Are you savin up money? :)

Haha yeah, but looking it up in the back of my textbook every time is just downright awful.

BTW Totally know how to say those things that Elaina wants to know! :)

"Okay, I'd like to know how to ask someone what time is is first and then how to tell them that I'm American." Elaina replied.

Audrina marveled at Caden while he brightened talking about his charity work; which just made him, oh, ten times more appealing. Then she stiffined a bit at his question. She always disliked saying her profession because there were so many awful judgements that could follow her answer. For example: 'How are you a model? You're not even pretty!' and 'Oh, so you must be a stuck up b*tch, that's cool.'. She ran a hand through her chocolate waves nervously before replying, "I'm a model; I work with Elite, Angels Model Management, Crystal, and Ford all here in Paris."

Uhm, it'll take me soo long to save up for one xD They're about £2400, but the most beautiful guitar ever.

And I may be about to blow my savings on a set of Studio Beats by Dr. Dre headphones..

Get a French dictionary?

Haha, that's cool =D

"Okay, so, to ask for the time you'd say 'Quelle heure est-il?'," Christien told her, getting her to repeat it a few times. "Okay, great. And to say you're American is easy. 'Je suis Américaine', and that's all there is to it."

Caden's eyes widened a bit in surprise for a moment. It wasn't that she didn't think she was model material-- definitely, that wasn't the case--, but it wasn't something you'd hear from somebody too often. He said, "Oh, wow. I suppose I should have guessed, actually. I think you'd be pretty crazy to do anything else." He had nothing against models, it just amazed him how much people made just from being pretty. "Well, you're the first model I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, anyway. What's it like, anyway? I mean, there must be a lot of pressure on you from all sides."

Oh really? Well I hope you totally get it!

Why!?!

I'd still have to look up the words though. Haha and I'm too lazy for such things.

"Could I say 'Il est quelle heure' instead? It just sounds better to me, but who am I to mess with a language?" Elaina laughed then looked up when the waitress arrived back. She placed down both drinks in front of them. "Merci!" Elaina chirped, excitedly remembering the word for 'thank you'.

Audrina didn't really know what to make of his reaction so she simply smiled and said, "Well, you probably won't believe it, but it's really pretty hard being a model. Especially the photo-taking part. They put you in crazy conditions and expect you to look un-naturally gorgeous." She laughed a bit at the rediculousness of it all then continued, "but it's actually fun aside from the pressure. I don't get a lot of time off though, so moments like these are definately sacred."

One day, I will. But right now I actually don't want one because then I'll have nothing to work towards in the next few years. Instead I'm looking at the same make, but the cheaper version of the guitar, which I'm really impressed with.

Because they'r the most amazing sounding things I've ever heard in my entire life, and they look really cool, and there's an amazing deal on them right now.. <3

But you still have to look it up if you use a translator..?

"Yes, you can say that, as well. There is more than one way of asking a question in French, in terms of word order. You just have to make sure it sounds like a question when you ask it," Christien told her with a smile. He was impressed, she was thinking about the language in depth now. She'd be speaking it in no time. He thanked the waitress when the drinks arrived and took a sip. "Anything else you're interested in knowing how to say It doesn't have to be a practical phrase."

Caden nodded as she spoke. "I'm not sure if I could do it. Maybe it's because I'm a little camera shy, but I think I'd also hate to be told how I have to look, how thin I have to be, and such," he said. "So, I know a lot of people on't have respect for models, but I think you guys are great at what you do. I guess you must be able to hook guys left right and centre." It was just a curious statement.

I want to see a picture of it when you get one!

Oh! Haha I got you, I got you. Lol

No? Lol, you just type in the french and it transforms it into english silly.

"Yes! Ah, I was so right." Elaina grinned triumphantly then thought for a moment while sipping her drink slowly. "Hmm, can you translate a few words for me? Like: dance, hotel, car, movie, and song? Don't ask me why those words specifically, they just popped into my head."

"You're camera shy? Why? I mean, not to be...well blunt...but you're absolutely...um, very handsome." Audrina mentally rolled her eyes at her utter stupidy and just chose to comment on his latter statement. "Not really. I suppose I, hmm, what's the word...I believe someone said 'intimidate' guys, so my love life is surely lacking. How about you?"

I'll show you the pictures of the one I want and the one I'll probably get. And when I get it, I'll do an awesome picture of me with it.

