Any idea ?

It would appear as if he is watching Television, possibly a celebrity on the tv (which sounds fitting, for the v5.5 )

It is just one of many animations the v5 & v5.5 have to offer, but it has no effect on the tama's growth or anything, so don't worry Hope I Helped

I know!, some animations are really odd or random on some Tamagotchi's, but then again some are really cute as well

Actually, it's an animation of the Mona Lisa at the Louvre Museum. When you have the "Artistic Family", you'll see art-related animations.
