Alone in Darkness

January silently slipped out of the bed. She decided she would wash up a bit while Eon was still asleep, so she grabbed some clothes and went into the bathroom to take a shower.

Eon woke up to the sound of running water. Guessing it was January, he slipped out of bed and rubbed his eyes.

January finished up her shower and put some clean clothes on. When she was done, she walked back into her bedroom." Good morning." she said with a slight smile.

 

[YellowJedi]

"Good morning." Eon told January, smiling.

 

[nokotchi]

January flopped down onto her bed."What do you want to do today?" she asked.

 

[YellowJedi]

"Well, I kind of want to go home and take a shower, so want to meet up later?" Eon asked.

 

[nokotchi]

"Sure." January said with a smile."Where do you want to meet?"

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon thought for a second. "I guess my house. Come by in about an hour."

 

[nokotchi]

"Alright." January stood and gave Eon a quick hug. "See you later.."

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon smiled, and went outside, walking home. When he got there, he went right to the shower and started it up, getting undressed and going in.

When Eon left, January turned on some music and slid her journal out from under her pillow and started writing.

After a while, Eon got out of the shower and dried off. Getting dressed, he smiled at the thought of January. Eon ran downstairs, poring some cereal for him to eat before she came.

January finished up with her writing and slid her journal back under her pillow. She looked over at her clock and saw it had been about 45 minutes. She figured it would take her 15 minutes to walk over to Eon's house, so she left her house and started her walk. She noticed that she hadn't been very hungry at all these past few days. When she reached Eon's house, she knocked lightly on the door.

Eon put the empty bowl in the sink, and walked over to the door, opening it.

January smiled when Eon opened the door."Hi," she said quietly.

 

[YellowJedi]

Eon smiled. "Oh, hey. Come in." he said, stepping away from the doorway.

 

[nokotchi]

January's smile grew and she walked in. "What do you want to do now?" she asked him.

 

[YellowJedi]

"Hm, I'm not sure. Never really been good with ideas." Eon laughed a little.

 

[nokotchi]

"Ha, I'm fresh out of ideas of what to do.." January said with a small sigh.

Eon thought for a second. "We could go rollerskating..."