Though, I wouldn't mind one in red, either. Or purple. It's beautiful. It's also the kind of guitar that fell out of Caden's case, btw.

59452.jpg

And this is the significantly cheaper one, thought it's still a great guitar.

Ahh, well, I just did some scrounging around. The site isn't legit. No Dr. Dres for me. D:

Well, with a dictionary you just find the word. It's not that much slower xD

Christien sipped at his coffee and told her, "Okay. So the noun dance is 'danse' and the verb for 'to dance' is 'danser'. A hotel is 'un hôtel'. Car is 'un voiture'. A movie is 'un film'. And a song is 'un chanson'. And the words you asked say a lot about you, actually. Mainly what kind of things you like. And it goes to show that you like some really great things."

"You think I'm handsome? I'm very flattered, but I don't think that of myself, you see. And, I don't know I just never really know what looks natural to a person behind the camera," Caden said thoughtfully. Inside, he was happy, and surprised that somebody as pretty as Audrina thought he was attractive. He raised his eyebrows a bit at her last comment. "Intimidating? Well, you seem nice enough to me. I'm pretty sure any of my friends would date you. And, well, as for me, no. I've been single for a while. Partly out of choice, because I've been travelling and busy and it wouldn't be fair. But I also haven't found anybody since."

Omigod, the blue one is absolutely gorgeous. I'm in love. Haha I mean the red one is really pretty too but there's something about the blue one that's just amazing.

Oh no! That sucks ): Ebay?

Lol that'd take forever looking up every single specific word in a sentence!

Elaina laughed, pulling the coffee away from her lips so she wouldn't spill it. "Well, hotels aren't really anything I enjoy but the rest certainly are some favorites. "French is so gorgeous; it makes absolutely every word sound brilliant." She tossed her golden curls over one side of her shoulder and smiled at Christien; realizing a bit that she couldn't stand to look away from Christien's increadibly handsome features.

"You really don't think that you're handosme? Well, I certainly think you are." Audrina smiled warmly at him then continued, "I don't really understand it exactly. Some guys just aren't comfortable with talking to a model, so they never really do find out that I am as nice as you say." She took another long sip of her coffee, dabbing a drop that strayed to the corner of her lips afterwards. Something inside of her was slightly satisfied that he hadn't any girlfriend or wife yet, of course, traveling always is a relationship killer. "How often do you travel?"

No, I agree, the blue guitar is in at totally different league. I mean, you can see in the way it shines in the picture that it's curved at the top and the wood is beautiful. You probably won't believe me but the picture doesn't even do it justice; it's so much prettier in real life. Oh, and it is the best sounding guitar ever, it's official. So you see why I'd pick one over, say, this Fender:

fender%20strat-243741705115742640.jpg

Which costs a heck of a lot more, believe it or not. I mean, that looks like any other guitar, and it might sound pretty good, but the blue Paul Reed Smith looks and sounds really special.

And, yeah, the red one is great. I mean, that one's £600 as opposed to £2700. But, hey, it looks enough like one for me and sounds better than anything at that price range. It also has the pretty birds on the neck, which none of the others do <3

The only cheap pair is white. And the white ones look a bit.. Meh. But I'll keep an eye out.

Alright, whatever you say xD

"Well, you know, they were, for the most part, which is why I say mainly," Christien chuckled and had some more of his coffee. He then smiled and said, "It's pretty funny, actually. I guess like anybody about their own accent, to us it's just how we sound, there's nothing exceptionally beautiful about it. But I do like that you love the sound of my voice because I'm French," he laughed a little. He then just smiled back at her when she smiled at him. He wondered if she ever noticed how it was that he looked at her. In his eyes, there was a look that was for nobody else, one of total adoration for her.

Caden smiled then and said, "Well, thank you, I suppose, is all I can say." He believed her. The fact that a model had actually told him that he was handsome pleased him rather a lot, actually; since she was around other models all the time, she must know what made a guy particularly handsome. He was flattered, but he wasn't the kind that took it as a huge compliment and therefore his ego inflated way too much. He then nodded in understanding, "I can imagine that, actually. And not only that, but how do you know if a guy is really genuine? I mean, being beautiful is not always a good thing because you don't know what a guy really is attracted to you for, but if you also tell them you're a model.. Well, that's something they'd like to brag about, I'm pretty sure. But it's okay, I'm not a guy like that." He sipped at his coffee and then looked thoughtful for a moment. "I travel pretty regularly. Recently I've been travelling here every few weeks. I come for a week or two, go home, and come back again in about three. It varies. I mean, when I get some other commitments I won't be able to come and do work here every time I get asked to come and help, but for now it's fairly often."

