Jade stopped walking. "Where will you go....?" She asked gently, staring down at the ground. Her face betrayed an expression of sadness, but of course he couldn't see it.
Croy shrugged. "I havent lived anywhere in decades. I dont really need a place to live- and even if I wanted one, I doubt I could find one that would keep me alone for centuries to come."
She kissed his chest, up his neck. "Its nice and steamy in here."
Jade started walking again, looking thoughtful. She kept her gaze fixed on the ground, her keen eyes pointing out bugs, the veins on leaves, dew drops. She was trying to distract herself from the fact that her friend was leaving.
