Damien sighed. I'm just worried. I wouldn't forgive myself if anything happened to you.

Jessica was silent for a few moments.I think I see what you mean about the war now. How the. heck could anyone survive this? I was just lucky.

Damien nodded, although he knew Jessica wouldn't be aware. So the choice is yours, do you wanna stay with me or stay home?

It took Jessica a few minutes to respond. So tell me, how do you propose to get a bleeding girl out of her packed house before the ambulance gets here?

Do you have any dark energy in you still? he asked, thinking of a plan if she didn't.

Don't think so. Jessica said, and she couldn't help but grin. I made sure it was all gone before I started thinking of escape attempts. Why?

Because if you did I could just teleport you out of there. But since you don't... just try and get somewhere in your house without anyone else, maybe the bathroom or something. I'll teleport to you and then bring us both back. Damien explained.

Easy, I guess... Jessica sighed, staying put for a few moments, before taking a deep breath and getting up. Somehow, she managed to drag herself up out of the room and up the stairs, shutting herself in the bathroom. A pause. Done.

Jessica jumped, groaning when it aggrevated her many wounds. "About time." She sighed, glancing at the door as if she was about to change her mind, before turning to face Damien properly. "Okay. Let's do this."

Damien nodded, He leaned in and kissed her, sending dark energy through her body. "That energy should make you feel a little better, and it'll help me do this." he explained to Jessica, teleporting them back to his house.

Thanks to the dark energy, Jessica relaxed against Damien, sighing in relief as some of the pain faded. "Great. But that doesn't change the fact I'm still probably bleeding to death thanks to that stupid... werewolf..."

Damien didn't respond. He was so tempted to bite Jessica and have another drink of her sweet blood. "Listen, there are three things we can do. We can hope you survive and the bleeding stops, I could try pushing more dark energy into to stop the bleeding, or..." he paused and sighed. "I could turn you into a vampire to stop the bleeding. It's the most dangerous, but I'm sure it would save you."

Jessica sighed. "I don't know, Damien... it's not like I want to be a vampire. Especially if it's the most dangerous." A potentially stupid decision, but one Jess would stubbornly stick to. "I don't know... dark energy? As much as I love that stuff."

Damien nodded. "Jessica, if the dark energy doesn't work..." he decided to leave it at that, before leaning in and kissing Jessica again, sending more dark energy into her. He held the kiss longer than the others, trying to send as much energy as possible into Jessica without hurting her.

Jessica couldn't help but become caught up in the moment, moving her arms to wrap around the vampire's waist until she pulled away. "Well, I'm feeling a lot better."

"I seem to be saying this a lot recently, but thanks." Jessica said. She paused, before doing something she'd nevwr imagined herself doing: offering her bare neck to Damien.

"Huh, what are you doing?" Damien asked. His stomach grumbled, but he tried to resist.

"Giving you something back." Jessica said simply, before putting her hand behind Damien's head and gentling guiding it down. "Now shut up and accept it."
