FIFTY PAGESSS! WOOOOOO! :)

Morgan wrinkled up her nose. "I guess I could count hopelessly untidy. Just to keep myself sane. And I could care less about his condition. My brother is autistic. I don't think there's anything wrong with Asher. He's just.... not as much of a social butterfly as some other people our age. ANd he's really not that stubborn with me. I'm the stubborn one." Morgan said, biting the inside of her lip.

"The unfinished business is what should have, but didn't, go down at Morgan's last night. And wittle ky-ky isn't gonna be there to help you. And neither will Morgan. You tell her about this conversation, and I promise you'll regret it. I can manipulate her in ways you can't even imagine." Riley said, standing in front of Asher. The were about eye to eye, and Riley's pose was looking back and forth between the two.

Woop! -does a little celebratory dance- We're amazing :)

"Okay, so I told you I'd be genuine and honest with you about it, so I guess I could dig a little deeper for you, considering I can tell that the fact that you think he's too nice is killing you," Sam laughed softly, running a hand through the fringe of pixied, equally-as-black-as-her-brother's hair. She was surprised to hear that Asher wasn't stubborn with Morgan. He certainly was with other people. " He mentioned the other day that he told you about a rebellious moment in his life when he smoked pot once. It was kind of more than once, with a lot of different things. I mean, I'm serious, it was bad. If a drug addiction for three years isn't a flaw that you might be interested in, I don't know what is." She knew Asher wouldn't mind her telling Morgan this. He'd told her he could tell her friends, if she really wanted. "But he thinks you're perfect, too, you know. And, frankly, with the way you treat him, I'm not surprised. You're the first person he's ever met who really tried for him. I want to thank you for that."

"I don't plan to. I don't want you anywhere near her, and I'd rather she didn't know about this as much as you do," Asher replied. "I'll see you then, and not before, in case I do something I shouldn't." At least it was one thing that he had a little bit of extra height on Riley. It made him feel a little better. Truth was, things were all going wrong in his head, and he took a step back, not comfortable with how close Riley was standing to him. That was probably a mistake in itself, but he couldn't help it.

Morgan raised her eyebrows. "Really? I could not see him as some stoner who did nothing but drugs all the time." She slowed her walking down, noticing that down the hall, Asher and Riley were speaking. She mumbled a few choice words under her breath before asking, "Can we continue this conversation after school? I really need to take care of something..." Before Sam could answer, Morgan was storming down the hall.

Riley was about to make a comment about Asher's back step, when he noticed Morgan coming towards him. He licked his lips and said to the pose, "And here comes the Morgan we all like to look at..." He looked from Asher and back to Morgan before saying, "See you after school, jack`ss." Riley motioned to the other guys around him and walked away.

Riley was gone by the time Morgan got to Asher. "What the f`ck was he saying to you?" she demanded, crossing her arms.

Sam wondered who the guy was that was talking to Asher- he hadn't mentioned Riley to her yet, you see-, and just assumed that it was the guy who he'd decked a few weeks ago, the reason for him being in that Saturday detention, squaring up to him at last, though she couldn't say what Morgan might have to do with that. She figured Asher could handle himself, though, so she murmured a goodbye after Morgan as she headed off, and then turned turned down another hallway to get to her locker.

Asher clenched and unclenched his fists before appearing to brush away an imaginary bug or something like that on his shirt, as though wiping off whatever it was that Riley must have passed onto him by being that close- it wasn't to be rude to Riley, although he was hardly bothered about that anyway, it was just an impulsive action that he couldn't control. Maybe he wasn't getting better after all. He barely heard Morgan speak at first, a kind of white noise sound seeming to swell up in his ears momentarily, which caused him to grimace to himself until it cleared and the noise of the hallway came back with a pop. Eventually he exhaled deeply, and said to Morgan, "He was just getting under my skin about what happened last night. It's all just talk, I wouldn't worry about it." He wouldn't have told Morgan even if Riley hadn't told him not to, he didn't want her caught up in it, in case she tried to help him and Riley did just as he said he would, and he worried about the connotations of that.

