Yes, you can withdraw the Pokemon that Hayley trades you to your Diamond or Pearl card. The trades appear at random times, so keep bringing in wanted pokemon to trade for.

But you can not withdraw the pokemon Hayley puts in your ranch herself. I usually delete most of them and keep a few just so my Ranch is lively.
