"We can probably stop by the staff room, Mr. Rael will probably be in there... Oh, morning, Celia. Anyway, we have to go eat breakfast, and then we get another 15 minutes afterwards to pack, and then we have to report to the gym. Well, let's head to breakfast, c'mon." Flynn turned from Celia's door and then began to head towards the cafeteria.

"I don't ever remember Mr Rael being on cafateria duty..." Summer frowned, picking up her bag and starting to walk. "If we pass the staffroom I'll nip in, although I don't actually know where it is. It's like, the Forbidden Area." She gave a small laugh before groaning, hoisting her bag higher on her shoulder. "Ohhhh, why did I bring my camping bag with me? Argh!"

"I think the staffroom is like, down towards the gym somewhere. It's one of those doors none of us bother to ever go towards or open. You may want to just smuggle your notebook, it would be scary to go in there. But, it would be bad if Mr. Rael caught you with it and you weren't supposed to have it either, so.." Flynn sighed.

"I bet it stinks of tea and coffee. I've always wondered what it looks like though... I mean, is it a paradise with sun, sea and sand, or just a weird place with chairs in. Though that would be somewhat disappointing." said Celia, saying her thoughts aloud. "Summer, how many times have you actually missed dinner now?" asked Celia, changing subjects as quickly as she was talking.

"Uh... I'm not sure, but I don't think I rely on food as much any more." Summer grinned. "Ah, I might as well get this out of the way... you two don't have to come, if you don't wanna risk your lives." The look on her face made it clear that she wanted them to come, however, and she took the turning towards the gym, secretly hoping the others would follow.

Although Flynn wanted to hurry up and eat breakfast, he felt bad about letting Summer go alone to the ever-so-frightening staff room; so he followed Summer down the hallway towards the staff room. Besides, it always seemed like Summer got in trouble by accidentally blurting something out or doing something she shouldn't have, so he decided to go. "I'm coming with you. I'm kind of curious about what's in there too."

(kay, I'm just gonna assume they're gonna hear the stuff by the staffroom xD)

"Awesome." Summer smiled at Flynn, visably relaxing. "Don't worry, we're up early. Breakfast will run for a long time." She teased, nudging his arm before frowning and biting her lip. "I doubt we'll get to see inside. Mr Rael's body'll probably block up the entire doorframe... it'll probably not be too exciting though. Chairs and stuff, like Celia said. It might actually be a good thing if it's dull - it'll prevent me feeling the urge to sneak in and explore." Giving a small laugh, Summer leant forwards and raised her hand to knock on the door, only to freeze. "Wait... I just heard someone say something about the EU." She whispered, putting her fist down and leaning closer. "Can you hear anything?"

Because someone's making me rejoin again....

Peyton was wandering the hallway, on her way to breakfast when she noticed a group of teens sneaking around. As she approached she recognized them. She crept up behind their little huddle and tried to peer over them to see what they were looking at. "Whatcha doin'?" She asked in a hushed tone. She was curious as to what exactly they were all doing hanging around the staff room door instead of being where they were supossed to be, at breakfast.

"Umm.. Hang on." For some reason, hearing the word "EU" made him feel just a bit.. Suspicious. He got down, and then put his ear as close to the door as possible. It didn't sound like anybody was walking towards the door, so he would be safe. That was when he heard a very familiar voice- one that clearly came from... It took a while for it to click in his mind, but that was when he realized that it was the voice of that one reporter for one of the major news broadcasts. He paused his thoughts to listen, and what he heard shocked him. "Today, it has been discovered that the EU has planted soldiers all over the border of Canada..." That was all he heard before he heard the voices of the teachers, which weren't concerned and depressed, but... Happy.

Due to the fact that Summer had clamped her hand over her mouth to prevent herself from making a noise, she could only offer the new girl a cursory glance before turning back to the door, her hand tightening over her mouth as she heard what was being said. "At the border?" She whispered after taking her hand away. "But... but that would mean Canada had... why do they sound happy?" she clamped her mouth shut again, putting her ear back to the door.

