Alright!

And uh a coffee shop? Haha Idk

Elaina picked up a french fry with eggagerated slowness for dramatic effect. Eventually, it reached her mouth and she plopped it in, a grin slowly spreading up her face after swollowing. "Oh my! This is absolutely delicious. She took another bunch and shoved it into her mouth while still trying to act as attractive as possible. "Ah, I'm in heaven."

Sure, that's fine :)

Christien had watched with an amused expression as Elaina had tucked in, and then chuckled at her reaction. "And there you have it, a French French Fry," he said, leaning in to take one for himself. "And I'll say no more as to whether the origins of it are French or not because, technically, these ones are from France and therefore French fries."

Sorry, he'll come in in a minute. When I've thought of his name. xD

Okay feel free to start first :) Haha

"Okay, it's settled, we're never, ever leaving this place. And if we are, we are getting these deported from this exact restaraunt every day." Elaina laughed and grabbed another tasty handful, noting that these were the best things she'd ever eaten in her entire life - by far. "Mhm, mhm." She hummed happily while eating a few more then finally breaking to take a sip of her coffee.

Okay, I shall. His name has been decided. An old English name. Excellent :)

"Whatever you say," Christien chuckled. He then said, "We're in France. Even more exact, Paris. Home of some of the best chefs and restaurants and foods in the world and yet your appreciation falls on french fries.. Amazing." He laughed a bit before sipping at his coffee.

Caden had been running. He'd had to get the next bus or else he wouldn't get to the station in time and that would mean not getting home today and then everybody would be worried. But, sure enough, whoever it was that really did live up in the clouds had decided that he did not deserve to have good luck today. He ran a hand back through his black hair and sighed gently out of frustration and fatigue. May as well stop and catch my breath... He made his way to the nearest coffee shop, still flushed in the face to hopefully get some coffee. French coffee was like no other coffee on Earth. It was just extra wonderful. Besides, he wasn't exactly relishing the idea of having to spend another day in Paris, he loved it there.

Haha can it PLEASE not be Jackson?! That name just totally...bugs me so much....haha but it can be, I'm just saying. xD

Since Elaina couldn't be a model, and is a scientist. I shall make Audrina be a model. WOOHOO. Yay for roleplay. Don't judge. <3

"What can I say? I enjoy the simple things in life." Elaina giggled and forced herself not to pick up another handful - she would eat it in moderation so her stomach didn't get upset. "It's definately the being in France that is enhancing the taste, I'm sure."

Audrina's bright pink fingernails sparkled furiously even in the slightly dim lighting of the coffee shop that she was currently perched in as her fingers darted around the keyboard of her Iphone. Fifth work message in a row. She was beginning to rue the day that agent approached her at the mall. How much could one spend on their phone until they got radiation poisoning? Now, that was a question that she really needed to know. Witha a long, drawn out sigh, she shifted her weight and allowed herself a few slow slips of her drink.

Fine, fine, fine. Bugger things up, why don't you? =P

Anyways, I must get some sleep now. Umm.. talk to you.. tomorrow?

"Well, I see nothing wrong with that," Christien chuckled, helping himself to a few now that she wasn't practically grabbing them-- of course, he only found that amusing and almost endearing, in fact. "That's what France does to you, you see. You can't help but love it."

Caden got his coffee pretty quickly. Thank God, he needed one badly. He'd asked for an extra shot of expresso in his, just because. He didn't often do it, so he was pretty sure some extra caffeine once in a while wouldn't do him any harm. He couldn't help himself. He gave in to the temptation to buy an eclair, simply because they really didn't make them in England like they did here unless you wanted to pay a fortune in Harrods. He sat down in a corner table near the window, took off his coat, not wanting to feel wet anymore, and trying to make himself look t least presentable before he ate or drank anything. He then heaved a heavy sigh and drank some of his coffee. Heaven.

OMIGOD CAYDEN (with a y) IS MY FAVORITE GUY NAME OF ALL TIME IN ALL MY WRITINGS!

You're a genius.

Fosho!

"Even if we do live in America, we are definately coming here as frequently as possible." Elaina gave into her urges and took another bunch of french fries, humming as they touched her tongue. Gosh, they had the perfect amount of saltiness and crisp. It was rediculous to act to this amount, but it was hard not to get lost in the deliciousness.

