Shadow prepared the tea. He hated to see her sick like this, and he knew she hated it, too. Not only was it a horrible, painful feeling to be sick, but Shadow knew that Annie hated appearing vulnerable or weak. Less so around him, but still. He waited for the tea to finish.

Selena stopped eating for a second to consider what he said, before chewing slower. She didn't like the idea of choking.

Shadow took the tea off and poured some for Annie. He set it and a bucket down by her and sat down next to her. He started to rub her back. "Well, you need rest, then. No exertion for you today."

Eli asked, "But wouldn't you get bored?"

random! I drew this a couple years ago, and it made me think of Annie. I'm pretty sure that's what she'd look like. with longer hair.

Annie nodded weakly, then curled up even more before getting sick again. She dumped the bucket in the toilet, then tried to drink some tea.

Selena nodded, her mouth full of food, making her look like a chipmunk. "Mm hm!"

Oliver gave Chase a huge hug, then spun him around the room. "Chase, you're the very very very bestest!"