"Asher. Tell me exactly what he said. I want to know." Morgan said, tapping her foot and looking down the hallway after Riley, debating on if she should go demand answers from him, instead.

Asher said to her, "He came up to me saying he had unfinished business with me about last night. That he thinks last night I got away easily because your brother was there, and just to bear that in mind. Yup, he really hates me." In essence, what he'd told her was the truth, just not the whole truth, because under no circumstances did he want her to know that Riley was planning to fight it out through violent means rather than words. Wanting to change the subject, he asked Morgan, "So, what were you and Sam talking about?"

Morgan raised an eyebrow, obviously not pleased to hear what they had been talking about. Can he just go die in a hole? He can rot in h`ll, for all I care. That little ******* thinks he can f`ck up my perfect body, waltz into my apartment like he owns the place, threaten my boyfriend and then act like we're going to get back together? I might as well just kill him myself!" Morgan ranted, oblivious to the fact that Asher had asked her about the conversation between she and Sam. She opened her locker, slammed a few things around, and closed the door so hard, the noise echoed down the hallway.

Asher flinched slightly at the noise, a slightly sad expression on his face. He really hated how Riley could just make Morgan feel this way, as though he hadn't already done enough to her anyway. He couldn't possibly say if he'd get what he deserved after school later that day, but he would someday, Asher was sure of that. He put his hand on the row of lockers to cut out the vibrations and reverberations and said to her, "I find it's a lot easier if you just don't think about the people who set out to make your life hell. Believe me, I'm an expert."

"Yes, because I'm sure that you have a demonic ex, an abusive father, no mother, and two children in your womb." Morgan snapped at him. She realized what she had said, and immeadiately wanted to take it back. "I-I'm sorry... I didn't mean to say it like that... It's just, you make staying calm seem so effing easy, when to me, staying calm is the hardest thing ever."

Asher closed his eyes, turning his head away slightly, and biting his tongue until the immediate frustration at her comment passed, so that he didn't retaliate with something he knew he didn't want to say to her. There were a whole array of things that he could have said in contradiction to her point, but what would be the use of voicing them? Clearly she already realised that was true anyway, he knew that what had happened in his life did not make all of her problems seem any easier, and, above all, the last thing he wanted to do was argue with her or upset her. He sighed and said, "You want to know my secret? When you get to the point when you know that nobody gives a dang or takes in a word of what you say or a single thing that you do, you learn not to waste your voice or your energy in trying to retaliate." People talked to Morgan, she talked to them, she wasn't invisible, so she'd never learned to deal with it in the same way that he had, which explained his calmness and her occasional lack thereof. "And, no, I don't have any of those things to deal with but I think not letting them get to you still would work just the same." His grey eyes looked distant, then, and he looked genuinely sad about something.

occasional lack of? Hahaha. :)

Morgan looked away from him. She could tell he wanted to say something back to her. She knew she was picking a fight. And she knew Asher could tell, too. And therefor he wasn't going to give in. "I give a d`mn. I care about what you say, what you do. I care about you so f`cking much already. And, in all honesty, it scares the f`cking sh`t out of me." She kissed him lightly before murmuring, "I keep telling myself that you're just as stressed as I am, and that I shouldn't try to fight with you, but fighting is what I'm used to. And I'm sorry." Morgan sighed as the bell rang. She gave him a peck on the cheek and headed off to her first class.

Well, you know how polite and optimistic he is and all. He wouldn't possibly say she's moody as hell :)

Hearing Morgan describe how she felt about him so explicitly was obviously something entirely new for him, and frankly was something he hadn't been expecting from her, or at least not so soon. "I understand that you're afraid. But you should know that I'd never try to hurt you they way Riley, or anybody else, for that matter, has. And, lastly, you don't have to apologise to me arguing with me. I get it, I know why you do. I'd be worried if we didn't. I'll see you later." As the bell went he returned her kiss before heading off down the hall in the opposite direction.

