"I'd prefer not being called 'Sheep'. MELS!" Near giggled. "Also why not Sakura? Do you have someone already?"

"I prefer to not be called Mels, f*****g sheep." Mello retorted with a smile.

Sakura cracked a small smile, glancing at L very quickly and then back to Near. "Yes... Yes, I do."

"Do you really, Mels?" Matt asked, smirking. "I'll have to call you that more now, then."

L stared at Sakura, chewing his thumb. "We need to brief Near tonight, then." He looked down at Light. "You should go."

Mello elbowed Matt. "f*** you, ******."

Sakura looked over at Mello and grinned. "I think we know what we'll be calling Mello from now on."

Light groaned. "I don't want to go."

Matt looked up at Sakura, grinning. "I'm sure Mels won't mind too much."

"Why not?" L asked, tilting his head. "I'm sure Misa won't find out if you go. She's ll the way in America."

Mello shoved Matt. "Shut up."

Sakura let out a laugh. "Of course he won't mind. Hey Mels, I hope you have fun at that club tonight."

Light crossed his arms. "I don't enjoy going to clubs."

Matt sat back up, pushing Mello in return. "What's up, Mels?"

"Light, you should go," L said, turning back to his screen. "You might get drunk."

Mello slammed his foot down on top of Matt's. "Oh, nothing at all."

Sakura smirked, "Aw, Mels... No need to be mean."

Light brought his palm to his face. "Fiiiinnee.... I'll go..."

Matt winced, pulling his foot away. "Yeah, don't be mean, Mels," he said, prodding Mello's arm.

"Good," L said, not looking back at Light. He shook his chained hand, straightening out the cuff.

Mello growled, punching Matt's arm.

Sakura turned to her computer with a grin, knowing she'd helped in successfully pissing Mello off.

Light had a scowl on his face. "So when are we going? I want to get this hell over with."

"No need to get violent, Mels," Matt said, sliding down the sofa away from Mello.

"I don't know," L said, pulling his keyboard towards him. "That's up to the others."

Mello frowned, crossing his arms.

Light rolled his eyes. "I'm going to go get ready, then."

Matt pulled out his DS, still smirking.

L didn't answer Light, typing something on his keyboard. He glanced at Sakura. "Do I win yet?"

Light stood, exiting the main room.

Sakura looked over at L. "Nope, you don't."

Mello had resorted to taking his anger out on his chocolate bar, taking huge and angry bites.

Sakura shrugged. "If that's the way you want this fight to end, sure."

Sakura frowned. "No, I haven't been taking lessons from Light. I don't exactly want the fight to end that way either."

Sakura tilted her head. "I don't know. How do you want it to end?"