Audrina's icy blue eys drifted up slowly from her screen to the absolutely gorgeous guy at the table diagnal to her own, a dark chesnut eyebrow raised. Her own interest shocked her for a moment and she returned half-heartedly to her work, sorting through agency's emails. Occasionally, she would glance up and wonder what the guy was thinking, as he looked extremely content for seeming to just run a few miles. Now this was her kind of man. An athlete who wasn't afraid of sitting down and just relaxing for a moment, not to mention adorable. Normally, Audrina's confidence was just fine her long, dark chesnut hair ridden with ocassional curls and light, icy blue eyes; but this guy made her think twice about approaching him. She really was gorgeous as she was slightly tall for most woman her age, at just grazing 5'7, with an extremely good figure - probably due to her long, awful, agent-forced work outs but she was more afraid of being not emotionally enough for him. Wow, she really needed to lay off the soap operas; she didn't even know this guy. So she just stayed put and returned to her admiring from afar.

I'm actually glad you told me to change it. I want to hug that name. Caden. Yummy <3

And yeah, you'd better be here >D

Christien chuckled and said, "You know, it's quite possible, since I did tell you that I like to cook, that I could make some for you wherever we're living. Sure, they might not be as good as these ones, but I can try. If it'll satisfy your french fry craving, I may as well try." He chuckled and finished his coffee. "I think I'm also going to bring a ton of coffee with me. I love America and American food, but your coffee isn't as good as ours."

Caden sat back in his chair and got out his iPod. He put in one headphone, so he could hear both what was going on around him, and the music. Music was the final thing he needed to ease the annoyance that he'd felt as he watched the bus pull away in front of him just moments before he got to the stop. It was all working. Heck, even the rain outside was nice for a change. So relaxed that he didn't even notice that anybody was watching him with interest for quite a while. But halfway through his cup of coffee, he had happened to look up and he saw.. The most intriguing coloured eyes he'd seen for a long while, staring straight into his own-- which were, to another person but himself equally interesting; the very colour of emeralds, a deep, translucent green- "The type that sees right into your soul," a girl had once said to him in admiration of them. The iciness about the colour of the girl's eyes made it hard to pull away his gaze for a moment, or even to focus who was behind them. Eventually his eyes adjusted and a girl, sat with her iPhone, came into view. He looked away, shifting his gaze down and changed the song on his iPod, to pull himself away. But in that moment he had noticed a particular something about that girl.. Um, yes, that was it. Got it in one: she was really rather beautiful. And she had been looking at him.. Why? Did he have an accidental coffee moustache? Was his hair still a mess? How embarrassing..

Haha dude I wanna make out with that name.

You don't even know. Hahaha

I'll be here! Sorry I had to get on so late.

"Oh my, I'm sure you'd make some fabulous french fries!" Elaina squealed in excitement; a man who liked to cook? Oh God. How perfect can someone get? Honestly. "And no, American food isn't as fantastic as French food. It's just a fact." She stuffed another few french fries in her mouth and while chewing a thought occured to her. "Will you please teach me how to cook? Because let's face it, I'm just awful."

Oh s**t. Audrina's breath hitched slightly in her throat while her spine straightened and her gaze snapped back down to her flashing Iphone, making herself look busy. Why had she let herself stare that long? He saw! Oh gosh, now he was probably speculating about what a creeper she was. But holy cow. She hadn't seen eyes so particularly enticing in her lifetime - and she was around male models 24/7. Her body urged her furiously to look back up -just a glance, one small little look- but Audrina wouldn't allow it; she was already much too worried about his opinion on the locking of their eyes. Tilting her head backwards and flicking her chocolate mess of hair over her shoulder, she faked interest in something outside of the shop, thus using her peripheral vision to study him once more.

Forget about the name. More like the guy behind the name. xD

Nahh, that's okay. I've been busy, too :)

Christien just laughed and said, "I hope so. At least I'll somehow be able to please you when we're not in France, then. But, yeah, there is something about French food." He smiled and took a french fry for himself. "Of course I'll teach you how to cook, Elaina, I'd love to. I'd also love to see exactly how awful your cooking really is. I'm sure it can't be that bad."

On the contrary, Caden was equally paranoid about the reasons why the girl was looking at him. He felt like he was making an ***** of himself in front of this beautiful girl. But his hair felt fine.. He wiped his upper lip-- nothing. What could it have been? He finished off his eclair and his coffee and then decided what he was going to do. He put his coat back on, reluctant to leave the cafe at all, really, especially with it raining outside. But he really wasn't sure what else to do with himself other than go. He didn't want to sit around any longer if he really did look as awful as he thought he must have. He sighed and got up, heaving up his many cases, and then cursed as he dropped one on the floor, and it fell open. Of all things, it had to be the guitar case, didn't it? "S**t," he said, perhaps a bit too loudly.

Okay, how about both??