That's a trait Morgan and I have in common. I used to go off on Michael randomly all the time. He didn't handle it well. But Hunter handles it sort of like Asher. :) Haha

Morgan bit her lip and slid into her classroom. The teacher asked her why she was late, and Morgan lied through her teeth, saying she left her chemistry homework in her car and had to go get it. The teacher, of course, believed her. No matter what, Morgan was still the queen of manipulation and lies. She plopped into a seat, opening her notebook, doodling on the first page.

I pretty much do anything to avoid arguing with people. Especially my Mom. So I'm probably Morgan's polar opposite, to be quite honest.

How is the Hunter 'situation', by the way?

The teacher barely noticed as Asher slid in at the back of the History classroom. Back to being Mr. Invisible again. He's always been quite content with that, because it meant that he didn't have to interact with people but through the course of the past few months things had changed a lot. Now he just felt like a sheep in a herd of cows, weird and lonely despite the vast numbers of people around him. Oh well, he'd never see any of them again after this year, so getting to know them was futile, he decided, and taking in the notes all at once before writing them all down afterwards was much more useful.

I love to argue. Haha. Picking fights is something I'm very good at.

It's going decently, I guess. I haven't seen/talked to him for a few days, but it's all good on this end. Haha :)

Morgan doodled various farm animals, though she wasn't sure why. She seemed to focus in on the cows, a mother and a calf. The teacher asked Morgan a question, and Morgan looked up and asked for the question to be repeated. Morgan had no clue what the answer was, and instead thought of a convincing BS answer. She teacher nodded and moved on.

I hate arguing with people. That's the one thing I can't stand about hanging out with girls. I prefer the guy way of having a punch up and hen sorting it out. Sure, the drama is fun from the outside but not on the inside. I always end up getting called two faced because I don't take sides xD

Great :)

What is it with cows today? Weird.

Asher tried for once to make it feel like a normal lesson, taking in the information as it came to him. It still stayed in his mind just as well, and somehow it was better because then he didn't have to busy himself doing something else to pass the time. Usually he ended up thinking, about something that in the end he wished he'd hadn't, because he'd be more confused than ever before. AndIdon'tknowwhatelsetowritecauseIfailwhenthey'reinschool.

I like cows.... Hahahaha :) I was going to say llamas. But I chose cows. :)

All of my guy friends and I beat the sh`t out of each other. Haha :) The only person who beats me is Mitchell.

The bell rang, signaling the end of first bell. Morgan stood at her locker, debating on whether or not she actually wanted to attend her Pre-Calc class. She decided that she probably should, and picked up her book and folder. She closed her locker slowly and quietly. She leaned against the locker, yawning. She was so tired all of a sudden.

Llamas don't live on many farms in Western society, as far as I'm aware :L

Haha, the guys are all too scared to take me. Even Jack, who's probably 6"5 or 6"6 said he wouldn't take me on xD

Asher waited for the class to clear a little before he tried to get out. Honestly, the thought of being close to another person that wasn't Morgan after Riley had practically sent him into a mild state of mental panic was not appealing. He went back to his locker, changed his books, and then leaned against it, looking down at Morgan. "Tired?" he asked her, just as a subject of conversation.

According to my spanish book, llamas are common farm animals! And my friend Chris and I are kinda like obsessed with llamas and alpacas. Haha. It's really weird. :)

Yes, well Mitchell is literally twice my weight and a foot taller than me. He lifts me up with one arm. I can't win. Hahaha xD

Morgan chuckled, "Only a bit." she said, rubbing her eyes. "And the fact that my contacts are being stupid doesn't help the situation."

In Spanish speaking South America, perhaps! I love llamas, too, though! Have you heard the Llama Song? :)

That's why you should do Tae Kwon Do! Because it's the same scenario with Jack, but he won't come near me 'cause I'd "karate chop him and all."

Drumroll please for the last post to the value of three digits! 999 posts! :3

"You wear contacts?" Asher asked, tilting his head to the side slightly, smiling gently, "I didn't know that. You'd look cute with glasses, I think." He chuckled then and joked, "With my eyes.. Forget even good eyesight, I've got d'mned night vision with these. In all seriousness, though, I don't think I'd like glasses, they'd attract attention to my eyes. But you.. I think they'd suit you."
