It would be good if it would be in the Solar System, also, at night, when it is not plain black, the planet could show up in the sky.

Is it possible to see planets from the earth by the naked eye. You can see Venus early in the morning or at sunset in the evening. Venus is nickname dthe "Morning or evening star".

The picture is nice. I like the universe very much so.

Yes, the sad truth is, our universe will end, but not for some time now. It still has some billions of years to go. Our sun is still young and is in a yellow star at the moment. It has alot of years now until it becomes a Red Giant. Maybe human life in those said years will learn space and time travel and visit other planets to thrive on in the future.