Haha gosh highschool makes life so exhausting. xD

"No, it's amazing how awful I am at cooking; honestly." Elaina pouted overdramatically, chomping on a few more fries to 'soothe the pain'. "My mother is a wonderful cook - so I guess the gene just skips a generation. But yes! I'd love for you to teach me. I'll be a great student." She winked and giggled, sipping a bit more on her coffee.

Audrina was startled by the loud crash of the man's case on the floor, causing her chair to squeak back a bit and her hand to flutter to her heart. Of course, she'd realized he was leaving since she was watching him as non-stalkerish as possible, but still the noise had just shocked her a bit was all. Seeing his hands full, Audrina convinced herself that the only reason she should assist him was to be a good person - and her interest had nothing to do with his charming good looks. "Here let me help you." She told him once she'd wiggled out of her chair, now heading down towards the floor where his guitar case was - finding it slightly difficult in her high, black leather-heeled boots. She succeeded in placing all the belongings back into his case without touching too many of them - who knew if he had space issues? - and held it out to him with two hands.

Haha, okay, sounds good to me :)

Yeah, I know what you mean.

Righty ho, I'd better be off now. Already WAY too late for me..

"Okay. That's what we'll be doing when I next see you, then. Since we can't cook at the hotel, I mean. It should be fun, though. I'll teach you to cook a romantic dinner, we'll eat it, and then, perhaps, follow it up with something else romantic," Christien said with a slight smirk.

Caden hadn't expected any help from anybody, but he was really grateful when he was handed back his packed up guitar case. By none other that.. well, who else? "Thank you so much," he said, in both French and English, not entirely sure where she was from. In Paris, there were people from all over the world, so it helped to know more than one language in a situation like this. He sighed and managed to get a grip on everything. He then asked her, "Can I.. Buy you a drink or something, just as a thank you?" He'd noticed from earlier that she hadn't been drinking anything in the time that he'd been there.

Haha in my book he's spelled as "Cayden" haha

Lol alright goodnight!

"Well that sounds just perfect." Elaina eyed him obviously from across the table with a giggle then realized her drink was empty. "Christien could you ask the waitress for another drink? Or, you know, you could tell me what to say and I'll say it?" She smiled at the thought of speaking more French - for some reason it was just extremely fun for her, especially the acccent.

Audrina allowed a small smile to play across her ruby lips when he'd asked her about a drink, trying not to completely stare at his gorgeousness since they were at such a close proximity. "I speak both English and French so I'm up for anything." She laughed light-heartedly and hesitated a bit before nodding, accepting his drink offer. "Actually, yes, I'd love a drink if you have the time." Up close, she found his eyes even more fastinating and the words bubbled up in her throat before she could stop them. "Wow, your eyes are absolutely amazing."

Well, I could have spelt it like that but then I would have the tendency to call him "Jayden" instead for some reason xD

How's French going, by the way? =D

"Okay, sure. So, you'll need to say, 'je peux avoir un autre boisson, s'il vous plait; le même chose.' Try it a few times and then I'll call her over," Christien told her with a smile, throughly pleased and amused by her fascination for the French language. When she'd repeated it for him a few times, he asked for the waitress, and motioned for Elaina to place her order.

Caden smiled and said to her, in French, "Yeah, but we're in France so I should try and speak to you in French. But I don't think I can hold a full conversation with you." He scooped up all his things again and set them down by another table for the time being, while he went to buy her a drink. But before he could leave, her comment had slipped out, and he smiled, apparently a bit taken aback by the comment, almost blushing, in fact. "Oh.. Thank you." He looked down for a moment while he set his guitar case next to his things, and then waited until he was sure he wouldn't continue blundering thanks to her observation before he turned back to her and asked her, "So, what I can I get you?"

Jayden? Never heard of it before but I like it!

It's going fantastic. Except I have to translate forty words tonight. -cry-

I know out of that "I, please, same"

Elaina smiled politely at the waitress and spoke as fluently as she could, "Je peux avoir un autre boisson, s'il vous plait; le même chose." After completeing her sentence - which sounded the best to her out of everything she'd said so far - she fought the urge to fist-pump and celebrate. Honestly, she didn't want to be full of herself, but that was just great sounding!

Oh, great. Now he probably thought she was completely weird for saying something about his eyes - way to go Audrina. "Surprise me!" She told him with a mischevious and most fliratious smile she could manage, placing her hands on her hips and tilting her head upwards out of habit. Oh gosh. What was she doing? She'd never asked so stupid before in her life - great time to start. "And ah, alright; we'll try French."

Yeah, I met a guy called Jayden recently.

Haha, oh dear. It's a shame I couldn't have stayed longer-- I would have helped you.

Not bad :) "Can I have another drink, please; the same thing [as before]?"