Meh, white guitars never do it for me. Like, I don't know, but color definately spices it up a bit. Especially if it shines like that blue one does. And the others aren't awful! Not at all. Just the blue one is in a whole other league for sure.

Wow, I definately don't remember what is going on. xD

"Oh, I more than just like your accent, Christien." Elaina told him suggestively, raising an eyebrow then giggling. "Quite honestly, absolutely nothing has had the same effect on me than your specific accent. And don't laugh! It's not my fault it's so increadibly attractive." She finished her coffee off and placed the empty cup next to the plate on her side of the table, still focused on Christien, though.

Audrina watched him as he talked, only glancing away to slowly sip the drink he'd bought her. Like always, the heel of her leather boots tapping rhythmically against the cherry-wood flooring. She addressed what he'd said first, about men dating models; "Yeah, that's why it's always hard dating in my profession. If I didn't love it so much, I wouldn't do it." Then, to the second, "Where do you like it most?" Audrina'd been out of of the country multiple times on jobs, but it was always Paris she enjoyed coming back to - it was where her heart was.

I agree. It's the same with white cars and such.

Oh, by the way, I found the red one that I liked. In the flesh, I tell you what, it is beautiful <3 Of course, not quite like the blue one, but it's a stunning guitar, I wish I could show you it in person.

Haha, don't worry, we'll blag it a bit.

"No, it's not your fault. I've just never known anybody to be so attracted simply to the sound of my voice before," Christien told her as he finished up his cup of coffee. "I happen to think your voice is beautiful. Everything about you is beautiful." He paused for a moment, before he said, "So I suppose if we're going to get dinner with my parents later, we could always head back, relax a bit, get changed and then go, if you like."

Caden nodded understandingly. Honestly, it wasn't exactly much different from being a musician. Girls thought that was attractive, and they also found guys who did charity work attractive, so he knew how difficult it was, but how it was only a small catch when you're doing something you love. As for her question, he looked thoughtful about what his answer would be before he told her, "Well, you know, London is home, always had been. But, honestly, if I could stay in Paris for longer than I get to, I'd love that. It's like a second home here."

RIGHT?! White cars are hideous. My car will be black or red; the end.

And really? Aww! Send a picture. ASAP.

Haha "blag". That's an odd verb.

"Awh, stop you're making me blush." Elaina smiled and tossed her hair over to the other side of her shoulder, tucking annoying stray pieces behind her ear. "And alright, relaxing sounds nice. I'll be right back, I'm going to find the bathroom. Uh, how do I ask where it is?" She stood up, smoothing her sun-dress down and fixing it over her hips.

"I've never actually been able to see London." Audrina commented with a sad inflection, running a hand through her dark chessnut hair. All of the modeling gigs requireed constant attention, therefore she and her fellow models were certainly not allowed to take pleasure trips. Once, she tried to take a nice break at a local cafe and she'd accidently missed a call and been fired. She, one day, wanted to re-visit everywhere she already had simply to enjoy the culture and landscape. "Paris is quite nice; I like it here a lot. Have you been to the Eiffel Tower?"

Red cars are awesome. They always look so shiny <3

Well, I'm not sure if you'll be able to see my Tumblr, but I'll send you the link, and there's a picture of it on there. Even then it doesn't do it justice, though. www.tumblr.com/tarrynwilliams

It's probably not a real word, but, hey xD

"That's my job, my love. I'm supposed to say romantic things that embarrass you," Christien replied with a chuckle. He reached into his pocket for his wallet to tell her that in French she needed to say, "Ou est la toilette, s'il vous plait?" and then paid the bill and tipped the waitress while he waited for her.

"Oh, really? That's a shame. It's beautiful there," Caden said, sipping his coffee. "Hopefully one day you will, maybe when you get to take a break from work. I mean, it's the same now, I've barely been able to see Paris while I've been here this trip. At least I studied here so I had plenty of time, but there's just never enough hours in the day to see everything, is there?" He sighed gently; no rest for the wicked, as they say. He then smiled a bit at her mention of the Eiffel Tower. "Once, a few years ago now while I was still studying here. It's amazing there, from what I remember of it."

