagine either of those thoughts, though.

my mouth hurts. >>

and, there's no running water! A pipe broke in our neighborhood!

Sadie didn't even worry about those kinds of thoughts. Of course it was always there, looming above them like a weight ready to drop. But she figured that the time she had was a gift. That's why it was the present. And she wanted to live her life to the fullest, and to do what would make her happy. Or, well, her AND Brandon. Seeing as he had become extremely important, in the matter of only a few hours.

What happened? Did you get braces or something yesterday?

Wow.. That must be really bad, we've had some really hot weather lately..

Brandon continued to kiss her-- he was glad for the fact that he was able to kiss without breathing for quite some time-- and eventually pulled away, smiling gently down at her. To him-- and he hoped to her, too-- that had been an amazing moment, one he woul remember for a long time.

I got my braces adjusted. I've had braces for a while now.

It stinks! D^:

Sadie smiled coyly at him, tilting her head slightly to one side. "That was amazing." She told him, being completely honest. She toyed with the ends of his hair, appreciative of the time they were sharing.

Oh, I didn't know. Well, I wouldn't know what it's like from experience, but I've been tols by lots of others that it's painful D: Hope it hurts less today!

He stroked up amd down her back with his fingertips. "I would have to say, it was better than even that," he said and smiled at her as if in total adoration and admiration of her. He hadn't imagined a few hours ago that he'd be here, doing this. He remembered being told that when soulmates touched, sometimes it felt like holding on to a livewire, and he truly believed that he could feel the electric-like current flowing between them right now.

It hurts less, I'll give it that.

I'm going to a family reunion today! Yesterday I went to graduation to support my senior-- well, technically they're freshmen in college-- buddies.

Sadie definitely could feel it too, although she wasn't going to say it out loud. "I honestly don't think any word, any song, or poem could actually do love justice." She said quietly, the coy smile still on her face. It was completely obvious that she showed him the same love, the same adoration, that he showed her.

Good, well, sort of, anyway :3

Awesome. Lol, I think it's kind of funny how we don't particularly have a celebration event for when our year 13s leave high school..

"Yes, that's so true. And neither you nor I would have known that a while ago.. Why, I thought it might have been somewhat overrated until I met you," Brandon agreed, smiling crookedly but whole heartedly at her.

Really? We make a huge deal out of it over here!

Sadie nodded, then moved to kiss up and down his jawline. A multitude of thoughts rushed through her head, all at once. How she thought he was the most gorgeous person alive. Yeah, she wasn't going to tell him that. How much she wanted to just be with him forever. Well, she figured he knew that already. Maybe. How she wanted to see him without his clothes on. Wait... what!? No! Don't even think about that! Creep!, she told herself.