"Okay. Des autres choses?" the waitress said, writing down Elaina's order. Christien answered, "Oui. J'aime bien un cafe aussi, s'il vous plait. Merci." The waitress took down his request as well and then went to take it inside. Christien smiled at Elaina and said, "Hey, well done. That was really good. I'll just have to start telling you what everything means next."

On the contrary, Caden didn't think she was weird; he was used to hearing those kinds of comments, and, in fact, he was almost flattered that it had come from a pretty girl such as herself. When it came to picking her something to drink, though, he really wasn't quite sure. Being indecisive was not one of his favourite traits. In fact, he decided instead to surprise even himself and asked the person behind the counter to give him whatever they liked. Their favourite coffee, perhaps. He paid and brought it over to the girl. "Thanks again with helping with all my stuff," he said to her, in French, as she'd suggested. He hadn't got a coffee for himself. He wasn't exactly sure what he was going to do now. He figured the girl would just gratefully take the drink and that was it, so he made for picking up his bags again, to leave her in peace.

No way? Was he attractive? xD

Haha, it's okay, I have a translator on my cpu :)

Ah-ha! Haha win. :)

"Before ya know it, I'll be speaking French left and right." Elaina laughed and grinned at him before asking, "So what did what I just ask mean? Then what'd she say to you?" Wouldn't her parents be thrilled if Elaina arrived home speaking some French? They'd be astounded!

Audrina took the drink, trying to hide her dissapointed expression when he went for his bags - most obviously to leave her alone; which is definately not what she'd wanted at all...but maybe the man had a girlfriend or just wasn't interested. She mentally shrugged and forced a smile upon her lips, saying, "Well thank you very much; and you're welcome. I'm Audrina Willows by the way." She didn't really care if he'd wanted to know her name or not - it would be rude not to say anything. The drink looked increadibly appetizing so she figured she'd just distract herself from his absence with it. Though, she was increadibly sad things didn't go smoother - but she figured she just couldn't hand him her number, so she just sat back down to her old table, still focusing on him though in case he wanted to say something.

No, he was quite a lot older than me. But he builds guitars, which is pretty cool.

Ah, just be careful with those, but anyway, that's fine :)

"I can't wait until then. I won't be able to get you to be quiet when you are fluent," Christien laughed, and then went on to translate for her. "I told you to say, 'Can I have another drink, please? The same as before.' The waitress asked me, 'Okay, anything else?' and then I replied, 'Yes, I'd also like another coffee, please. Thank you.' See? Easy." He smiled.

Caden was reading her body language-- as well as just generally looking at her, he would admit-- to the point where he'd pretty much worked out that perhaps she had been expecting him to sit down with her after all. He went and ordered another coffee for himself and, when he returned, he said, "Well, I guess if you're not busy, I may as well say hi, since you helped me out." He sat down opposite her and said, "So, you're Audrina. I'm Caden." He paused for a moment, taking a sip of his coffee, and then abruptly stopped. "Sorry, I forgot my manners. You don't mind if I sit here, do you?" he asked her.

Oh. Well the guitar thing is cool.

Yeah, it once said "papermill" instead of "bookstore" and my teacher was like o_O "papermill, evan?"

Elaina grinned, "You're definately right; you will not be able to shut me up at all once I learn. And ah-ha, I got it. Will you teach me more until our drinks come?" She pleaded, still smiling widely at him and tapping her fingers on the counter top.

Audrina really was surprised when he sat down with her, but she quickly tried to shake off her excited expression. Gosh, she needed to get herself toether; what was it about this guy that was so darn special? "Oh, um, no I suppose I don't mind." She placed down her Iphone which she had picked up when she'd expected he'd leave, as not to get distracted by the constant pings of incoming messages. "And it's nice to meet you Caden. So, you play guitar?" She took a testing sip of the coffee he'd gotten her and decided she liked the taste.

Yeah, pretty cool. But not guitars as good as the ones I aspire to get.. xD

Haha, yeah. Exactly, they come up with weird stuff sometimes.

Christien nodded. "Of course. It depends on what kind of things you want to know how to say. Fire away with a few phrases," he told her.

Caden sipped his coffee and said, "Great, thank you." He hadn't been sure how she would answer, but at least she was comfortable with him being there. He then nodded and said, "Yeah, I do. It's definitely my favourite pastime. I'm actually here because I play. I'm doing some stuff for a charity that brings music to schools and people who otherwise would never have the opportunity." He smiled. He loved that part of what he did. It was just a voluntary thing that he took up since he was coming here to study as part of his University, and now he continued to do it now that he'd graduated there. "What do you do, if you don't mind me asking?"