Right? They're fantastic. Yellow cars and white cars are just...blah, really.

I shall look right after I write this!

Yeah, I'm thinkin' it's not, but that's okay. I still like it.

"Well you do your job very well." Elaina commented with a smirk before she left the table in the direction of a near waitress, replaying what Christien had told her to say in her mind a few times until she got close enough to ask. "Uh, bonjour, ou est...la toilette, s'il vous plait?" The waitress looked quizzical initially, most likely due to her long pause, then proceeded to say, "Vient de me suivre, s'il vous plaît." Oblivious to what she'd said, Elaina simply assumed that she was supposed to go where the retreating waitress was headed, and so she followed closely behind - as to not get lost.

"Oh, really? Well, yes, I really hope I will be able to travel there soon. I think we get a break next week for the company's anniversary, after the final shoot, but I'm not sure. If so, I'll get a ticket right away." Audrina laughed softly and finished her drink, twisting the empty cup in both hands. "Any advice on where to start when I go? Places to avoid?" She inched her fingers over to her iPhone, tapping the screen and quickly checking the time. Shoot. She was due to arrive at a shoot in forty-five minutes, yet she definately didn't want to leave the conversation nor Caden, as handsome as he was.

I know! I don't get why everybody loves expensive yellow cars. I mean, like, all the Lambourghinis are so often in yellow but why would you when you can have a black one?

Did you manage to check it out?

I like it. It's an odd word.

"Well, you know, I try," Christien replied with a chuckle, sitting back in his chair while she went to find the bathroom. He watched as she talked to the waitress and smiled to himself. He liked that she really tried to get involved. He'd met a lot of English speaking students who were studying French before in Paris who never made the effort, and there was nothing worse than that; he'd rather them try and get it wrong than be totally ignorant, he never spoke French to an English person while he was in San Francisco. He drummed his fingers on the table while he waited for Elaina to come back.

"Well, I would assume with you being a model you'd at least like to know the best places to shop, for a start. Even if you're just looking, as they are expensive, you have to see Liberty and Harrods. Otherwise, there are plenty of nice places to go all over London; Carnaby Street, perhaps. As for interesting places.. Well, you could see a musical, there's the London Eye, the parks. London is very much a city you should explore, because there's always something to see around the corner. Places to avoid. East London, Cockney, because it's just not very nice there. But otherwise, you should really just take a look around." He pursed his lips for a moment and said, "I should be in London next week, since I've just finished this trip. But, well, even so, you could.. Call me or text me, maybe, and I'll tell you some places, help you with directions, maybe arrange to see you sometime.. If you like, of course."

I agree. Sports cars, especially, should be black or red; because it just makes them 20x more awesome.

I couldn't see it D:

So is melancholy (how I think you spell it)

Elaina returned a few short minutes later, once again smoothing down the sun-dress over her body and fixing her hair to one side. "Hey baby," She said, remaining standing since they were leaving. She kissed the top of his head, then after, popped one last french-fry into her mouth, "mhm"ing the whole time she chewed it. "Remind me that before I leave, we need to come here again to get more of those God-fries."

Audrina listened carefully to the places he was listing, noting them down in her mental planner for when she traveled. It was always good to know where to go and where not to, as to not waste precious time. She blinked slowly when he'd offered to connect again when she took her trip. "Oh, yes, that'd be lovely." She commented, thuroughly pleased with the result of their little coffee date...thing. "Uh, here," she slid her iPhone over to his side of the table after unlocking it; in order for him to put in his contact. She smiled and shifted her weight in her seat, inspecting him a bit once more.

Agreed. My Dad's car is the brightest, most horrible shade of blue you can imagine Dx

Ah, that's a shame. I'll have to figure something else out. Facebook, perhaps.

Yeah. To me it kinda sounds more like an adverb because of the 'ly'.

"Hey, my love," Christien smiled as she came back, standing after she'd kissed the top of his head and giving her a quick kiss on the lips. He smiled and said, "I promise we'll get some more," and then added, "You taste like French Fries, I like that," grinning at her for a moment before taking her hand to lead her back in the direction of the hotel. It was a decent walk away, so they just got plenty of time to talk as they went, and it killed some time until dinner. When they arrived back at their hotel room he just smiled to himself at how wonderful the day had been so far.

