Tamagotchi Colour in the rest of the world?

Huh? I don't know what you're referring to here.

Anyway, in my humble opinion, even if they did make a Color here, it's not going to happen for a while (if at all) and I don't think many people would buy it because it would probably be at a high price. People here are less likely to spend $50-60 on a Tamagotchi, not like in Japan.

Umm, I'm pretty sure there isn't a Romanian Tamagotchi. Or a Tamagotchi in Swahili. Bandai obviously didn't release Tamagotchi's in every single language around the world, which is why people who want a Tamagotchi have to buy one from a different country in a different language if there aren't any in their language. If you want it that badly, buy one in Japanese. And if you don't want to read it in Japanese, don't buy it.
