Jake nervously avoided Tiki's gaze. He knew it was the big tree's fault, but still...

"The language of flowers actually, flowers normally had a meaning to them, like Lilys of the Valley mean Trustworthy. Apparently people would use these as messages." Leila spoke softly then realized what she was doing. "I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to start rambling like that." She apologized as she stood up.

While Lou thought most idle conversation was just a bother, he was actually genuinely interested in what Leila had been talking about. "No, no, it's alright. This is actually very interesting for me."

Loki looked sternly at Tiki.

"I control water," she mumbled.

"I already put out another fire earlier, so I'm going to do the same to this one."

Jake quickly looked up.

"Are you willing then?" He asked

Leila gave him a strange look, wondering if Lou was tell her the truth or not. "You actully think so?" She asked.

Lou nodded. "Yeah, honestly. I lo-" he caught himself, as he was about to say 'I love flowers' "Flowers are interesting, I mean."

Leila stared at him, she thought he was about to say something else but obviously he didn't want too so she let it go. "They are, beautiful too."

Lou nodded. "Yeah. I love their smell, too. And, as a part-hummingbird, I like their tastes, too. There are some excellent tasting nectars.

"What do they taste like? Are the sweet?" Leila asked curiously, she hadn't had a convosation like this for awhile.

"I'm willing," Loki chuckled faintly. "Just wait one minute," she asked.

She swooped down and landed on the ground with a smooth thump. She swapped formes into her human form. She, again, lifted a hand up and summoned a head-sized ball of water. She threw it onto the fire, extinguishing it. She swapped into her raven form again, and took flight back to where Jake and Tiki were.

"Done and done," she grinned, a smile on her face.

Lou shrugged. "Some of them. Some are very bitter." his face scrunched a bit upon remembering the taste. "But some of them are absolutely wonderful... A taste unlike any other."

"That sounds really nice, I wish I could taste them for myself." Leila said then looked at the sky. "I think I should probably rest for the night."

Lou said, "I don't know, maybe we could harvest the nectar somehow? And... Yeah, okay, I guess it's late. Maybe it is time for bed."

"Cool. I can freeze water and can't be frozen."

"Do you think you could show me where the empty huts are?" Leila asked, as she didn't know which had villagers in them and which didn't so she hoped Lou did.