Caden got out his own iPhone and took her number down into his contacts, then slid her phone back over to her. "Thank you," he said with a smile as he locked it and slid it back into his pocket. He was telling himself he was just being friendly, because she might need someone to show her around a bit and explain the Underground system, and just so she had someone to hang out with. But in reality he just really wanted to see her again at some point, since he had the opportunity, because he was going home tomorrow since he was already supposed to be on his way.

Oh no! Paint it!

Ah, yes, because I really must see it.

Hmm, it probably is, but it's just an odd word to say. "Melon, call, ee"

Elaina rolled her eyes playfully at his comment at the lasting french-fry taste in her mouth. Although they really hadn't had physical contact for only a few hours, she felt really quite deprived. So once they arrived at the hotel and meandered their way up to their room, she basically pounced on him, using the element of surprise to her advantage. She pushed him slightly against the wall and pressed her lips against his, intertwining her fingers in his hair only after ensuring the camera was safe on the end-table.

"Well," Audrina began, trying to keep her smiling to a medium, "today was nice, thank you for buying me a drink. I really have to get going to my shoot. She placed her iPhone back into her bag and slung it over her shoulder, smoothing out her skirt as she stood and tossing the empty cup into a nearby trash can. "Thanks so much for the information about London." She didn't want to seem to eager - just in case he really was only being friendly and didn't have alterior motives - so instead of making definate plans with him when she visited, she kept it open ended. "You'll be the first I call if I get lost in London." She laughed a bit then paused, not knowing exactly what to do before she left. Shake hands? No, too formal. Hug? Did she know him well enough though?

I wish he would, it's awful!

Alright, I'll get some on later.

I think it's an adjective, but I'm not entirely sure. And yeah, it does sound kinda funny.

Oh, be back in a bit, ice cream time :)

Christien certainly was taken by surprise with her sudden pouncing on him, but when he recovered from the shock of being pushed against the wall he smiled a little bit-- he, admittedly, liked it when she was a little rougher with him-- and kissed her back, wrapping his arms around her tightly in order to keep her close. It had been far too long already, he felt, since the last time they were like this, so he was glad that she felt the same thing.

"Yeah, it was nice. Thank you, and you're welcome," Caden said with a charming smile, standing up and throwing his coffee cup away, ready to gather his stuff up once they had parted ways. "I'll speak to you soon, then," he said, and they stood there for a moment, apparently both unsure of what to do. But, hey, they were in France, so he figured to do as the French do to see each other off, he leaned in and kissed both of her cheeks quickly and told her, "It was nice to meet you."

Convince him to! Lol, brain wash.

Okedoke.

Haha, right? But I like it as well.

Okedoke!

She retracted her lips a bit so she could speak, yet they were still within centimeters of his. "Mhm, this is nice." She commented, still playing around with his hair and pressing her body against his. She approached him more slowly this time, and softer, not exactly teasing, but just favoring the moment, really. Her tongue slid across his bottom lip and she varied the pressure.

Audrina was not expecting to receive some French culture - even though she was French - and appreciated the gesture. "And you as well." She smiled one more time at him, taking in his gorgeousness and then turning the other direction and walking away. "Au revoir!" She said one last time over her shoulder with a little wave, then forced herself not to look again; simply telling herself that she would see him again soon. She glanced down at her phone and cursed under her breath. She was so late. But it had definately been worth it.

Don't ask about the colors. Lol, I like them. :D

To be honest, though, it would be really difficult to make this car look nice in any colour. He bought it to save on petrol, it's a really old Ford Fiesta xD

Dam.n that ice cream was good =D

Elaina had kissed him before he had the chance to reply, but had he been able to, he would have agreed. He let out a quiet groan as she kissed him again, as it was a lot more tender than before, and he still felt like she was at least teasing him a little bit. One of his hands moved a little bit from her waist and found her thigh underneath the skirt of her sundress.

"Au revoir," Caden replied, waving to her as she left, still watching her walk away for a while before starting to gather up all of his suitcases and bags to head back to the hotel. He wasn't quite sure what he'd do when he got there, since he should have been on his way home. Maybe he'd just relax.. And try not to think too much about how hot Audrina was.