Celia kept quiet, edging closer to the door. What did they mean? Canada was still fighting, right? Canada was strong and had so many soldiers -- but it didn't make sense. Why would that happen? They hadn't... Given up, had they? Questions swarming around in her head, Celia's eyes widened, listening to the conversationg. This... This couldnt be happening. She put her hand around the brass doorknob, the coolness of it shocking her. Her hands curled around the doorknob instinctively, her grip getting tighter and tighter the more she heard of the conversation. Was everything she knew... Wrong?

Flynn wanted to move, to run, but he was frozen to the spot. He slowly forced himself to continue listening. That was when he heard Mr. Worthington laughing. "Hah! Well, ever since Canada got taken by the EU, it's been doing nothing! But finally, some climax! Hah!" Flynn listened as the rest of the staff laughed along with him. Flynn backed away from the door, face pale. "Guys. We should go. If they catch us.."

Summer's face had also gone pale, but she remained where she was, still listening in. "This is bad, this is really really bad." She whispered, biting her lip as she heard what sounded like Mrs Partridge continuing to laugh. "Climax? Ha! When these powered brats are trained up and dealt with, that'll seem like nothing!" Finally, Summer backed away, rejoining Flynn. "Forget asking Mr Rael. We've gotta get out of here." She hissed, starting to move.

Shuffling over to Flynn and Summer, she whispered "We have to get out of here. Now. I don't care how. We have to.". Her voice was urgent and quick. She was panicking. A tiny tear slid down her cheek -- it was all a lie. All of it. "We've got all our stuff. We can go now. Escape. Over the fence. Somehow." she hissed, her tone low. She closed her eyes, lowering her head. She had to focus.

"Uh.. W.. W... Wait, guys, guys, calm down. First, let's get away from here and head to the cafeteria. If they see us now, they might be able to take us down. And seeing as Mrs. Partridge knows we all have powers, they may know what our powers are.. And how to counter against each and every one of them." Flynn, although he had just told them to calm down, still had a pale face with an expression as if he had seen a ghost. "L..Let's go to breakfast."

"I agree." Summer said a little shakily, heading down the corridor. The further they got away from the staff room the more she was able to think, and she took in a deep breath. "Celia, wait. Are you forgetting that we're being taken out to the middle of nowhere to go camping?" Summer bit her lip, shaking slightly as they walked. "If we get the rest of our stuff together..."

Celia stopped walking, thinking hard. "They wouldn't know. Not at least for 5 hours if we escaped at night. We could go anywhere -- with our powers. I-It's perfect." she said under her breath. She bit her lip, taking a deep breath. How would they do it? "Oh god, it's crazy. B-But it could work." she murmured. What was she actually doing? Trying to escape from a school that was trying to use her powers for a "bad" force?

"Wait a minute, You guys have powers?" Peyton assumed that she seemed to have missed quite a lot while being sick in bed for thepast little bit. She followed along behind them quickly. "And you guys think that they are like, evil or something?" Peyton almost couldn't believe what she was saying. She knew there was deffinitely something up with the teachers t this school but she had never even thought that. She thought for a moment that the others had just gone crazy, talking about powers and such bun then again the teachers had said so too. But if the teachers knew the students here had powers that would mean they knew what she was too. Panic started rushing through her.

Flynn turned around to see Peyton, that one girl who was in their camping group. Well, she would have to probably had been let on it sooner or later, since they would probably have no choice but to escape during the camping trip. "Er, well.. Yeah. And yes to the other question, too. Anyway.." He turned to Summer and Celia. "Well, it's decided. We'll do that. We'll escape during the camping trip. They provided us with a compass and a small, useless handdrawn map, so we should be fine trying to navigate. We should go... South, probably, since I'm pretty sure we're up north somewhere since it's clear we're not near the Gulf Of Mexico or anything."

Celia nodded, forcing a smile. "Ok. We should probably fill ourselves up at breakfast, seeing as we probably won't get a proper meal again for sometime." she said, trying to sound confident with this plan. She wasn't. It was scary how fast things had changed and how serious it had become. Before, it had been a dull boarding school to keep them safe. Now? It was a malicious trap, set up to lure them in for that stupid war. This wasn't a game, she realized, this was a matter of life and death.
